Description

The invention relates to a flatbed wagon for piggyback transport with a flatbed bridge that can be extended laterally for loading. According to the preamble of patent claim 1.

Low-loader wagons of this type which are known in practice for piggyback transport have a low-loader bridge which is supported by a separate support frame mounted on the chassis. Guides are arranged in this support frame, which enable the loading and unloading of the flatbed bridge. A disadvantage of this type of construction is that the wagon is heavy due to the support frame construction and the loading area of the flatbed bridge is higher than that of conventional flatbed wagons. In a track vehicle for in-house transport (DE-A-3 139 220), a transverse sliding carriage can be moved laterally on a basic carriage. For this purpose, the basic carriage has laterally extendable booms that can be supported on the floor. The cross slide carriage can be extended on these arms by means of hydraulic devices, for which purpose it is equipped with running wheels which roll on these arms. In addition to the fact that the base carriage and transverse sliding carriage are only built for internal use, the extension mechanism with its Booms not usable for piggyback traffic. A transverse sliding device for a low-loader bridge is also known on a low-loader railway wagon (FR-A-2 309 386). The ends of the loading bridge are supported on the bogies by means of rotary pans and guide carriages. In addition, the loading bridge is still connected to each bogie via a guide rail, guide bearing and guide pin. This known transverse shifting device serves to facilitate cornering with long flat-bed wagons and loading bridges mounted on bogies. Since this complex and complicated shifting device does not allow any lateral shift beyond the track area, it cannot be used next to the track system for the purpose of loading.

The invention is therefore based on the object of creating a flatbed wagon with a flatbed bridge which can be extended laterally over the track area, which is distinguished by a particularly light construction and is easy to extend and retract.

This object is achieved with a flatbed wagon according to the preamble of claim 1 according to the invention by the characterizing features of this claim.

Due to the design according to the invention, according to which the chassis of the flatbed wagon have attached guides, whereupon the flatbed bridge with its tub supports can be moved laterally beyond the chassis, the extended loading bridge is supported on the platform by means of castors, and the fixing of the two chassis to each other solely by the flatbed bridge with theirs Trough carriers, this low-loading bridge can have a trough loading area that is just as low as conventional loading platforms that cannot be extended. There with no additional support frame is required for this type of construction, this flatbed wagon is not heavier than usual. The push-in and push-out process can be carried out either with winches, spindles or cylinders. In order to make it easy to push in and out, it is advantageous to either block the suspension or to support the chassis. This ensures a constant height of the upper edges of the chassis, there is no tensioning of the guide mechanisms and unnecessary effort and wear is prevented. Furthermore, a pneumatic or mechanical lifting mechanism can be used for the guides on the chassis, thus compensating for a height difference between the top edge of the rail and the platform.

  • Fig. 6 einen Zylinder mit Hakeneinrichtung zum Ausziehen der Tiefladebrücke.
The invention is described in more detail using an exemplary embodiment, which is also shown schematically in the drawing. Show it:
  • 1 is a flatbed wagon in the extended and retracted position,
  • Fig. 2 to Fig. 5 shows the sequence of a loading process and
  • Fig. 6 shows a cylinder with hook device for pulling out the flatbed bridge.

The flatbed bridge 1 is pulled with the winches 2 and 3 from the chassis 5 onto the platform. The castors 9 on the underside of the flatbed bridge 1 support them when entering and exiting the platform and reduce the effort required for this. The two chassis 5 are only fixed to each other by the tub support 4 of the flatbed bridge 1. The flatbed bridge 1 is pulled by the winches 2 from the chassis 5, wherein it runs on guides 10 attached to the upper sides of the chassis 5 by means of rollers 8. A truck train 6 drives over the ramps 7 on the Flatbed bridge 1 and this is then retracted by the winches 3.

The cylinder 12 is articulated. The telescopic piston rod 13 has two rollers 14 at its end in order to make operation easier and to avoid damage. The stroke of the cylinder 12 is as large as the distance required for the extraction process. The hook 15, which is also attached to the end of the piston rod 13, can be pivoted and is hung by hand on the brackets 16 attached to the flatbed bridge 1. If longer distances are to be bridged, a rope with a hook can be attached to the end of the piston rod instead of the hook 15, or an eyelet to which a rope with a hook is attached can be hung in the hook.
