Abstract
Description
- La présente invention a trait à un procédé de montage d'un rotor de turbine à vapeur constitué de disques frettés sur un arbre, lesdits disques étant munis de cavités se faisant face, dans lequel on dispose des pions femelles dans lesdites cavités d'un disque et des pions mâles dans les cavités en regard appartenant au disque adjacent puis on frette chacun des disques en disposant les pions mâles dudit disque dans les pions femelles du disque adjacent déjà fretté.
- Les pions assurent la position relative de ces disques les uns par rapport aux autres. Un tel rotor est décrit dans le document FR-A-2295226.
- L'inventeur s'est aperçu que lorsque les pions mâles étaient en contact avec les pions femelles il y avait des risques de corrosion sous tension. Le procédé de montage selon l'invention permettant d'éliminer ces risques est caractérisé en ce qu'on dispose des moyens d'écartement dans des pions femelles avant d'introduire les pions mâles dans les pions femelles de façon à ce que les pions mâles ne soient pas en contact avec les pions femelles, puis on enlève les moyens d'écartement.
- De préférence les moyens d'écartement ne sont enlevés qu'après les essais de survitesse ce qui permet de garantir la présence d'un jeu résiduel entre les pions de positionnement lors d'un fonctionnement normal.
- L'invention concerne également une fourchette pour application du procédé dans lequel le pion mâle comporte un tenon avec deux parois parallèles à l'axe du rotor écartées de a et le pion femelle une rainure complémentaire avec deux parois parallèles aux parois du tenon écartées de a+2d,
caractérisée en ce qu'elle comporte un manche avec deux dents d'épaisseur légèrement inférieure à d dont les bords extérieurs sont écartés de a+2d et qui peuvent être disposés contre les parois de la rainure. - Selon une réalisation préférentielle de la fourchette selon l'invention, les deux dents comportent deux rabats dans un plan perpendiculaire au plan des dents et venant se placer sur la surface du pion femelle de part et d'autre de la rainure.
- La présente invention sera mieux comprise à la lumière de la description qui va suivre dans laquelle :
- -La figure 1 représente une coupe longitudinale partielle d'un rotor de turbine.
- -La figure 2 représente une vue en coupe partielle des pions emboîtés.
- -La figure 3 représente une vue en coupe selon III-III de la figure 2.
- -La figure 4 représente une vue coupe partielle selon IV-IV de la figure 3.
- -La figure 5 représente l'assemblage de la figure 2 avec la fourchette en place.
- -La figure 6 représente une coupe selon VI-VI de la figure 5 avec arrachement partiel.
- -La figure 7 représente une coupe selon VII-VII de la figure 6.
- Le rotor de turbine auquel est appliqué l'invention, comporte un arbre 1 autour duquel sont frettés des disques 2 portant des aubes 3.
- Les disques 2 sont munis de cavités cylindriques 4 se faisant face. Les cavités 4 sur une face d'un disque sont munis de pions femelles 5 et les cavités sur la face du disque voisin qui viennent en regard des pions femelles 5 sont munis de pions mâles 6 (voir figures 2, 3 et 4).
- Le pion mâle 6 comporte une tête 7 emplissant la cavité 4 et un tenon 8 avec deux parois parallèles à l'axe du rotor écartées d'une distance a. Le pion femelle comporte à l'intérieur de la tête 9 une rainure 10 complémentaire du tenon 8 mais de largeur a+2d. La hauteur du tenon 8 est inférieure à la profondeur de la rainure 10.
- Les pions 5, 6 sont bloqués dans les cavités 4 par des clavettes 11.
- Pour monter les disques on procéde classiquement de la façon suivante.
- On vient fretter sur l'arbre un premier disque 2 avec ses cavités 4 munies de pions femelles 5. Puis on amène autour de l'arbre un second disque 2 avec sur sa face en regard les cavités 4 munies de pions mâles 6. On engage les tenons 8 des pions mâles 6 dans les rainures 10 des pions femelles 5, puis on frette le second disque 2 et ainsi de suite pour les disques suivants.
- Selon l'invention on utilise pour chaque assemblage entre deux pions 5, 6 une fourchette munie d'un manche 13 et de deux dents 14. Les deux dents 14 ont une épaisseur inférieure à d et leurs bords extérieurs 15 sont écartées de a+2d.
- Ces dents 14 sont munies de deux rabats 16 vers l'extérieur qui viennent s'appliquer de part et d'autre de la rainure 10 sur la surface 17 du pion femelle 5 lorsque les dents sont disposées dans la rainure.
- Les rabats 16 sont disposés à angle droit par rapport aux dents 14.
- Les disques 2 ont été munis d'encoches 18 sur la face qui réçoit les pions femelles 5. Ces encoches 18 relient la surface extérieure du disque 2 aux cavités 4. On dispose dans chaque encoche 18 une fourchette 12. Le manche 13 de la fourchette 12 est solidaire de pattes 19 qui sont boulonnées sur le disque 2 maintenant ainsi en place la fourchette 12.
- Les fourchettes 12 ont été montées sur le disque 2 avant son frettage.
- Après frettage on vient emboîter les pions mâles 6 du disque voisin dans les pions femelles 5 du disque fretté. Grâce aux fourchettes 12 les tenons 8 des pions mâles 6 ne se trouvent pas au contact des rainures 10 des pions femelles 5.
- Ainsi on est assuré que les pions mâles 6 ne se trouvent pas en contact avec les pions femelles 5. Lorsqu'on effectue les essais de survitesse on garde les fourchettes 12 en place si bien que l'absence de contact se maintient. Après ces essais on retire les fourchettes 12 pour le fonctionnement normal de la turbine.

caractérisée en ce qu'elle comporte un manche (13) avec deux dents (14) d'épaisseur légèrement inférieure à d dont les bords extérieurs (15) sont écartés de a+2d et qui peuvent être disposés contre les parois de la rainure (10).
