Abstract

A winding card formed from preprinted or finished sheet material by cutting and creasing to produce a blank having a main panel 10 flanked by flaps 11 and 12. One flap 11 is slotted along one lateral edge portion to produce tongues 21 and the flank is folded so that the other flap 12 overlies the tongues 21. A single layer of glue is applied to the blank along the line of the overlap before folding, and after folding, the glue is squeezed between the tongues 21 to secure the other flap 12 to the main panel 10. <IMAGE>
