Claims (6)
- Vitrokeramisches Heizelement mit wenigstens einem flachen elektrischen Heizkörper auf einer Fläche einer vitrokeramischen Platte, wobei dieser Heizkörper ausgehend von dieser Fläche eine erste Isolierschicht (21), eine zweite Leitschicht (22) zur Bildung elektrischer Speiseleitungen (C₁, C₂) und eine dritte Widerstandsschicht (23) zur Bildung eines Heizwiderstandes (R) enthält, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zum Erhalten der geeigneten Eigenschaften der ersten Isolierschicht zum Verhindern der Erzeugung von Stromlecken vom Heizwiderstand nach der Keramikplatte bei hohen Temperaturen und außerdem zum Verknüpfen der Kompatibilitätseigenschaften sowohl mit der Vitrokeramikplatte als auch mit den anderen Schichten diese Isolierschicht im Siebdruck mit einer Ausgangsmischung für Siebdruckpaste verwirklicht wird, die einerseits eine Glasphase, bestehend aus Mol-Anteilen von:
ZnO + MeO 50 bis 65% B₂O₃ 10 bis 20% Al₂O₃ 0 bis 10% SiO₂ 40 bis 5%
MgO, CaO, und worin MeO mit ZnO in den Mol-Anteilen 0 bis 10% der Einheit der Glasphase derart verknüpft ist, daß die Anteile ZnO + MeO 50 bis 65 Mol. % der Glasphase darstellen, und andererseite eine durch das amorphe Silizium gebildete amorphe Phase enthält, und daß die Glasphase mit der amorphen Phase in den Volumenanteilen von 3 bis 13% für die Glasphase und von 97 bis 87% für die amorphe Phase verknüpft ist. - Heizelement nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in der Ausgangsmischung zum Verwirklichen der Isolierschicht (21) die Glasphase aus folgenden Mol-Anteilen besteht:
ZnO + MeO 62% SiO₂ 21% B₂O₃ 17%. - Heizelement nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in der Ausgangsmischung zum Verwirklichen der Isolierschicht (21) die Glasphase aus folgenden Mol-Anteilen besteht:
ZnO + MeO 62% SiO₂ 21% B₂O₃ 12% Al₂O₃ 5%. - Heizelement nach Anspruch 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in der Ausgangsmischung zum Verwirklichen der Isolierschicht (21) die Glasphase in Anteilen von 5% und die amorphe Phase zu 95% des Volumens der Gesamtmenge beträgt.
- Heizelement nach einem oder mehreren der vorangehenden Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zum Erhalten von Kompatibilitätseigenschaften der dritten Widerstandsschicht (23) mit der vitrokeramischen Platte diese Schicht im Siebdruck ausgehend von einer Ausgangsmischung für eine Siebdruckpaste verwirklicht wird, die eine aktive Phase, die in Volumenanteilen der Gesamtmischung gebildet wird:
RuO₂ ≈ 15 bis 40%
CuO ≈ 0 bis 5%,
und eine Glasphase in komplementären Volumenanteilen enthält, die eine der vitrokeramischen Zusammensetzung gleiche Zusammensetzung hat. - Heizelement nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zum Erhalten von Kompatibilitätseigenschaften der zweiten Leitschicht (22) mit der keramischen Platte und mit den anderen Platten diese Schicht im Siebdruck ausgehend von einer Ausgangsmischung für eine Siebdruckpaste verwirklicht wird, die aus Silberpulver Ag zusammen mit dem Pulver aus Kupferoxid (CuO) oder aus Palladium (Pd) in jeweiligen Volumenanteilen von 80 bis 100% für das Silber (Ag) und von 20 bis 0% für das Kupferoxid (CuO) oder das Palladium (Pd) gebildet wird.
