Abstract
Description
- La présente invention a pour objet un assemblage comprenant un boîtier fixé sur un support. Selon un mode d'exécution préféré, le boîtier de l'assemblage contient un mouvement de montre.
- L'évolution des techniques horlogères, notamment dans le domaine des montres à quartz, a permis de diminuer fortement les coûts de production des montres. Ainsi, parallèlement au marché de la montre-bijou, le plus souvent en or ou en un autre métal précieux, généralement de grande valeur, s'est développé un important marché de la montre-accessoire.
- La fonction d'indicateur du temps de la montre-accessoire conserve toute son importance. Cependant, au même titre qu'un foulard, une cravate ou un sac à main, il est devenu courant de posséder plusieurs montres, que l'on accorde avec les vêtements que l'on porte, ou que l'on adapte à notre activité momentanée. En particulier, les montres dont les bracelets peuvent être changés facilement, constituent un moyen facile d'adaptation.
- Une montre conçue de façon à permettre un changement de bracelet est décrite dans la demande de brevet européen publiée sous no 0198801. Cette demande de brevet décrit un assemblage comprenant un boîtier plat fixé sur un textile ou une matière mince synthétique ou naturelle. A cet effet, le textile ou la matière mince comprend une bague sertie sur le pourtour d'un trou préalablement réalisé dans le textile à un emplacement prédéterminé, le boîtier présentant un fond circulaire introduit dans la bague et sensiblement de même épaisseur que celle-ci. Le boîtier et la bague présentent des moyens de retenue coopérant pour assurer une fixation amovible du boîtier sur le textile.
- La montre réalisée à l'aide de l'assemblage décrit dans la demande de brevet européen no 0198801 remplit bien la fonction de montre-accessoire mentionnée ci-dessus. En effet, la variété de textiles ou matières synthétiques tenant lieu de bracelet sur lesquels le boîtier de la montre peut être fixé sont nombreuses et variées. Toutefois, le coût de fabrication de tels bracelets est relativement élevé, puisqu'il est nécessaire de sertir une bague sur le pourtour d'un trou préalablement réalisé dans le textile ou autre matière constituant le bracelet. Ce coût est d'autant plus élevé que ledit sertissage doit être réalisé sur une matière élastique.
- Le but de l'invention est de proposer un assemblage permettant la fixation amovible d'un boîtier, en particulier d'un boîtier de montre, sur un support, permettant de remédier aux inconvénients cités plus haut.
- A cet effet, l'invention concerne un assemblage comprenant un boîtier fixé sur un support, dans lequel le boîtier et le support comportent des moyens de retenue coopérant pour assurer une fixation amovible du boîtier sur le support, lesdits moyens de retenue étant agencés pour permettre l'interposition d'un tissu ou d'une matière mince synthétique ou naturelle entre le boîtier et le support.
- Selon un premier mode d'exécution, le support se présente sous forme d'un bracelet rigide, présentant une partie plate comportant une ouverture dans laquelle est fixée le boîtier.
- Le bracelet peut être recouvert d'un fourreau amovible en tissu élastique. Il peut être constitué d'une matière déformable, telle que par exemple de l'acier spécial ressort, permettant un ajustement au poignet sans fermeture. Le bracelet peut comporter un élément de bague soudé par points sous la partie plate du bracelet.
- Selon un second mode d'exécution de l'assemblage, le support se présente sous la forme d'un élément annulaire. L'assemblage peut étre réalisé sur un élément vestimentaire. Il peut aussi être réalisé sur un tissu élastique, comportant une zone de moindre épaisseur à l'endroit de fixation du boîtier sur l'élément annulaire.
- Les moyens de retenue du boîtier sur le support peuvent comprendre un élément ressort-fil en acier ou en matière plastique ou synthétique disposé dans une rainure prévue sur le pourtour du boîtier et dont le diamètre extérieur est, à l'état de repos, sensiblement supérieur au diamètre intérieur de l'ouverture du support, de façon à être retenu contre la face inférieure du support après que le boîtier ait été emboîté par pression dans l'ouverture du support. L'élément ressort-fil peut être remplacé par une bague de tension en acier ou en matière plastique ou synthétique, disposée dans une rainure prévue sur le pourtour du boîtier au niveau du remontoir et dont le diamètre est, à l'état de repos, sensiblement supérieur au diamètre intérieur de l'ouverture du support, de façon à être retenue contre la face inférieure du support après que le boîtier ait été emboîté par pression dans l'ouverture du support, la bague de tension comportant une fente dont les bords sont situés de part et d'autre du remontoir.
