Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft eine Schuhinnensohle, insbesondere Zwischen- oder Brandsohle für Schuhe, wie Arbeits- oder Sicherheitsschuhe, mit einem Binder und ggf. Füllstoffe aufweisenden Faservliesstoff.
  • Bei Schuhinnensohlen besteht insbesondere bei Schuhen mit Kunststoffsohlen, wie sie allgemein getragen werden, in elektrischen Zentralen, wie Computerzentren, der Elektronikindustrie u.s.w. sowie in chemischen Labors etc. ein Problem in der leicht auftretenden elektrischen Aufladung bei Kontaktierung von Kunststoffsohlen mit kunststoffhaltigen Böden, wie linoleumähnlichen Bodenbelägen und kunstfaserhaltigen Teppichböden.
  • Diese Aufladungen können beträchtliche Ladungsmengen hervorrufen, die bei empfindlichen elektrischen Geräten und Bauteilen zu Störungen oder sogar zur Zerstörung empfindlicher Einzelkomponenten führen können. In chemischen Labors können durch über derartige Aufladungen bewirkte Entladungen Funken entstehen, die entzündliche Materialien zünden können.
  • Zur Vermeidung der Aufladung von Teppichböden und anderen, bevorzugt kunstfaserhaltigen Materialien wurde bereits vorgeschlagen, leitfähige Fasern in diese einzuarbeiten. So wurde in der DE-OS 20 16 403 vorgeschlagen, zur Vermeidung statischer Aufladung von Teppichen ein Grundgewebe für Tufting Teppiche und Nadelvliese einzusetzen, das Filamentgarne oder Fasergarne aus einer Fasermischung mit Metallfasern oder metallisierten Fasern aufweist.
  • Auch in der DE-PS 19 17 587 wird der Zusatz von Metall-, bevorzugt Stahlfasern zu einem Schichtstoff aus verschiedenen Fasermaterialien beschrieben.
  • Zur Vermeidung der statischen Aufladung von Drehtellern von Plattenspielern wurde bereits in der DE-PS 24 57 542 vorgeschlagen, Metallfasern, insbesondere Stahlfasern, in den Filz einzuarbeiten, mit dem diese Teller belegt wurden.
  • Leitfähige Tücher aus einem Vlies mit Metallfasergehalt für Filterzwecke wurden in "Textile Institute and Industry" 7, 1972, S.199 beschrieben.
  • Es ist aber nicht möglich, stets zur Verhinderung der Aufladung von Betriebspersonal davon auszugehen, daß der Boden antistatisch ausgerüstet ist oder nur Ledersohlen zuzulassen, wie dies bei den bisherigen Schuhen für diese Einsatzzwecke der Fall war. Insbesondere genügt Leder nicht mehr den heutigen Anforderungen.
  • US-A-4750418 beschreibt eine Sohle deren Innensohle aus einem mit einem partikelförmigen leitfähigen Material getränkten Vliesmaterial besteht.
  • Es ist demzufolge Aufgabe der Erfindung, Schuhe selbst so auszurüsten,daß eine Aufladung vermieden werden konnte.
  • Die Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß durch eine Schuhinnensohle, insbesondere Zwischen- oder Brandsohle für Arbeits-oder Sicherheitsschuhe, mit einem Binder und ggf. Füllstoffe aufweisenden Faservliesstoff gelöst, bei dem das Faservlies eine Fasermischung mit zwischen etwa 1 bis 10 Gew.% an elektrisch leitfähigen Stepelfasern aufweist.
  • Als Faservlies können verschiedene Vliese eingesetzt werden, wie genadelte Vliese, Wirrfaservliese od. dgl. Dabei kann die Fasermischung des Faservliesstoffes synthetische, und/oder natürliche und/oder Regenerat-Fasern aufweisen. Als synthetische Fasern haben sich bspw. Polyesterfasern, Nylonfasern, u. dgl. bzw. Gemische derselben als günstig erwiesen, insbesondere wegen ihrer hohen Beständigkeit, aber teilweise auch wegen des günstigen Preises.
  • Als elektrisch leitfähige Fasern werden besonders bevorzugt solche eingesetzt, die mindestens ein gut leitfähiges und flexibles Metall, wie Kupfer, Eisen, Aluminium, aufweisen oder mit einem leitfähigen Metall überzogene Fasern sind. Es ist auch möglich, elementaren Kohlenstoff einzusetzen.
  • Die leitfähigen Fasern können einen Titer von 1 - 18 dtex, bevorzugt 3 - 12 dtex haben.
  • Eine übliche Stapellänge der leitfähigen Fasern beträgt 20 bis 80 mm.
  • Bei einer erfindungsgemäßen Sohle kann der Durchgangswiderstand durch die Sohle bei einer angelegten Spannung von 100 Volt kleiner oder im Bereich von 1 x 10 ⁵ Ohm bevorzugt etwa gleich oder kleiner als 1 x 10⁴ Ohm ist.
  • Bevorzugt ist das Bindemittel hydrophob, so eignet sich bspw. Nitril-Butadienkautschuk- und/oder Styrol-Butadien-Kautschuk-Latex.
  • Es ist ferner bevorzugt, daß die Sohle ein bakterizides Mittel zur Fußhygiene und als Materialschutz aufweist.
  • Weitere Merkmale und Vorteile der Erfindung ergeben sich aus der nachfolgenden Beschreibung, in der ein bevorzugtes Ausführungsbeispiel anhand der Figur erläutert ist. Dabei zeigt:

