4. A mechanism according to Claim 2, characterised in that the transportation mechanism (7) is a finite trolley pull.
5. Apparatus according to Claim 1, characterised in that the transportation mechanism (7) has bobbin carriers in the form of slip-on mandrels, dishes, triangles (10, 12) or conveying baskets (28, 28) which can be opened.
6. Apparatus according to Claim 1, characterised in that the transportation mechanism (7) has retaining elements for empty sleeves (13).
7. Apparatus according to Claim 1, characterised in that the transportation mechanism (7) has conveying baskets which can be opened downwardly.
8. Apparatus according to Claim 7, characterised in that it has conveying baskets (28, 28) which can be opened downwardly preferably in the manner of gripping tongs.
9. Apparatus according to Claim 8, characterised in that each conveying basket (28, 28) comprises two two-armed lever systems (20, 21) which are in each case swivellable about a horizontal axis (25).
10. Apparatus according to Claim 9, characterised by cam rails (27) which are arranged distributed at a spacing from one another along the rail (5) and by which the upper arms (21) of the lever systems are actuated upon the travelling of the conveying baskets (28, 28) along the rail (5), in such a way that the lower lever arms (20) of the lever systems are moved away from one another and thus the individual conveying basket (28, 28) is opened.
11. Apparatus according to Claim 10, characterised in that the two-armed lever systems are hinged to a cross traverse (19), adjoining which there is an upwardly directed shaft (18), which carries at its upper end rolling or sliding bodies (11) which are guided in the rail (5).
12. Apparatus according to Claim 11, characterised in that a sliding body (22) which is displaceable downwardly along the shaft (18) by the cam rails (27) against spring force is provided, to which the upper arms (21) of the lever systems are hinged.
13. Apparatus according to Claim 9, characterised in that each lever system has, as lower lever arm, two carrying stirrups (30) which lie laterally at a spacing from one another and the lower ends of which are connected together by transverse rods (26) serving as supporting bodies for a bobbin (8c).
