Claims (7)
- Dispositif porte-outil pouvant être entraîné en rotation, avec au moins deux disques de serrage avec des gorges annulaires concentriques et un boulon de serrage commun pour le montage d'une douille d'outil entre les deux disques de serrage,
caractérisé en ce qu'un disque de serrage (1) présente des branches axiales (7) qui s'engagent dans des évidements (8) de forme complémentaire ménagés dans l'autre disque de serrage (2), en ce que les branches axiales (7) délimitent les gorges annulaires (6) sur leur périphérie extérieure et recouvrent une douille d'outil (4) destinée à être serrée dans le dispositif, de telle sorte qu'il est possible de serrer entre les deux disques de serrage (1,2) des douilles d'outils (4) en matière flexible sans noyau d'appui. - Dispositif porte-outil selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'un disque de serrage (1) présente les branches axiales (7) recouvrant extérieurement la douille d'outil (4) serrée et l'autre disque de serrage (2) présente, avec une répartition correspondante, par exemple à 120°, des évidements (8) d'encastrement pour les extrémités des branches axiales (7).
- Dispositif porte-outil selon une des revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce qu'un cône de centrage (9) se raccorde chaque fois aux gorges annulaires (6) sur la périphérie intérieure de celles-ci.
- Dispositif porte-outil selon une des revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que les deux disques de serrage (1, 2) sont distancés, quand une douille d'outil (4) est montée, par un arbre central (10) avec un alésage longitudinal (11) pour le passage du boulon de serrage (3), un des disques de serrage (1) présentant l'arbre central (10) avec, sur son extrémité, un évidement polygonal (12) d'encastrement, tandis que l'autre disque de serrage (2) présente un poinçon encastrable (13) correspondant.
- Dispositif porte-outil selon une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que le bouton de serrage (3) présente un écrou de serrage constituant un adaptateur (14) qui peut, d'une part, s'encastrer dans un évidement d'encastrement (15) ménagé dans la face extérieure du disque de serrage (1) correspondant, en étant solidaire en rotation avec celui-ci, et qui est, d'autre part, agencé pour le raccordement à un moyen d'entraînement en rotation, par exemple une perceuse ou une meuleuse d'angle.
- Dispositif porte-outil selon une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce qu'un manchon stabilisateur (16) peut être inséré dans la douille d'outil (4), avec une largeur sensiblement égale.
- Dispositif porte-outil selon une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que la douille d'outil (4) est en matériau flexible, en étant par exemple sous la forme d'une douille de brosse avec des poils se dressant radialement, par exemple des poils (17) en forme de U et en étant dépourvue de poils dans la région des branches axiales (7) qui la recouvrent.