- Le boîtier peut être en matière plastique et comporter une partie inférieure et une partie supérieure, la partie supérieure formant le verre et la partie inférieure la carrure, les dimensions extérieures en plan de la partie supérieure, transparente, étant supérieures à celles de la partie inférieure, la partie supérieure du boîtier présentant sur son pourtour un rebord qui s'appuie sur le support.
- Le boîtier peut contenir un mouvement de montre ou une boussole. Les index du cadran peuvent faire partie intégrante de la partie supérieure du boîtier.
- L'invention sera bien comprise à l'aide de la description qui suit, donnée à titre d'exemple, et en se référant aux dessins, où :
- la fig. 1 est une vue en perspective d'un exemple de support de l'assemblage, réalisé sous la forme d'un bracelet;
- la fig. 2 est une vue en plan de l'élément de base du bracelet de la figure 1, avant pliage;
- la fig. 3 est une vue en plan de dessous de l'élément de bague du bracelet de la figure 1, avant soudage sur l'élément de base représenté à la figure 2;
- la fig. 4 est une vue de côté, partiellement en coupe de l'élément de bague de la figure 3;
- la fig. 5 représente un détail de la partie A de la figure 4;
- la fig. 6 est une vue latérale partiellement en coupe diamétrale de la partie supérieure d'un exemple de boîtier de l'assemblage de l'invention;
- la fig. 7 est une vue latérale partiellement en coupe diamétrale de la partie inférieure du boîtier de la figure 6; et
- la fig. 8 représente une bague de tension utilisée comme moyen de retenue du boîtier sur le support.
- Afin de donner une bonne représentation des éléments de l'assemblage, les différents éléments de l'assemblage ont été volontairement représentés à des échelles qui varient d'une figure à une autre.
- La figure 1 représente un bracelet 1 constituant un premier mode d'exécution du support de l'assemblage. Le bracelet 1 est formé d'un ensemble en acier inoxydable, par exemple en acier spécial ressort, permettant un ajustement au poignet sans fermeture. Il comprend un élément de base 2, représenté à la figure 2, réalisé par découpe dans une plaque fine d'acier et présente un trou circulaire 3 en son centre, destiné à recevoir un boîtier. Une bague 4 est soudée par points sur l'élément de base du bracelet. Cette bague 4, représentée sur les figures 3 à 5, est d'épaisseur plus importante que celle de l'élément de base. Elle comporte en son centre un trou 5 de même diamètre que celui de l'élément de base. Cette bague comporte sur l'une de ses faces une pluralité de proéminences arrondies 6 réalisées par étampage, et régulièrement réparties autour du trou 5. Le soudage par points de la bague sur l'élément de base du bracelet est réalisé au droit de ces proéminences. Les parties latérales 7,7ʹ de l'élément de base du bracelet sont ensuite pliées de façon à obtenir la courbure représentée à la figure 1. Ce bracelet s'adapte après façonnage individuel à tous les poignets.
- Le bracelet est recouvert d'un fourreau allongé (non représenté sur les dessins) en tissu élastique. Ce fourreau recouvre complètement le bracelet, y compris le trou central du bracelet. Il est amovible et remplaçable. En effet, il est muni d'une boutonnière invisible, située près de l'une de ses extrémités. Cette boutonnière permet d'introduire le bracelet dans le fourreau en introduisant l'extrémité de l'une des parties latérales 7,7ʹ du bracelet dans la boutonnière du fourreau. Un grand choix de fourreaux en tissu élastique de diverses qualités et de diverses couleurs, pouvant comporter des motifs variés, peuvent être proposés, afin de permettre d'adapter la montre au gré de l'habillement de celui qui la porte.
- Le boîtier représenté sur les figures 6 et 7 est de forme générale cylindrique et peut être fabriqué en matière plastique. Il comporte une partie supérieure 8, transparente, qui forme le verre et une partie inférieure 9, qui peut contenir un mouvement de montre. La partie inférieure 9 comporte une couronne supérieure 10 agencée de façon à pouvoir s'emboîter dans une rainure 11, réalisée dans la base de la partie supérieure 8, sur tout son pourtour. La couronne 10 et la rainure 11 sont agencées de façon à assurer la fermeture du boîtier. A cet effet, la couronne 10 présente un rebord extérieur 12 destiné à coopérer avec un rebord intérieur 13 de la rainure 11, pour maintenir le boîtier en position fermée après que la couronne 10 a été introduite par pression dans la rainure 11. Afin d'assurer l'étanchéité du boîtier, un joint O-ring 14 en caoutchouc est disposé dans le fond de la rainure 11. La partie supérieure 8 du boîtier dont la surface supérieure est arrondie comporte une partie débordante 15 dont le diamètre extérieur est plus grand que le diamètre extérieur de la partie inférieure 9 du boîtier. Cette partie débordante 15 présente un rebord inférieur plat 16. La partie inférieure 9 du boîtier comporte une rainure latérale 17 sur son pourtour, située au niveau du cadre 18 du remontoir, afin de limiter l'épaisseur du boîtier. Une bague de tension 19, représentée à la figure 8, est placée dans la rainure latérale 17 de la partie inférieure du boîtier. Cette bague de tension comporte une fente transversale 20 dont les bords sont disposés de part et d'autre du cadre 18 du remontoir. A l'état de repos, le diamètre extérieur de la bague de tension est sensiblement supérieur au diamètre intérieur du trou 5 de la bague du bracelet, de façon à être retenue contre la face inférieure de ladite bague après que le boîtier ait été emboîté par pression dans le trou du bracelet. La bague de tension 19 peut être en acier ou en matière plastique ou synthétique.
