Abstract

汽轮机转子的组装方法,该转子由将叶轮2热装到轴上构成,叶轮具有彼此面对的空腔4,一个叶轮的空腔中装有阴栓销5,在相邻叶轮上与之面对的空腔中装有阳栓销6。组装时,将后一叶轮的阳栓销插配到前一热装好的叶轮的阴栓销中。其特征是:在将阳栓销插配到阴栓销之前,在阴栓销上设置隔离元件12,使阴、阳栓销不相接触,以后再将隔离元件去掉。还公开了在所述方法中作为隔离元件的叉子。

Description

本发明涉及汽轮机转子的组装方法,该转子是通过将叶轮热装在轴上而构成的,所述叶轮具有彼此面对的空腔,在一个叶轮的空腔中装有阴栓销,而在相邻的叶轮上与之面对的空腔中装有阳栓销,在组装各叶轮时,将后一叶轮上的阳栓销插配到前一个已热装好的叶轮的阴栓销中。所述的栓销可确保将所述的叶轮彼此固定在适当的位置上。
法国专利No.2295226就公开了一种上述类型的汽轮机转子的组装方法。其中的阳栓销具有一个榫头,榫头上带有两个平行于转子轴线且间隔开的侧壁;而阴栓销上具有一个能与所述榫头互配的槽,槽具有两个平行于榫头侧壁且间壁开的槽壁。在此专利中,两槽壁间的间隔距离与榫头两侧壁间的间距离是基本相等的,所以当榫头插到槽中时它们之间是相互接触的。然而本发明人发现,当阳栓销与阴栓销接触时,就会存在应力腐蚀的危险。
因此,本发明的目的就是提供为消除汽轮机转子的阳栓销与阴栓销接触时存在的应力腐蚀而采用的一种汽轮机转子的组装方法及所用的叉子。
根据本发明的汽轮机转子的组装方法,是将阳栓销上榫头的两侧壁的间隔距离和阴栓销的两槽壁的间隔距离分别设计成a和a+2d,其中d是槽壁与相对的榫头侧壁的间距,在将阳栓销插配到阴栓销中之前,先把一个叉子设置在阴栓销的槽中,使叉子的两个厚度稍小于d且外侧边间隔距离a+2d的叉齿贴靠在两槽壁上,从而使随后插入的阳栓销不与阴栓销接触,以后再将叉子去掉,最好是在超速实验之后去掉叉子。
本发明还提供了一种用于上述汽轮机转子组装方法中的叉子。此叉子具有一个手柄和两个叉齿,如上所述,叉齿的厚度稍小于d且两外侧边的间隔距离与阴栓销的两槽壁的间隔距离相同,这样当叉子插入阴栓销的槽中时,叉齿就可贴靠在槽壁上,而且两叉齿各有一个凸缘,凸缘位于与叉齿所在平面垂直的平面内并压靠在位于阴栓销的槽两侧的表面上。另外,叉子的手柄能被可拆掉地固定在叶轮上,以便于以后再拆掉叉子。
从下面结合附图的说明中将会更好地理解本发明。