  • Wie in Fig.1 dargestellt, weist die Sohle 10 ein Faservlies auf, das von dünnen Stahlfasern 12 durchzogen ist.
  • In Fig. 2 ist dargestellt, daß die Stahlfasern 12 sich durch die gesamte Dicke der Sohle erstrecken.
  • Nachfolgend wird anhand eines Beispiels die Herstellung einer erfindungsgemäßen Sohle beschrieben:
  • Beispiel:
  • Ein aus einer Mischung von Polypropylen- mit Polyesterfasern sowie 2 Gew% Stahlfasern einer Stärke von ca. 9 dtex und einer Länge von ca 40 mm bestehender, genadelter Vliesstoff mit einem Gewicht von 350 bis 550 g/qm und einer Stärke von 2-3 mm wird mit 100 Gew.% einer Mischung aus Nitrilbutadienkautschuk- und Styrol-Butadien-Kautschuk-Latex imprägniert, bei 150 Grad Celsius getrocknet und vulkanisiert. Anschließend wird der binderverfestigte Vliesstoff einseitig geschliffen, wobei die geschliffene Seite eine fußfreundliche Oberfläche ergibt. Das Material wird in an sich bekannter Weise für die Herstellung einer Zwischensohle eingesetzt und besitzt einen Widerstand von 10⁵ Ohm bei einer über die Sohlendicke angelegten Spannung von 100 Volt.

Claims (9)

  1. Schuhinnensohle, insbesondere Zwischen- oder Brandsohle für Arbeits- oder Sicherheitsschuhe, mit einem Binder und ggf. Füllstoffe aufweisenden Faservliesstoff, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Faservliesstoff eine Fasermischung mit zwischen etwa 1 bis 10 Gew.% an elektrisch leitfähigen Stepelfasern aufweist.
  2. Sohle nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Fasermischung des Faservliesstoffes synthetische, und/oder natürliche und/oder Regenerat-Fasern aufweist.
  3. Sohle nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die leitfähigen Stepelfasern mindestens ein Metall oder elementaren Kohlenstoff aufweisen.
  4. Sohle nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die leitfähigen Stepelfasern einen Titer von 1 - 18 dtex, bevorzugt 3 - 12 dtex haben.
  5. Sohle nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die leitfähigen Stepelfasern eine Stapellänge von 20 bis 80 mm haben.
  6. Sohle nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß der Durchgangswiderstand durch die Sohle bei einer angelegten Spannung von 100 Volt kleiner oder im Bereich von 1 x 10 ⁵ Ohm bevorzugt etwa gleich oder kleiner als 1 x 10⁴ Ohm ist.
  7. Sohle nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Bindemittel hydrophob ist.
  8. Sohle nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Bindemittel Nitrilbutadienkautschuk und/ oder Styrol-Butadien-Kautschuk-Latex aufweist.
  9. Sohle nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Sohle ein bakterizides Mittel aufweist.
