Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft eine Farbbandkassette für Schreib- oder ähnliche Büromaschinen der im Oberbegriff des Patentanspruchs 1 angegebenen Art.
  • Moderne Büromaschinen sind gemäß DE-A1-3625089 zur Aufnahme von verschlossenen Farbbandvorratskassetten konstruiert, welche eine Farbbandvorrats- oder -zuführspule und eine Farbbandaufnahmespule mit einem Stück Farbband enthalten, die außerhalb der Kassetten zwischen den beiden Spulen verlaufen, so daß es von den Farbbandführungen der Büromaschinen aufgenommen werden kann. Die Farbbänder in derartigen Kassetten sind Einzeldurchlauffarbbänder und sind auch unter dem Namen Karbonbänder bekannt. Nach Durchlauf des Farbbandes ist dieses derart verbraucht, daß eine neue Kassette eingesetzt werden muß. Dieses Auswechseln von Farbbandkassetten kann auch kurz vor Beendigung eines Briefes oder eines sonstigen Schriftstückes erforderlich sein. Wenn in einem solchen Fall keine neue Farbbandkassette vorrätig ist, kann eine beträchtliche Zeit bis zur endgültigen Fertigstellung des Briefes bzw. des Schriftstückes vergehen.
  • Der Erfindung liegt nun die Aufgabe zugrunde, eine Farbbandkassette zu schaffen, mit der auch nach Durchlauf des Farbbandes noch die Erzeugung von Schriftzeichen mit dem ansich bereits verbrauchten Band möglich ist. Diese Aufgabe wird durch die im Patentanspruch 1 gekennzeichnete Erfindung gelöst.
  • Die erfindungsgemäße Farbbandkassette ermöglicht eine Rückspulmöglichkeit, wodurch in Notfällen die Fertigstellung eines Schriftstückes auch ohne Austausch der Farbbandkassette möglich ist.
  • Weitere vorteilhafte Ausgestaltungen des Erfindungsgegenstandes sind den weiteren Unteransprüchen zu entnehmen. Die Erfindung wird anhand von Ausführungsbeispielen im folgenden näher beschrieben.

