Claims (14)

1. Appareil de distribution de tronçons d'un matériau en forme de bandes enroulé sur une bobine, notamment du papier, avec maintien en attente de l'extrémité de la bande succédant au tronçon sectionné, présentant un support pour la bobine de matériau, ainsi qu'une lame qui correspond à la largeur de la bande, peut pivoter autour d'un axe, est rentrée par pivotement à la position de repos, et est sortie par pivotement en vue du processus de sectionnement, caractérisé par le fait que la lame (2) est accouplée à un coulisseau (5) actionnable par l'intermédiaire de la bande (6) et soumis, dans la direction inverse, à la force d'un ressort (3); et est animée, par ce coulisseau (5), d'un pivotement à sa position rentrée et sortie par pivotement, dans laquelle elle est consignée à demeure.
2. Appareil selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que la lame (2) est retenue, par l'entremise de tourillons (10), dans des bras de retenue (9) de la paroi postérieure (8).
3. Appareil selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé par le fait que le coulisseau (5) est guidé, par l'intermédiaire de tenons latéraux de guidage (11), dans des encoches (12) pratiquées dans les bras de retenue (9) de la paroi postérieure (8).
4. Appareil selon la revendication 3, caractérisé par le fait que les encoches (12) revêtent la forme d'une ondulation dirigée vers le haut.
5. Appareil selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé par le fait que la lame (2) est pourvue d'appendices de guidage (13) en forme de crochets, qui pénètrent dans des orifices (14) en forme d'oeillets, pratiqués dans le coulisseau (5).
6. Appareil selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé par le fait que le coulisseau (5) glisse sur le fond (4) par son extrémité (15) tournée à l'opposé des tenons (11).
7. Appareil selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé par le fait que la force élastique est développée par un ressort (3) en prise avec le coulisseau (5), et avec le fond (4) du boîtier.
8. Appareil selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé par le fait que le coulisseau (5) présente une structure en forme de cadre.
9. Appareil selon l'une des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé par le fait que le coulisseau (5) est doté d'un décrochement d'encliquetage (26) qui s'encliquette, sur le fond (4) du boîtier, lorsque ledit coulisseau (5) est rentré et qu'une force de traction vers le bas est appliquée à la bande (6), et se dé- sencliquette lors d'une variation de la force de traction par rapport à l'horizontale.
10. Appareil selon l'une des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisé par le fait que le coulisseau (5) est muni d'un arrondi de glissement (19) destiné à la bande (6), et présentant un mentonnet (28) tourné vers le bas.
11. Appareil selon l'une des revendications 1 à 10, caractérisé par le fait que le mentonnet (28) fait saillie vers le bas, au-delà du fond (4) du boîtier, lorsque le coulisseau (5) est rentré.
12. Appareil selon l'une des revendications 1 à 11, caractérisé par le fait que la bobine (7) présente des tétons latéraux de guidage (21) mobiles dans des saignées (22) qui s'étendent à l'oblique par rapport à la paroi postérieure (8), et sont façonnées dans des parois latérales (29) de la paroi postérieure du boîtier.
13. Appareil selon l'une des revendications 1 à 12, caractérisé par le fait que les saignées (22) ont la forme d'un arc de cercle.
14. Appareil selon l'une des revendications 1 à 13, caractérisé par le fait que la paroi postérieure (8) comporte, à son extrémité inférieure (30), un plateau (23) porte-bobine qui s'étend à l'oblique vers l'avant.
