Definitions

  • the invention relates to an expandable, lost closure plug for boreholes to be filled with liquid under pressure for rock solidification in underground mining, with an elastic, tubular, derived from the liquid pressure automatically tensioning against the borehole wall, extending between an inlet and an outlet head, the one rigid spacer between the inlet and outlet head surrounds, the closure piece rests with its two ends on cylindrical surfaces of the inlet and outlet head and is overlapped from the outside by a molded sleeve on the inlet or outlet head.
  • a plug of this type is known from DE-C-30 14 834.
  • the closure piece By check valves arranged in the inlet and outlet head, blocking against the filling direction, in which the preload of the check valve arranged in the outlet head is greater than that of the check valve in the inlet head, the closure piece is initially pressed when the liquid is pressed into the borehole by the pressure building up in the sealing plug spread and jammed the plug in the borehole.
  • you can use the plug a pump for the filling material connecting hose can be removed from the closure piece. The spreading of the closure piece ensures a secure fit of the closure plug in the borehole.
  • the high filling pressure acts on the sealing plug.
  • the unit arranged inside the closure piece consisting of the inlet head, the spacer piece and the outlet head, will be displaced by the liquid pressure relative to the closure piece.
  • the portion of the closure piece adjoining the outlet head would slip over the end of the outlet head facing the closure piece and the end of the closure piece facing the inlet head could be released from the clamping connection with the inlet head.
  • the invention has for its object to prevent such a displacement of the inlet head, spacer and outlet head on the one hand and the closure member on the other under the influence of the liquid pressure introduced into the borehole.
  • the closure piece expands before pressurized liquid enters the borehole from the outlet head, the resilient tongues are also spread before the liquid pressure builds up in the borehole.
  • the valve in the outlet head opens and releases the liquid into the borehole.
  • the closure piece has deformed so that it forms a support surface, following the outlet head, on which the spread tongues of the outlet head rest, which on the one hand prevents the closure piece from being put over the end of the outlet head facing it and on the other hand the liquid pressure prevailing in the borehole can move the outlet head relative to the closure piece in the direction of the borehole exit.
  • the resilient tongues are preferably distributed uniformly in the circumferential direction of the clamping sleeve.
  • the inlet and outlet heads are made of plastic.
  • DE-C 3 625 393 describes a borehole closure with a check valve arranged at the outflow end of a filling pipe, the filling pipe having an external thread which makes it possible to change the axial distance between two sleeves, between which a hose section made of elastically deformable material is arranged as a sealing element.
  • the hose By reducing the distance between the sleeves, the hose can be compressed and sealed against the borehole wall.
  • the hose pushes itself at the same time in the case of the adjacent sleeve between a wedge sleeve which is displaceably seated on the filling tube and tongues which are formed by longitudinal slots on the outside of the sleeve and which are thereby spread apart and anchor the closure in the borehole. Only when this has been done can liquid under pressure be supplied to the filling pipe.
  • the borehole closure designated as a whole by 10, comprises an expandable closure piece 16, which is arranged between two valve heads, designated as inlet head 12 and outlet head 14, and which is designed as a high-pressure-resistant rubber hose, the diameter of which in the unloaded state is somewhat smaller than the diameter of the borehole to be closed, the diameter of the borehole for example, can be 45 mm.
  • the two valve heads 12 and 14 consist essentially of basic bodies 18 and 20 which are rotationally symmetrical with respect to the hose axis and which are traversed by a central channel 22 and 24.
  • the base bodies 18 and 20 each have a tubular section 26 and 28 which is provided with an internal thread 30 and 32 and in which the end of a spacer provided with a corresponding external thread 34 and 36 38 is screwed in, which serves to keep the two valve heads 12 and 14 at a predetermined distance, in which the closure piece 16 is stretched, so that it can be easily inserted into the borehole by means of a feed pipe or a hose.
  • the end sections 44 and 46 of the closure piece 16 are drawn onto the outer surfaces 40 or 42 of the tubular sections 26 and 28, which are overlapped by cylindrical clamping sleeves 48 and 50 formed on the base bodies 18 and 20.
  • resilient tongues 49 and 51 extend in the longitudinal direction of the closure piece 16, which are uniform over the circumference of the Clamping sleeve are distributed.
  • eight tongues 49 and 51 are formed on each clamping sleeve 48 and 50, whereby the width of the tongues and the spaces can be approximately the same size.
  • the two valve heads 12 and 14 are designed differently with respect to the valve arrangement depending on the flow direction provided.
  • the foam material to be filled into the borehole must be pressed into the borehole through the borehole closure 10.
  • a filling line 52 is connected to the inlet head 12 adjacent to the mouth of the borehole.
  • the base body 18 is provided in its end section facing away from the closure piece 16 with an internal thread 54, on the inner end of which a shoulder 56 is formed which surrounds a valve opening 59.
  • a seal 58 is arranged on the shoulder 56.
  • a conical valve seat 60 is formed on the other side of the valve opening 59, to which a valve ball 62 is assigned, which is pressed against the valve seat 60 by a compression spring 64.
  • the compression spring 64 is supported on the end of the spacer 38 inserted into the base body 18.
  • valve opening 66 is also provided, again on the downstream side of this valve opening 66, now on the side facing away from the spacer 48, a valve seat 68 is formed, to which a valve ball 70 is assigned, which is opposed by a compression spring 72 the valve seat 68 is pressed.
  • the compression spring 72 is supported on a nipple 74 which is screwed into an internal thread 76 which is formed on the end section of the base body 20 which faces away from the closure piece 16.
  • the effect of the spring 72 can be adjusted, the force of which is in any case greater than the force of the spring 64 in the inlet head 12, so that in the initial phase of the introduction of the pressurized foam, the closure piece 16 is first spread before the Foam can leak into the borehole.
  • the nipple 74 is provided with a bore 78 for the passage of the foam material into the borehole.
  • the distal piece 38 is at its two ends 80 and 82 each with a central channel 84 running in the longitudinal direction of the spacer 38 or 86, which extends within the spacer 38 in each case up to an interruption 88 or 90 diametrically crossing the spacer.
  • These openings 88 and 90 represent the connection between the channels 84 and 86 and the annular space between the connecting piece 16 and the spacer 38.
  • the tongues 49 and 51 are pressed outwards when the closure piece 16 is inflated and thus prevent the closure piece 16 from being pushed onto the inlet head 12 or the outlet head 14.
  • the closure piece 16 forms a support surface 17 facing the outlet head 14 , on which the tongues 51 of the outlet head 14 rest, whereby the outlet head 14 is prevented from moving in the axial direction against the closure piece 16.
