Abstract

Ein Strahlheizkörper (11) zur Beheizung einer Glas­ keramikplatte (15) ist unterhalb dieser angeordnet und enthält in einem Tragteller (12) eine Isolation (24), auf deren Rand (22) eine Abdeckblende (114) liegt, deren Innenrand (81) etwas nach innen vorsteht und so die Kochfläche optisch und thermisch begrenzt. Zwei Hell­ strahler (20) in Form von geraden Halogenlampen ragen parallel zueinander über den Strahlheizkörper hinweg. Zwischen und neben ihnen sind Dunkelstrahler (25) ange­ ordnet, die in einem niedrigeren Temperaturbereich ar­ beiten. Die Hellstrahler ragen durch eine Randausnehmung (86) nach außen und haben auf ihren abgeflachten Enden (84) eine Beschichtung (89), die das Herausdringen von Licht aus dem Inneren des Strahlheizkörpers verhindert.
Bei einer weiteren Ausführungsform kann auch eine das Strahlheizkörperende (90) umgebende Abdeckung vorgesehen sein, die mit einem Rand in Form einer umgekehrten Schüssel das Hellstrahlerende abschirmt und Teil der Abdeckblende sein kann.
