Definitions
- the invention relates to a suction device according to the preamble of claim 1.
- Suction devices of this type which work with a pressure relief valve in the pressure line for setting a constant pressure.
- these devices can also contain a throttle with a valve connected in parallel in the pressure line. By alternately opening and closing the valve, the suction electrodes connected to the pressure line can alternately be supplied with the full pressure or the throttled pressure. This leads to the desired suction massage effect.
- the object of the present invention is to construct a suction device of the type mentioned at the beginning, in which the basic pressure and, if appropriate, massage pressure can be set or regulated with even simpler technical means and even more controllably than before.
- a single electromagnetic armature is now used to set preselectable constant pressures and / or to perform a suction massage.
- the different pressures or pressure fluctuations can be specified in a simple manner by setting or changing the magnet armature coil current.
- the basic pressure is predetermined by the weight of the electromagnetic armature.
- the suction device comprises a pressure pump 1 which, driven by a motor 2, sucks air from the environment via a pre-filter 3 with air intake 4.
- the air drawn in passes through a post-filter 5 into the pressure line 6 with the line outlet 7 on the device side.
- the suction electrode 9 works on the ejector principle. Accordingly, it comprises a through-channel 10 which narrows like a nozzle at point 11.
- the housing 13 of the suction electrode 9 comprises an opening 14 on the application surface in which, for example, an electrode 15 is located.
- the electrode 15 is used for supplying or also for discharging electrical currents from the patient's body. In the present case, this electrode 15 is used, for example, to supply an excitation current to a patient.
- the electrode 15 is connected via an electrical line 16 in the pneumatic cable 8 to an electrical stimulation device only shown in the form of a block 17 in FIG.
- a pressure adjusting valve 18 pressure relief valve
- the pressure adjustment valve 18 consists of a metal block 19 with an inner bore 20, into which an O-ring 21 made of elastic material, for example silicone rubber, is inserted.
- the coil winding for the excitation current of the electric lifting magnet is indicated at 25.
- the coil winding 25 is connected to control electronics 26, which is supplied by a power supply unit 27, which, for example, also feeds the motor 2 for the pressure pump 1.
- the pressure adjustment valve 18 is shown enlarged in Figure 2 for clarity. It can be clearly seen from FIG. 2 that the disk 22 has a diameter D such that on the one hand it covers the upper part of the O-ring 21 in a sealing manner and on the other hand air that escapes in the event of overpressure (indicated by arrows 30, 31) has as little resistance as possible opposed. Furthermore, it can be seen in FIG. 2 that the armature 24 of the electric lifting magnet comprises a plunger 23, which has a punctiform contact surface 34 on the plunger end 32 seated on the disk 22 due to the corresponding rounding 33. The plunger 23 also sits with the punctiform contact surface 34 centrally on the disk 22 relative to the O-ring 21. The punctiform centric seating results in a defined characteristic of the pressure adjustment valve 18.
- the pressure adjustment valve 18 is oriented vertically so that the armature 24 presses fully with the plunger 23 on the disk 22. When the excitation current is zero, the armature weight lies on the disk 22. The armature weight lying in this state supplies the basic pressure P O in the inner bore 20 or in the pressure line 6.
- pressure fluctuations P ⁇ can now be fed in in addition to the basic pressure P O. This takes place in such a way that a pulsating excitation current, the amplitude of which can be adjusted on the control element 29, is fed via the control electronics 26 to the coil winding 25 of the armature 24 after appropriate selection via the control elements 28, 29.
- the armature 24 is thereby deflected in a correspondingly pulsating manner. He presses with his plunger 23 accordingly pulsating on the disc 22, which then the pressure fluctuations on the transmits inner bore 20 in the pressure line 6. From there, the pulsating pressure fluctuations are then transferred to the suction electrode 9.
- the negative pressure in this suction electrode fluctuates accordingly, and the tissue at the application site where the suction electrode is sucked is massaged to a greater or lesser extent in accordance with the pulsations.
- the inputs of the control electronics 26 connected to the power supply unit 27 are indicated by 35 and 36 in FIG. 3 (likewise in FIG. 1).
- the circuit arrangement comprises four operational amplifiers OP1 ... OP4.
- the components R1 ... R26 are ohmic resistors, the resistors R4, R19, R22 being designed as potentiometers.
- the components C1, C2 are capacitors and the component Z1 is a zener diode. Two diodes are labeled D1, D2.
- T1 is an output stage transistor and 24 is the coil winding of the solenoid.
- a total of three switch positions a, b, c can be set by means of a three-stage rotary switch S1 ... S3 (adjustable via control element 28).
- the control electronics 26 and thus the suction device operate in a first mode of suction massage operation (“suction massage fast”).
- switch position b the control electronics 26 and thus the suction device operate without suction massage.
- switch position c there is a second mode of suction massage ("suction massage slow").
- Switch S1 ... S3 thus defines the following operating modes as rotary switches: "Suction massage fast" (switch position a), "Without suction massage” (switch position b) and "Suction massage slow” (switch position c).
- the suction massage frequency is generated by the operational amplifier OP1.
- the operational amplifier OP2 processes the triangular voltage U1 taken off at the input of the operational amplifier OP1 by overdriving in e.g. a trapezoidal voltage U2.
- the value of the resistor R17 determines the desired trapezoidal shape.
- the network of ohmic resistors R1 ... R6 alone determines the size of the control voltage at the positive input of the operational amplifier OP4 during operation with suction massage (switch positions a and c of the rotary switch S1 ... S3).
- resistors R7 and R8 are switched on.
- the control voltage on the wiper of the resistance potentiometer R4 is removed.
- the grinder is adjusted by means of the control element 28.
- the operational amplifier OP3 is used as an impedance converter for non-reactive measurement of the control voltage.
- the operational amplifier OP4 serves as a driver for the output stage transistor T1. Both are negative feedback.
- the resistor R21 provides variable feedback in order to be able to compensate for scattering of all subsequent electrical and electromechanical components.
- the diode D1 suppresses switching peaks at the collector of the output stage transistor T1.
- the diode D2 is used to linearize the square I / P characteristic of the solenoid.
- the maximum pressure results from the performance of the pressure pump 1 and the nozzle properties of the suction electrodes 9.
- the lifting magnet controlled by the current, must exert a certain force on the pressure adjusting valve 18.
- the limit values a) and d) cannot be exceeded or undershot both without and with suction massage. It is therefore necessary to add the suction massage amplitude to the minimum pressure when the pressure regulator is closed and to subtract it from the maximum pressure when the pressure regulator is open. In addition, the suction massage amplitude should increase as the pressure regulator is turned up.

Abstract
Description
- a) Minimaldruck bei zugedrehtem Druckregler R4,
