Definitions
- the invention relates to a device for heat treatment, in particular for drying and condensing, of a continuously transported, broadly guided textile web, according to the preamble of patent claim 1.
- a special application for such a heat treatment device is the heat treatment of textile webs, which are made entirely or partially from natural fibers and are to be made easy to care for, heat-resistant and shrink-resistant by a synthetic resin treatment, the heat treatment to be carried out to condense the applied synthetic resin materials.
- the material web must be brought to a predetermined temperature and left at this temperature for a predetermined time.
- Such an approach i. H. targeted heating and lingering of the material web, occurs in textile finishing not only in the aforementioned condensation, but also in other processes, some of which are similar, e.g. B. in the thermal insulation of textile webs.
- the heating zone formed with upright treatment channels and impact jet nozzle boxes is immediately followed by the dwell zone in the form of a hot flue. If there are now webs with different basis weights or different humidities are to be treated, the energy requirement for heating the material web changes, while the temperature and the dwell time of the dwell zone remain constant. In such a device there is usually a constant amount of material, which results in a fixed relationship between the achievable treatment speed and the sum of the heating and residence time. If the heating-up time (length of stay in the heating-up zone) changes, the dwell time (length of stay in the heating-up zone) is automatically influenced accordingly.
- the material web - via the impact jet nozzle boxes - is to be subjected to particularly intense hot air and heated in the desired manner, while in the subsequent dwell zone, only as much thermal energy needs to be supplied to the material web via the ventilation boxes and the resulting hot air , as is necessary for a constant residence temperature.
- the invention is based on the object of improving a device of the type required in the preamble of claim 1 in such a way that a web to be treated is brought to the required temperature in the heating zone in a particularly targeted, economical and easily adjustable manner and also in the dwell zone can be kept at the heated temperature in a particularly economical manner and with relatively simple means.
- this device first of all, by arranging a partition wall between the heating zone and the immediately downstream dwell zone that only leaves a web passage opening, it is ensured that when the temperature in the heating zone changes, in particular an increase, the hot air from the heating zone and hot air are mixed from the subordinate dwell zone is avoided. In this way, an increase in the hot air temperature has a very targeted effect only in the heating zone, which can be carried out particularly economically.
- the heat treatment device according to the invention can essentially — as shown in the drawing — have a common housing 1 for all treatment zones. Through this device, a textile fabric web 2 is continuously transported through in a known manner in a wide manner (cf. arrows 3).
- two treatment zones are accommodated in the housing 1 of the device, namely a heating zone 4 heating the web 2 to a predetermined temperature and a heating zone 4 downstream of the heating zone 4, the web 2 at a predetermined temperature for a predetermined time dwell zone 5.
- a number of essentially upright, adjacent treatment channels 6 are provided, each of which is delimited by two approximately upright rows of impact jet nozzle boxes 7, the nozzle surfaces 7a of which face the respective web side are provided with nozzle openings 8, which are approximately perpendicular to the associated, opposite web side are directed.
- deflection and guide rollers 9 for the web 2 are arranged in the heating zone 4 in such a way that the treatment channels 6 are passed through in a roughly zigzag fashion one after the other by the web 2.
- nozzle surfaces 7a (with the nozzle openings 8) of the impact jet nozzle boxes 7 facing the web sides in a slightly inclined manner in adaptation to the previously mentioned web path, so that the nozzle surfaces 7a are each approximately parallel to that in the associated treatment channel 6 extending web 2 are aligned.
- crushing rollers 11 are preferably driven by a drive device, not shown, with a peripheral speed adapted to the web transport speed.
- this heating zone 4 can be divided, so to speak, into two heating fields in such a way that the - viewed in the web transport direction (arrows 3) -
- the two upright channels 6 first passed through the web 2 form a first heating field and the two upright treatment channels 6 (ie the third and fourth treatment channels 6) thereafter passed through the web 2 form a second heating field.
- this can of course also be done with only one such heating field, i.e. H. So be equipped with only two upright treatment channels 6, or with more than two such heating fields.
- the impact jet nozzle boxes 7 of the heating zone 4 are all connected together to the pressure side 12a of a first hot air blower device 12.
- This first hot air blower device 12 is preferably designed in the manner of a circulating air blower device known per se and is preferably arranged in the lower part of the heating zone 4 (as illustrated in the drawing).
- This first hot air blower device 12 thus contains in the usual way a hot air fan 13 with a drive motor 14 and a normal hot air circulating flowed through heat exchanger 15, which is connected to the vacuum side (suction side) 13a of the hot air fan 13.
