Claims (3)

  1. Dispositif de limitation de la vitesse maximale de rotation du moteur à combustion interne d'un véhicule, dans lequel l'inflexion maximale d'un organe réglant, dont l'inflexion instantanée détermine le débit de carburant devant être injecté dans la chambre de combustion du moteur, peut être réduite si nécessaire, caractérisé en ce qu'un signal caractérisant l'immobilisation du véhicule active la limitation de vitesse, ce signal étant généré par le tachymètre ou le frein de blocage ou un détecteur de couple monté entre la boîte à vitesses et la roue de commande.
  2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le signal caractérisant l'immobilisation du véhicule actionne un distributeur (14) monté sur une canalisation de fluide sous pression (12) de manière qu'un élément de piston (7) prévu comme butée pour l'organe réglant (1) et mobile dans un cylindre (6) raccordé à la canalisation (12 ) de fluide sous pression soit maintenu à la position limitant l'inflexion maximale de l'organe réglant en cas d'immobilisation du véhicule.
  3. Dispositif selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que le distributeur est un distributeur 3/2 agissant par voie électromagnétique et monté dans un circuit (15) qui peut être coupé par au moins un interrupteur(17) reconnaissant l'immobilisation du véhicule.