适用于本发明的汽轮机转子包括轴1,支承着叶片3的叶轮2热装在轴1上。
叶轮2上彼此面对地设置有圆柱形空腔4。在叶轮一端的空腔4中设置有阴栓销5,而在与所述阴栓销5面对的相邻的叶轮一端的空腔4中设置有阳栓销6(见图2、3、4)。
阳栓销6包括一个插配在空腔4中的头部7和一个榫头8,榫头8具有两个平行于转子轴线且彼此间隔距离a的侧壁。阴栓销5包括一个内侧的头部9和一个能与榫头8互配且宽度为a+2d的槽10。榫头8的长度小于槽10的深度。
栓销5和6由销子11安装在空腔4中。
叶轮通常是如下安装的。
将第一个叶轮2热装在轴上,并在其空腔4中设置阴栓销5。将第二个叶轮2套装在轴上,并使其装有阳栓销6的端面面对上述的空腔4。阳栓销6的榫头8插配在阴栓销5的槽10中,然后使第二个叶轮2冷缩到轴上。其后的叶轮也照此安装。
根据本发明,一个带有手柄13和两个叉齿14的叉子被用于两个栓销5和6之间进行组装。两叉齿14的厚度小于d,并且它们的外侧边15彼此间隔a+2d。
两叉齿14上各带有一个向外伸出的凸缘16,当叉齿插入槽10时,凸缘16分别支承在槽10的两侧,压在阴栓销5的表面17上。
凸缘16相对于叉齿14来说是直角弯折的。
在叶轮2装纳阴栓销5的那一端开有槽口18。槽口18使叶轮2的外表面与空腔4相连。叉子12设置在每个槽口18中。每个叉子12的手柄13固定在用螺栓紧固在叶轮2上的连接板19上,由此使叉子12就位。
叉子12是在热装叶轮之前被安装在叶轮2上的。
在叶轮热装收缩后,相邻叶轮的阳栓销6被插配到已热装好的叶轮的阴栓销5中。利用叉子12,使阳栓销6的榫头8不与阴栓销5的槽10接触。
这样就可以确保阳栓销6不与阴栓销5接触。在进行超速试验时,使叉子12始终处于就位位置,以便维持阴、阳栓销间的不接触状态。在试验之后,就可将叉子12去掉,以便使汽轮机能正常工作。

Claims (4)

1、一种汽轮机转子的组装方法,该转子是通过将叶轮(2)热装在轴上而构成的,所述叶轮(2)具有彼此面对的空腔(4),在一个叶轮(2)的空腔(4)中有阴栓销(5),而在相邻的叶轮(2)上与之面对的空腔(4)中装有阳栓销(6),所述阳栓销(6)具有一个榫头(8),榫头(8)上带有两个平行于转子轴线且彼此间隔距离a的侧壁,而所述阴栓销(5)具有一个能与榫头(8)互配的槽(10),槽(10)具有两个平行于榫头(8)侧壁且彼此间隔的槽壁,在组装各叶轮(2)时,将后一叶轮(2)上的阳栓销(6)插到前一个已热装好的叶轮(2)的阴栓销(5)中,本方法的特征在于:在将阳栓销(6)插配到阴栓销(5)中之前,把一个叉子(12)设置在阴栓销(5)的槽(10)中,所述两槽壁间隔距离a+2d,其中d是槽壁与相对的榫头侧壁的间距,以便让叉子(12)的两个厚度稍小于d且外侧边间隔距离a+2d的叉齿压靠在两槽壁上,从而使得随后插入的阳栓销(6)不与阴栓销(5)接触,以及再将叉子(12)去掉。
2、根据权利要求1的组装方法,其特征在于:在超速试验之后去掉叉子(12)。
3、一种用于汽轮机转子组装方法的叉子,该转子是通过将叶轮(2)热装在轴上而构成的,所述叶轮(2)具有彼此面对的空腔(4),在一个叶轮(2)的空腔(4)中装有阴栓销(5),而在相邻的叶轮(2)上与之面对的空腔(4)中装有阳栓销(6),所述阳栓销(6)具有一个榫头(8),榫头(8)上带有两个平行于转子轴线且彼此间隔距离a的侧壁,而所述阴栓销(5)具有一个能与榫头(8)互配的槽(10),槽(10)具有两个平行于榫头(8)侧壁且彼此间隔距离a+2d的槽壁,当组装转子时,在将后一叶轮(2)上的阳栓销(6)插入前一个已热装好的叶轮(2)的阴栓销(5)之前,把所述叉子设置在前一叶轮(2)上的阴栓销(5)的槽(10)中,使随后插入的阳栓销(6)不与阴栓销(5)接触,以后再将叉子去掉,所述叉子包括一个手柄(13)和两个插齿(14),所述叉子的特征在于:所述叉齿(14)的厚度稍小于d,两叉齿(14)的外侧边间隔距离a+2d并可分别压靠在槽(16)的两槽壁上,两叉齿(14)各具有一个凸缘(16),凸缘(16)位于与叉齿(14)所在平面垂直的平面内并被压靠在位于槽(10)两侧的阴栓销(5)的表面上。
4、根据权利要求3的叉子,其特征在于手柄(13)被可拆掉地固定在叶轮(2)上。