- a type of distributor line 16 is provided as a hot air line connection between the pressure side 12a of this first hot air blower device 12 and the front inflow openings 7b of the impact jet nozzle boxes 7.
- adjustable throttle valves 17 (cf. FIG. 2) can be arranged in at least some inflow openings 7b of the impingement nozzle boxes 7, which are provided as a type of means for controlling the speed and / or quantity of the hot air to be supplied to the impingement jet boxes and to be able to adjust.
- bypass flap 18 and a bypass opening 19 may also be advantageous to provide a bypass flap 18 and a bypass opening 19 at a suitable point, for example at the upper end (shown in FIG. 2) of the distributor line 16, in such a way that at least a part (possibly even the whole amount) of the circulating hot air then can be temporarily derived from the associated zone if the air pressure at the nozzle boxes has to be removed when the device is at a standstill in order to avoid blowing the stationary web too sharply and thus reducing the quality.
- a measuring device 20 for measuring the surface temperature of the web 2 at least at the end of the heating zone 4, but preferably at the end of each heating field, these measuring devices preferably being able to be arranged approximately in the area of the housing cover 1a.
- the measurement signals of these measuring devices 20 can then be applied to the control means described above for the first hot air blower device, for example via a control box indicated at 21, for setting the hot air temperature.
- the control box 21 could, for example, be connected to the drive motor 14 of the hot air fan 13 in terms of control.
- the heating power should be variable and quickly adaptable by means of the circulating hot air, as mentioned at the beginning, the hot air used in the holding zone 5 only needs to be kept at a constant holding temperature to become.
- at least one second hot air blower device which is simple to control compared to the first hot air blower device can be provided in the dwell zone 5.
- the dwelling zone 5 is constructed overall in the form of a hot flue with upper and lower rows of deflection and guide rollers 22 for loop-shaped guidance of the web 2.
- This dwelling zone 5 preferably has at least two immediately successive ones Dwell fields 5a, 5b (only two fields are shown in FIG. 1).
- Each dwell field 5a and 5b is assigned its own second hot air blower device 23a, 23b, each of which can be constructed in principle in the same way as the first hot air blower device 12 of the heating zone 4, but without the complex control and setting means, because - how mentioned - the treatment temperature of the circulating hot air should be set constantly.
- each dwell field 5a, 5b of the dwell zone 5 contains a number of ventilation boxes 24 connected to the pressure side of the associated second hot-air blower device 23a or 23b, the nozzle openings (slots, rows of holes or 24a) are directed into the respectively opposite open fabric web loops 2a, these nozzle openings 24a extending approximately over the entire width of the product web 2.
- the hot air is inflated in each dwell 5a, 5b on only one side of the web 2 and in two successive adjacent dwellings 5a, 5b on opposite sides of the web, the hot air as shown in Fig. 1 dashed arrows 25 is indicated.
- the second hot-air blower device 23a together with its ventilation boxes 24 in the first dwell 5a in the lower part of the device and the second hot-air blower device 23b with their ventilation boxes 24 in the upper part of the device (in each case associated dwell field) arranged, as can be clearly seen in Fig. 1.
- the web of material is only ventilated from one side in each dwell field 5a, 5b, but the side of the ventilation alternates from dwell field to dwell field, i. H. 1, the web 2 in the first dwell 5a only from below and in the second dwell 5b only from above with hot air, then both sides of the web of possible reaction residues, eg. B. formaldehyde to be freed.
- FIG. 1 An important feature of the invention in this heat treatment device can also be seen from FIG. 1.
- a partition wall 26 - which may be sufficiently insulating - which extends transversely through the housing 1 and which only leaves a just sufficiently large web passage opening 27 through which the web moves from the heating zone 4 into the immediately following first dwelling field 5a of dwelling zone 5.
- the arrangement of this partition wall 26 creates a clear division of the device or the housing 1 into an intensely ventilated heating zone 4 and a somewhat mildly ventilated dwell zone 5, which accommodates the different energy requirements of the two zones and the possibility of influencing the heating in the dwell zone 5 operational changes in the heating zone 4 to a minimum, possibly even completely reduced.
- the heating zone 4 the targeted and necessary to the extent necessary, controllable heating of each Supported web 2 to be treated in a particularly economical manner.
- the web 2 is heated - as already indicated - in the heating zone 4 by vigorous, intensive impingement jet ventilation (with hot air jets hitting the web vertically), while in the dwelling zone the web 2 is subjected to parallel or longitudinal ventilation by the hot air (arrows 25) is blown into the web loops formed.