  • Die Figur 1 zeigt eine Farbbandkassette 1 für Schreib- oder ähnliche Büromaschinen mit einem Kassettengehäuse 2, das aus einem topfförmigen Bodenteil 3 und einem Deckel 4 besteht. In dem Kassettengehäuse 2 ist auf derem Bodenteil 3 eine Vorratsspule 5 drehbar gelagert, von der das Farbband über Umlenkstifte 6, 7 aus einer Austrittsöffnung 8 des Gehäuses 2 herausgeführt wird, von da durch die Druckstation gelangt und dann wieder durch eine Eintrittsöffnung 9 und Umlenkstifte 10, 11 zu einer Aufwickelspule 12 gelangt. Diese Aufwickelspule 12 weist einen Aufwickelkern 13 auf, der auf einem Lagerzapfen 14 eines um die Lagerachse 15 schwenkbaren Schwenkhebels 16 drehbar gelagert ist. Eine an dem Schwenkhebel 16 angelenkte Feder 17 sorgt dafür, daß das Farbband 18 auf dem äußeren Wickel der Aufwickelspule 12 stets mit einer verzahnten Antriebswalze 19 in Eingriff gehalten wird. Diese Antriebswalze 19 wird beim Aufsetzen auf eine Kassettenaufnahme 20 in der Maschine mit einer in dieser Kassettenaufnahme 20 angeordneten schneidenförmig ausgebildeten Transportvorrichtung 21 formschlüssig gekuppelt. Beim Durchlauf des Farbbandes 18 durch die Druckstation in Pfeilrichtung 22 mittels der Antriebswalze 19 nimmt der Durchmesser der Aufwickelspule 12 ständig zu. Hierbei gleitet der Lagerzapfen 14 in einem Langloch 23 des Gehäuses 2, dessen Längskanten 24, 25 zu der Schwenkachse 15 des Schwenkhebels 16 als radial geformte Bahnen ausgebildet sind. Die Aufwickelspule 12 ist mittels einer mit dem Lagerzapfen 14 zusammenwirkenden federnden Rastnase 26 in der Raststellung verrastbar, der im Bereich am Ende des Langloches 23 in die radial geformte Bahn hineinragt. Dieses Langloch 23 ist übrigens in dem Deckel 4 des Kassettengehäuses 2 angeordnet, wobei die Rastnase 26 ebenfalls Bestandteil des Deckels 4 ist und zum Federn eine Hinterschneidung 27 aufweist. Der Lagerzapfen 14 weist eine aus dem Kassettengehäuse 2 herausragende Verlängerung zum Anfassen mittels Finger oder zur Aufnahme eines Betätigungsknopfes zum Ver- und Entrasten des Schwenkhebels 16 auf.
  • Die Vorrichtung zum Rückspulen der Vorratsspule 5 besteht aus einer Ausnehmung 28 in der Nabe 29, die sechseckig zur Aufnahme eines ebenfalls sechseckigen Bleistiftes oder eines Imbusschlüssels ausgebildet ist. Zum Rückspulen des Farbbandes 18 wird der Schwenkhebel 16 mit der Aufwickelspule 12 in die Raststellung verschwenkt, wobei der Rastzapfen 14 hinter der federnden Rastnase 26 verrastet. In dieser Raststellung ist die Aufwickelspule nicht mehr in Eingriff mit der Antriebswalze 19. Dann wird die Vorratsspule 5 in Pfeilrichtung 30 mittels eines Bleistiftes, Imbusschlüssels oder eines sonstigen Hilfsmittels zurückgedreht. Nach diesem Zurückdrehen wird der Schwenkhebel 16 wieder von Hand entrastet, so daß der äußere Wickel der Aufwickelspule 12 wieder federnd an der Antriebswalze 19 anliegt. Damit kann der Schreibvorgang wieder fortgesetzt werden. Der Austausch einer neuen Kassette kann somit zu einem späteren Zeitpunkt erfolgen. Die mit der Vorratsspule 5 gekoppelte Zahnscheibe muß eine Verzahnung aufweisen, die ein Drehen der Vorratsspule 4 in beiden Drehrichtungen ermöglicht. Zu diesem Zweck muß auch die federnde Klinke 32 entsprechend ausgebildet sein.
  • Das Rückspulen der Vorratssspule 5 kann auch über ein Geldstück oder einen Schraubendreher erfolgen, wenn die Ausnehmung entsprechende Aufnahmeschitze 33, 34 gemäß Figur 1 aufweist.
  • In der Figur 3 ist eine Möglichkeit des Rückspulens des Farbbandes dargestellt, bei dem die Antriebswalze mit der Aufwickelspule 12 in Eingriff bleiben kann. Hierbei muß die Rücklaufsperre 35 für die Antriebswalze 19 zum Rückspulen des Farbbandes 18 von der Aufwickelspule 12 auf die Vorratsspule 5 entsperrt werden. Hierbei weist die Antriebswalze 19 ein Sperrad 36 auf, das durch eine federnde Sperrklinke 37 gegen Rückdrehung sperrbar ist. Die Sperrklinke 37 ist in eine Raststellung zum Außereingriffbringen mit dem Sperrad 36 verstellbar. Die Sperrklinke 37 weist einen Rastzapfen 38 auf, der einen aus dem Gehäuse 2 herausragenden Handgriff hat und in einer langlochartigen Führung 39 verstellbar ist. Eine Längskante 40 dieser Führung 39 weist eine in die Bewegungsbahn des Rastzapfens 38 hineinragende, federnde Rastnase 41 auf. Wenn das Farbband durchgelaufen ist muß in diesem Fall die Sperrklinke 37 außer Eingriff mit dem Sperrad 36 gebracht werden, so daß die Vorratsspule mit den oben beschriebenen Mitteln in Pfeilrichtung 30 gedreht werden kann. Auch hierdurch ist es der Bedienungsperson möglich, den Schreibvorgang ohne eines Austausches der Farbbandkassette zu beenden.

