Claims (6)

  1. Interrupteur d'allumage pour véhicules à moteur comportant :
       un boîtier faisant réceptacle (2, 3) et comprenant au moins une cloison généralement plate (5),
       un jeu de contacts électriques (4) montés sur la paroi plate (5),
       un élément en forme de disque (6) monté rotatif dans le boîtier (2, 3) autour et par rapport à un axe (7),
       au moins un élément de contact électrique supplémentaire (10) entraîné en rotation du fait de la rotation communiquée audit élément en forme de disque (6) pour coopérer avec les contacts électriques (4) du jeu,
       un jeu de' moulures en saillie (18) qui entourent les contacts électriques (4) du jeu et qui coopèrent sélectivement avec au moins un élément de contact supplémentaire (10) pour l'éloigner ou le rapprocher des contacts électriques (4) du jeu du fait de sa rotation, dans lequel :
       un corps isolant intermédiaire (15) est interposé entre le jeu de contacts électriques (4) et l'élément de contact supplémentaire (10), lesdites moulures en saillie (18) étant prévues sur le corps intermédiaire (15), et
       des éléments élastiques sous la forme d'au moins trois ressorts (14) interposés entre ledit élément de disque (6) et au moins ledit élément de contact électrique supplémentaire , pour pousser ce dernier vers lesdits éléments de contact (4) tout en permettant audit élément de contact électrique supplémentaire (10) d'être incliné par rapport à l'axe (7).
  2. Interrupteur d'allumage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les contacts électriques (4) du jeu sont montés suivant un agencement généralement en sandwich entre au moins une paroi plate (5) et le corps intermédiaire (15).
  3. Interrupteur d'allumage selon la revendication 1 ou la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que le corps intermédiaire (15) est fixé à la paroi plate et comporte des ouvertures (16, 17) pour permettre à l'élément de contact supplémentaire (10) de coopérer avec les contacts électriques (4) du jeu.
  4. Interrupteur d'allumage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que le corps intermédiaire (15) est fixé au boîtier faisant réceptacle (2) par collage.
  5. Interrupteur d'allumage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que le corps intermédiaire (15) est fixé au boîtier faisant réceptacle (2) par soudage aux ultrasons.
  6. Interrupteur d'allumage selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que le corps intermédiaire (15) comporte d'autres moulures en saillie (19) qui sont prévues pour faire face au boîtier (2) et pour constituer un matériau de soudage destiné à fixer le corps intermédiaire (15) au boîtier faisant réceptacle (2) par soudage aux ultrasons.
