Claims (9)

1. Verpackungshülle zum Abpacken von Producten, umfassend ein als Träger für ein oder mehrere abzupackende Produkte dienendes Kartonblatt (4) oder dergleichen, dessen das oder die Produkte aufnehmende Fläche einen Überzug aus einer Schicht aus synthetischem Material aufweist, sowie eine erste Folie (7) aus synthetischem Material, welche dazu bestimmt ist, die Oberseite des Blattes sowie das oder die auf dieser liegenden Produkte zu bedecken und welche auf dieser unter Einwirkung von Wärme und unter Anwendung eines durch das Blatt wirkenden Unterdruckes befestigt wird, wobei die erste Folie dazu dient, das oder die Produkte auf dem Blatt festzuhalten, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die erste Folie (7) über den Umfangsrand des Blattes übersteht und daß die Hülle eine zweite Folie (8) aus synthetischen Material umfaßt, welche dazu bestimmt ist, die Unterseite des Blattes zu bedekken und welche an der ersten Folie für die obere Abdeckung mittels einer daran ausgebildeten, über den Rand des Blattes überstehenden Umfangsschweißung befestigt ist, wobei diese zweite Folie die Verbindungszone zwischen dem Rand des Blattes und der ersten Folie schützt und einen Zugang zu dieser Zone verhindert.
2. Verpackungshülle nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß insoweit, als sie eine Öffnung zum Aufhängen an einem Haken eines Ausstellungsständers aufweist, eine vor der Befestigung der Abdeckfolien (7, 8) ausgebildete Öffnung (5) in dem Blatt (4) vorgesehen ist und daß eine Schweißung zwischen der oberen und unteren abdeckfolie (7, 8) innerhalb des Randes der in dem Blatt ausgebildeten Öffnung ausgeführt ist.
3. Verpackung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das die obere Abdeckfolie (7) und die untere Abdeckfolie (8) bildende Material so gewählt ist, daß eine Verbindung derselben durch Thermoschweißen oder durch Impulschweißen realisierbar ist.
5. Verpackung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Blatt (4), aus welches das abzupackende Produkt aufgelegt wird, eben ist.
6. Verpackung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Blatt (4), auf welches das abzupackende Produkt aufgelegt wird, einen umlaufenden Randsims (12) hat, welchen man durch Schneiden und Falzen der Seite, an der das Blatt abgetrennt wird, sowie durch Umklappen der Ränder um 90° erhält, wobei der Randsims (12) von der oberen Abdeckfolie (7) abgedeckt ist, die gleichzeitig dessen Formhaltung gewährleistet.

Verfahren zum Herstellen einer Verpackungshülle nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, welches darin besteht, ein oder mehrere Produkte (3) auf ein Blatt (4) zu legen, dessen Oberseite mit einer Schicht (6) aus einem synthetischen Material überzogen ist, das Blatt (4) mit einer oberen Abdeckfolie (7) aus synthetischem Material zu bedecken, deren Fläche größer als die des Blattes ist, wobei die Folie und das Blatt miteinander in Berührung gebracht werden nachdem die Folie auf ihr Erweichungstemperatur gebracht wurde und indem durch das Blatt hindurch ein Unterdruck angelegt wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Verfahren außerdem darin besteht, das Blatt (4) mit einer unteren Abdeckfolie zu bedecken und schließlich die obere und untere Abdeckfolie in dem über den Rand des Blattes überstehenden Bereich zu verschweißen.

Verfahren nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß für den Fall, daß das Blatt (4) einen umlaufenden Randsims (12) aufweist, dieses zunächst in einen Rahmen (13) eingelegt wird, welcher die Randsimse in ihre Form bringt, und aus welchem es vor dem Anschweißen der unteren Abdeckfolie (8) entnommen wird.
9. Einrichtung zum Durchführen des Verfahrens nach einem der Ansprüche 7 und 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie von einem stromaufwärtigen Bereich zu einem stromabwärtigen Bereich umfaßt:
- eine erste Station (16), wo mehrere Blätter (4) auf eine gemeinsame Platte (14) gelegt werden;
- eine zweite Station (20), wo jede Platte (14) in Kontakt mit der oberen Abdeckfolie (7) gebracht und wo diese für die Befestigung dieser Folie auf den auf der Platte liegenden Blättern (4) weiterverarbeitet wird, und
- eine dritte Station (25), wo die obere, fest mit den die Produkte (3) tragenden Blättern (4) verbundene Abdeckfolie (7) auf die untere Abdeckfolie (8) geschweißt und gleichzeitig die beiden Folien abgeschnitten werden, um die Verpackungshüllen voneinander zu trennen,
wobei stromaufwärts der zweiten Station (20) eine horizontale Rolle (19) angeordnet ist, von der aus die obere Abdeckfolie (7) bis zum stromabwärtigen Ende der Maschine abgewickelt wird, und wobei eine zweite, zur ersten parallele Rolle (24) zwischen der zweiten Station (20) und der dritten Station (25) angeordnet ist, von der aus die untere Abdeckfolie (8) bis zum stromabwärtigen Ende der Maschine abgewickelt wird, wobei ferner die zweite Station einer Vertikaltransfer-Einrichtung (17, 18) zugeordnet ist, mit welcher eine Platte (16) in Kontakt mit der oberen Abdeckfolie (7) gebracht und ein Unterdurck durch die Platte (14) hindurch aufgebracht werden kann, bevor die Platte wieder abgesenkt und abgeführt wird, wobei die zuvor auf der Platte (14) deponierten Blätter (4) mit der oberen Abdeckfolie fest verbunden bleiden und von dieser letzteren über die untere Abdeckfolie verbracht werden, wobei sodann die beiden Folien auf der Höhe der dritten Station (25) durch Schweißen miteinander verbunden, die Verpackungshüllen gleichzeitig abgetrennt und die Verpackungshüllen stromabwärts der dritten Station in einer Zone entnommen werden, in der auch eine Entfernung von Materialabfällen beispeilsweise durch Aufrollen auf eine Rolle (26) erfolgt.
