Claims (4)

  1. Dispositif de montage de clichés flexographiques, à l'aide d'une bande adhésive double face, sur un cylindre d'impression équipé d'une roue dentée, tourillonnant sur un support (4), disposé sur un entraînement (6), déplaçable, par rapport à une surface de montage, au-dessus de cette surface de montage (7) portant la face d'impression du cliché (9), la roue dentée (2) du cylindre d'impression (1) étant en prise avec une crémaillère (3) ou analogue située sur la table de montage, dans laquelle sont prévues les pointures (14) correspondant aux perçages ménagés dans le cliché, caractérisé en ce que la surface de montage (7) est pourvue d'une pluralité de premières ouvertures à vide (18) pouvant être raccordées à une source de vide et susceptibles d'en être isolées, selon une rangée parallèle à l'axe du cylindre d'impression, en fonction de son mouvement au-dessus de la surface de montage (7), et la commande de suppression du vide donnant lieu simultanément à une alimentation en air comprimé.
  2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que des rainures de montage sont réalisées dans la surface de montage (7), parallèlement et perpendiculairement à l'axe du cylindre d'impression (1), pour recevoir des bandes de montage (11,12,13), les pointures (14) étant prévues sur les bandes de montage.
  3. Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce qu'une feuille de montage (8) portant une échelle de division est disposée entre la surface de montage (7) et le cliché (9), à l'aide d'une bande de montage (11), et susceptible d'être soumise à une aspiration, au moyen de deuxièmes ouvertures à vide (19), alimentées en vide indépendamment des premières ouvertures à vide (18), et la feuille de montage (8) présentant des ouvertures de passage coïncidant avec les premières ouvertures à vide (18), la bande de montage (11) destinée à la feuille de montage (8) étant disposée dans une rainure de montage (15) s'étendant perpendiculairement à la rainure de montage (16) servant à recevoir la bande de montage (12) destinée au cliché (9).
  4. Dispositif selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que l'échelle de division de la feuille de montage (8) est à la même échelle que le cliché, les dimensions effectives étant données parallèlement à l'axe du cylindre d'impression (1), alors que, perpendiculairement à l'axe du cylindre d'impression, est réalisé un raccourcissement, ayant la valeur du pourcentage de dilatation du cliché (9), calculé pour la valeur de la circonférence spécifique du cylindre d'impression.