- La fixation du boîtier sur le bracelet recouvert du fourreau de tissu s'effectue par simple pression des pouces sur la surface supérieure du boîtier, le boîtier étant placé contre le tissu au droit du trou 3 du bracelet. Lorsqu'on désire retirer le boîtier afin de changer le fourreau recouvrant le bracelet, on effectue une pression à l'aide des pouces sur la surface inférieur du boîtier, cette pression s'effectuant à travers le tissu.
- Lorsque le boîtier est fixé sur le bracelet, le rebord 16 de la partie débordante 15 de la partie supérieure du boîtier vient s'appuyer contre la surface plate 21 du bracelet qui entoure le trou 3. La partie débordante 15 de la partie supérieure du boîtier étant transparente, le tissu qui recouvre le bracelet et qui se trouve sous cette partie débordante est visible par transparence. L'aspect esthétique qui en résulte est du plus bel effet.
- Selon une variante (non représentée) de l'assemblage, la rainure latérale 17 de la partie inférieure du boîtier est située en dessous du cadre du remontoir. Dans cette variante, la bague de tension 19 peut être remplacée par un élément ressort-fil en acier ou en matière plastique ou synthétique remplissant la même fonction que la bague 19.
- Dans le mode d'exécution préférentiel de l'assemblage décrit ci-dessus, le bracelet est en acier inoxydable. Bien entendu, ce bracelet peut également être réalisé en toute autre matière, que cette matière soit déformable ou non, la forme du bracelet pouvant être réalisée selon de nombreuses variantes.
- Selon un mode d'exécution préféré des fourreaux, ceux-ci sont réalisés en tissu élastique. Bien entendu, tout autre tissu ou matière synthétique de faible épaisseur peuvent également être utilisés pour la réalisation de ces fourreaux, qu'ils soient élastiques ou non.
- Dans un second mode d'exécution du support de l'assemblage, le support se présente sous la forme d'un élément annulaire, par exemple une bague du type de celle représentée à la figue 3, mais non étampée. Dans ce cas, l'assemblage peut utiliser le même boîtier que celui décrit ci-dessus, sur tous les tissus relativement fins tels que par exemple sur une chemise, un pull, un pantalon, une blouse, un foulard ou tout autre pièce vestimentaire. Pour réaliser l'assemblage, il suffit de placer la bague d'un côté du tissu, le boîtier étant placé de l'autre côté et d'introduire le boîtier dans le trou de la bague en pressant avec les pouces sur la surface supérieure du boîtier, la bague étant maintenue par deux autres doigts. Cet assmblage permet de réaliser une montre à clipsage universel.
- Selon une variante d'exécution de ce second mode d'exécution de l'assemblage, l'assemblage peut être réalisé sur un morceau de tissu quelconque, par exemple sur un bandeau en tissu éponge élastique comportant une partie de moindre épaisseur à l'endroit de fixation du boîtier sur l'anneau de fixation. Le bandeau étant élastique, il permet de constituer ainsi une montre-bracelet s'adaptant à tous les poignets.
- Les possibilités de réalisation de l'assemblage de l'invention sont nombreuses et variées, étant donné que cet assemblage peut être réalisé sur n'importe quel tissu, que ce tissu constitue une piéce vestimentaire ou ait une autre fonction. L'assemblage peut être réalisé à n'importe quel endroit de ce tissu, sans nécessiter un agencement particulier du tissu à l'endroit où l'on désire réaliser l'assemblage. De par sa conception, l'assemblage de l'invention n'endommage pas les tissus sur lesquels il est réalisé et ne laisse aucune trace sur le tissu lorsqu'il a été démonté.