- the hot air speed and / or quantity and / or temperature can be regulated in a relatively simple and rapid manner during the current treatment process, so that the web has reached the desired state at the end of the heating zone 4.
- This can be done, for example, by the aforementioned speed control of the hot air fan 13 or its drive motor 14 and / or the throttle valves 17 in the region of the inflow openings 7b of the impact jet nozzle boxes 7.
- control can take place via the measuring devices 20 for the surface temperature of the web 2.
- such a control can of course also be carried out with other known devices, for example - as is known per se - by determining the heat energy exchange by measuring the temperatures in the area of the hot air inflow and outflow and the further via the temperature difference Control of the hot air in the heating zone 4 mentioned above is carried out.
- the embodiment of the heat treatment device according to the invention previously described with reference to FIGS. 1 and 3 is particularly advantageously and economically suitable for carrying out the condensation described above of textile webs treated with synthetic resin or the like.
- the device can also be adapted in a suitable manner to other heat treatment processes in textile finishing, for example for drying or the like.

Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a device for heat treatment, in particular for drying and condensing, of a continuously transported, broadly guided textile web, according to the preamble of
Devices of the required type are generally known from the practice of textile finishing.
A special application for such a heat treatment device is the heat treatment of textile webs, which are made entirely or partially from natural fibers and are to be made easy to care for, heat-resistant and shrink-resistant by a synthetic resin treatment, the heat treatment to be carried out to condense the applied synthetic resin materials. For this purpose, the material web must be brought to a predetermined temperature and left at this temperature for a predetermined time. Such an approach, i. H. targeted heating and lingering of the material web, occurs in textile finishing not only in the aforementioned condensation, but also in other processes, some of which are similar, e.g. B. in the thermal insulation of textile webs.
In the embodiment of the heat treatment device required in the preamble of
The invention is based on the object of improving a device of the type required in the preamble of
This object is achieved by the features specified in the characterizing part of
In the case of this device according to the invention, first of all, by arranging a partition wall between the heating zone and the immediately downstream dwell zone that only leaves a web passage opening, it is ensured that when the temperature in the heating zone changes, in particular an increase, the hot air from the heating zone and hot air are mixed from the subordinate dwell zone is avoided. In this way, an increase in the hot air temperature has a very targeted effect only in the heating zone, which can be carried out particularly economically.
Due to the further measures specified in the characterizing part of
Vorteilhafte Ausgestaltungen und Weiterbildungen der Erfindung sind Gegenstand der Unteransprüche.Advantageous refinements and developments of the invention are the subject of the dependent claims.
- Fig. 1
- eine ganz schematisch gehaltene vertikale Längsschnittansicht der erfindungsgemäßen Wärmebehandlungsvorrichtung;

- Fig. 1

- Fig. 2
- a cross-sectional view through the heating zone of the device, approximately along the line II-II in Fig. 1st
Pfeile 3).The heat treatment device according to the invention can essentially — as shown in the drawing — have a
In the heating zone 4, a number of essentially upright,
Preferably, and in particular in the case of relatively large vertical lengths (heights) of the
It goes without saying that with relatively low heights of the
In the structure of the heating zone 4 shown in FIG. 1 with the impact
No matter how many heating fields the heating zone 4 is formed, the impact
It may also be advantageous to provide a bypass flap 18 and a bypass opening 19 at a suitable point, for example at the upper end (shown in FIG. 2) of the
Further means of controlling and adjusting the speed and / or quantity of the hot air circulating via the impact jet nozzle boxes are to design the
For the aforementioned purpose, it can then also be advantageous to provide a
While in heating zone 4, in order to adapt to different web types or qualities and moisture levels, the heating power should be variable and quickly adaptable by means of the circulating hot air, as mentioned at the beginning, the hot air used in the
Due to the above-described formation of the
An important feature of the invention in this heat treatment device can also be seen from FIG. 1. Between the heating zone 4 and the immediately
In the operation of this device according to the invention, the hot air speed and / or quantity and / or temperature can be regulated in a relatively simple and rapid manner during the current treatment process, so that the web has reached the desired state at the end of the heating zone 4. This can be done, for example, by the aforementioned speed control of the
The embodiment of the heat treatment device according to the invention previously described with reference to FIGS. 1 and 3 is particularly advantageously and economically suitable for carrying out the condensation described above of textile webs treated with synthetic resin or the like. However, it goes without saying that the device can also be adapted in a suitable manner to other heat treatment processes in textile finishing, for example for drying or the like.
