Claims (7)

1. Kasten für ein Musikinstrument, umfassend zwei Elemente (1), die durch mindestens teilweise entriegelbare Verbindungsmittel (2, 3) miteinander verbunden sind, wobei die beiden Elemente (1) beim Schließen des Kastens einander gegenübertretende Umrandungen (4) und Haltemittel (10) zum Festhalten des Instrumentes beim Schließen des Kastens umfassen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die beiden Elemente (1) entlang mindestens einem Teil ihrer sich gegenüberstehenden Umrandungen nach dem Schließen des Kastens einen Abstand voneinander haben, damit sie eine gewisse Nachgiebigkeit behalten, derart, daß selbst dann, wenn das Instrument vor dem Schließen des Kastens nicht völlig korrekt in diesen gelegt wurde, sich die Elemente beim Schließen leicht verformen, und daß die Haltemittel (10) beim Schließen nur schwach komprimiert werden, was es ihnen erlaubt, einen Stoß auf den Kasten zu absorbieren, ohne ihn auf das Instrument zu übertragen.
2. Kasten nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß nahe den Verbindungsmitteln die Umrandungen (4) der beiden Elemente Abschnitte (5) umfassen, die aneinander zur Anlage kommen.
3. Kasten nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Haltemittel elastische Puffer (10) umfassen, die innerhalb jedes der Elemente angeordnet sind und beim Schließen des Kastens auf beiden Seiten des Instrumentes an diesem anliegen.
4. Kasten nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mindestens einer der elastischen Puffer einen Hohlraum (11) hat.
5. Kasten nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß er einen Schutzbezug (15) umfaßt, der aus zwei Teilen besteht; die durch einen Reißverschluß (16) mit einem Schieber (17) verbunden sind, dessen Bahn sich entlang den Rändern der Elemente des Kastens erstreckt.
6. Kasten nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die voneinander beabstandeten Randabschnitte (6) und die aneinander anliegenden Randabschnitte (5) der Elemente (1) kontinuierlich ineinander übergehen.
7. Kasten nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eines der Elemente einen von einer Öffnung (14) durchbrochenen Boden hat, die von einer Polsterung überdeckt ist.