Claims (9)

1. Farbbandkassette (1) für Schreib- oder ähnliche Büromaschinen mit einer Austritts- (8) und einer Eintrittsöffnung (9) in dem Gehäuse für das Farbband (18) und mit einer Vorrats- (5) und einer Aufwickelspule (12) zum Aufwickeln des durch die Druckstation gelaufenen Farbbandes (18), wobei die Aufwickelspule (12) durch eine Antriebswalze (19) antreibbar ist, die bei auf eine Kassettenaufnahme aufgesetzter Kassette (1) mit einer Transportvorrichtung formschlüssig gekuppelt wird und die an dem auf der Aufwickelspule (12) befindlichen Farbbandwickel unter Federkraft anliegt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Aufwickelspule (12) zum Rückspulen des Farbbandes (18) entsperrbar ist und daß die Vorratsspule (5) eine Vorrichtung zum Rückdrehen entgegengesetzt zu ihrer Abwickelrichtung aufweist.

Kassette nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Antriebswalze ortsfest drehbar in dem Kassettengehäuse angeordnet ist und die Aufwickelspule auf einem Lagerzapfen eines abgefederten Schwenkhebels drehbar gelagert ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Lagerzapfen (14) in einem Langloch (23) des Gehäuses (2) verschiebbar gelagert ist, dessen Längskanten (24, 25) zu der Schwenkachse (15) des Schwenkhebels (16) als radial geformte Bahnen ausgebildet sind.
3. Kassette nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Aufwickelspule (12) mittels einer mit dem Lagerzapfen (14) zusammenwirkenden federnden Rastnase (26) in der Raststellung verrastbar ist, die im Bereich am Ende des Langloches (23) in die radial geformte Bahn hineinragt.
4. Kassette nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Langloch (23) in dem Deckel (4) des Kassettengehäuses (2) angeordnet ist und daß die Rastnase (26) Bestandteil des Deckels (4) ist und zum Federn eine Hinterschneidung (27) aufweist.
5. Kassette nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Lagerzapfen (14) eine aus dem Kassettengehäuse (2) herausragende Verlängerung zum Anfassen mittels Finger oder zur Aufnahme eines Betätigungsknopfes zum Verund Entrasten des Schwenkhebels (16) aufweist.
6. Kassette nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Antriebswalze (19) ein Sperrad (36) aufweist, das durch eine federnde Sperrklinke (37) gegen Rückdrehung sperrbar ist und daß die Sperrklinke (37) in eine Raststellung zum Außereingriffbringen mit dem Sperrad (36) verstellbar ist.

Kassette nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Sperrklinke (37) einen Rastzapfen (38) aufweist, der einen aus dem Gehäuse (2) herausragenden Handgriff hat und der in einer langlochartigen Führung (39) verstellbar ist und daß eine Längskante (40) eine in die Bewegungsbahn des Rastzapfens (38) hineinragende, federnde Rastnase (41) aufweist.
8. Kassette nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Vorrichtung zum Rückspulen der Vorratsspule (S) aus einer Ausnehmung (28) in deren Nabe (29) besteht und daß die Ausnehmung (28) mehreckig zur formschlüssigen Aufnahme eines vieleckigen Bleistiftes oder eines Imbusschlüssels ausgebildet ist.
9. Kassette nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Vorrichtung zum Rückspulen der Vorratsspule (5) schlitzförmige Ausnehmungen in deren Nabe (28) besteht, die zur formschlüssigen Aufnahme eines normalen Schraubendrehers oder eines Geldstücks dienen.
