Claims (10)
- Coquille pour la coulée continue de profilés d'entrée constitués par une âme et deux ailes et destinés de préférence à la fabrication de poutrelles en acier, qui comporte deux parois latérales qui dépassent l'âme et les ailes et des parois frontales qui sont montées entre les parois latérales de manière à pouvoir se déplacer et qui déterminent l'épaisseur des ailes, caractérisée en ce que chaque paroi latérale (1, 2) comporte une zone d'extrémité rectiligne et une zone d'extrémité coudée suivant un angle vers l'extérieur (1a, 1b, 2a, 2b), que les parois frontales (3, 4) sont intercalées entre les zones d'extrémité rectilignes et coudées opposées (1b, 2a et 1a, 2b) et qu'une paroi latérale au moins (1, 2) peut être déplacée, dans le sens de sa surface plane, par rapport à l'autre paroi latérale (1, 2), transversalement par rapport au sens de la coulée (17, 18).
- Coquille selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que les parois latérales (1, 2) délimitent, pour la mise en place d'un tube d'immersion (10), entre les zones d'extrémité (1a, 1b, 2a, 2b), une zone de coulée élargie (11) limitée à une partie de la hauteur de la coquille.
- Coquille selon les revendications 1 et 2, caractérisée en ce que la zone de coulée (11) se raccorde suivant un arc à la zone inférieure (12) qui détermine le format, la hauteur d'âme étant de 40 à 90 mm.
- Coquille selon les revendications 1 à 3, caractérisée en ce que la zone de coulée (11) se raccorde au moins d'un côté à la zone d'extrémité coudée (1a, 2a) des parois latérales (1, 2).
- Coquille selon les revendications 1 à 4, caractérisée en ce que les zones d'extrémités opposées (1a, 2b et 1b, 2a) des parois latérales (1, 2) font entre elles un angle de 60 à 85°.
- Coquille selon les revendications 1 à 5, caractérisée en ce que les parois frontales (3, 4) comportent une saillie médiane (8) orientée dans le sens de la coulée.
- Procédé de coulée continue de profilés d'entrée dans une coquille de coulée continue selon une ou plusieurs des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que le profilé d'entrée (5) est guidé, au-dessous de la coquille, dans la zone de son âme et de ses ailes (9, 6, 7) et qu'après sa solidification complète il est soumis à une opération de cintrage et de dressage.
- Coquille pour l'application du procédé selon la revendication 7, caractérisée en ce que du côté inférieur de la coquille l'installation comporte des grilles d'appui qui correspondent au contour des zones de l'âme et des ailes (9, 6, 7).
- Coquille pour l'application du procédé selon la revendication 7, caractérisée en ce que, du côté inférieur de la coquille, l'installation comporte des rouleaux d'appui (13, 14) qui correspondent au contour des zones de l'âme et des ailes (9, 6, 7).
- Profilé d'entrée coulé selon une des revendications 1 à 6 pour le laminage de poutrelles et constitué par une âme médiane et par deux ailes, caractérisé en ce que l'âme (9) a une épaisseur de 40 à 90 mm et que les branches des ailes (6, 7) font entre elles un angle de 60 à 85° et que les ailes (6, 7) sont décalées en sens inverse depuis l'axe de symétrie (22) de l'âme (9).
