Claims (7)

  1. Handhabungsgerät für Blechtafeln, mit einem Aufbau-Träger mit zwei Spannbacken (5 - 10), welche in vertikaler Richtung orientiert und in axialer Richtung fluchtend zueinander angeordnet sind, um in Höhe der Beladezone ein in waagerechter Richtung angeordnetes Blech (22) zu ergreifen, wobei diese Anordnung Antriebsmittel aufweist, welche eine lineare Bewegung des Bleches in eine Biegepresse (23) sicherstellen und den Spannbacken (5 - 10) Vorrichtungen zugeordnet sind, um deren Drehbewegung um ihre Achse zu bestimmen, so daß das Blech in Höhe seiner sämtlichen oder nur bestimmten Seiten einem Biegevorgang unterworfen wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Aufbau-Träger insgesamt die Form eines Doppel-T mit einem oberen Element (1) aufweist, welches in Höhe des äußeren Endes einer seiner beiden Flügel den Sitz für die Welle der oberen Spannbacke (5) trägt und darüber hinaus ein unteres Trägerelement (3) aufweist, welches an der Stelle (2) mit dem davorliegenden Element in der Verbindungszone gelenkig verbunden ist, daß das untere Trägerelement (3) sich nach unten zu zu einem Zapfen (11) verlängert, welcher auf einem in Querrichtung verfahrbaren Gestell (12) angeordnet ist, welches längs einer Führung (13) verschiebbar ist, die senkrecht zu derjenigen Linie verläuft, welche die Zone für die Blechbeschickung und die Presse verbindet, daß die Führung (13) relativ zu dieser Linie seitlich angeordnet ist und deren Richtung diese Linie auf halber Höhe schneidet, daß die Führung (13) auf einer festen Fußfläche (14) liegt, die sich seitlich relativ zu der Zone der Spannbacken in vertikaler Richtung erstreckt, daß das seitliche äußere Ende des unteren Trägerelementes (3) über eine die untere Spannbacke (10) tragende Welle (9) an einem Längsfahrgestell (8) angelenkt ist, welches an der Seite Gleitschuhe (15) aufweist, die längs an der vertikalen Seite der Fußfläche (14) angeordneten linearen Führungen (15') verschiebbar sind, welche sich relativ zu derjenigen Linie parallel erstrecken, die die Zone für die Blechbeschickung und die Presse schneidet und daß Mittel (16-17-18) zur Vorwärtsbewegung des Längsfahrgestelles (8) längs der linearen Führungen (15') sowie Mittel (19, 20, 21) zur Erzeugung der Drehbewegung der Welle (9) und infolgedessen derjenigen der unteren Spannbacke (10) vorgesehen sind.
  2. Handhabungsgerät nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Mittel für die Vorwärtsbewegung des Längsfahrgestelles (8) von einem Motor (16) gebildet sind, welcher auf dem Längsfahrgestell liegt und in horizontaler Richtung orientiert ist, um ein Zahnrad (17) in Drehbewegung zu versetzen, welches in eine im vertikalen Teil der Fußfläche (14) angeordnete Zahnstange (18) eingreift und daß sich diese Zahnstange (18) parallel zu der Richtung der linearen Führungen (15) erstreckt.
  3. Handhabungsgerät nach einem der Ansprüche 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Mittel zur Sicherstellung der Drehbewegung der Welle (9) von einem Elektromotor (19) gebildet sind, welcher auf dem Längsfahrgestell (8) liegt, um eine Drehbewegung mit Hilfe eines Zahnradritzels (20) und eines Zahnrades (21) sicherzustellen, welch letzteres koaxial zu der Welle (9) liegt.
  4. Handhabungsgerät nach einem der Ansprüche 1 - 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die beiden Trägerelemente (1 - 3) in Höhe desjenigen Flügels, welcher dem die Spannbacken (5, 10) tragenden Flügels gegenüberliegt, über einen hydraulischen Zylinder (4) miteinander verbunden sind, dessen Gehäuse an einem der vorerwähnten Elemente (1, 3) befestigt ist, während das obere äußere Ende der Stange des Zylinders an dem gegenüberliegenden Trägerelement angebracht ist und daß die Verschiebung dieser Stange die Drehbewegung des oberen Elementes (1) um den Mittelzapfen (2) dieser Elemente hervorruft.
  5. Handhabungsgerät nach einem der Ansprüche 1 - 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die seitlichen äußeren Enden des unteren Trägerelementes (3) und des Längsfahrgestelles (8), die einander zugekehrt sind, eine Reihe von Zähnen aufweisen, welche in Zähne des gegenüberliegenden Elementes eingreifen.
  6. Handhabungsgerät nach einem der Ansprüche 1 - 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß um die die untere Spannbacke (10) tragende Welle (9) herum eine zylindrische Ringkammer (26) angeordnet ist, daß diejenige Wand, welche diese Kammer von der äußeren Wand der Welle (9) trennt, aus einem elastischen Material geringer Stärke besteht und daß Mittel vorgesehen sind, welche den Eintritt eines Druckmittels in das Innere der Kammer über einen im Längsfahrgestell (8) angeordneten Kanal (27) sicherstellen.
  7. Handhabungsgerät nach einem der Ansprüche 1 - 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß für die Rückbewegung mechanische Organe vorgesehen sind, welche im Inneren des Längsfahrgestelles (8) und der beiden Trägerelemente (1, 3) angeordnet sind und daß über diese Organe die beiden Spannbacken (5-10) miteinander verbindbar sind derart, daß sie identische Winkelbewegungen um ihre Achse vollführen.
