Claims (26)

  1. Dispositif pour recouvrir une zone annulaire entourant un arbre à proximité de ses racines et comportant au moins une partie pouvant être chargée par une pression, et dans lequel il est prévu au moins deux éléments de cadre adaptés l'un à l'autre et voisins l'un de l'autre dans des directions horizontales et qui entourent un espace libre recevant l'arbre et possèdent respectivement un logement sensiblement horizontal, qui reçoit la partie pouvant être chargée par une pression et comporte des pieds qui s'étendent dans des directions tournées vers la terre les supportant, caractérisé en ce qu'un logement (4) est constitué par deux barrettes de support (10,12) qui sont reliées entre elles par l'intermédiaire de deux barrettes de liaison (13,14), et que les pieds (8) sont constitués par des entretoises (23,24) comportant une plaque de base (30), les entretoises (23,24) d'un élément de cadre (1) étant disposées sur les faces inférieures (25) des logements (4), tournées vers le sol (6), et étant reliées entre elles par l'intermédiaire de la plaque de base (30) au niveau de leurs extrémités (28,29) situées à l'opposé du logement (4).
  2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les barrettes de support (10,12) et les barrettes de liaison (13,14) sont situées sensiblement dans un plan.
  3. Dispositif selon les revendications 1 et 2, caractérisé en ce que les barrettes de support (10,12) et les barrettes de liaison (13,14) sont constituées par des profilés anguleux (19,20), dont respectivement une branche (21) s'étend sensiblement horizontalement et dont l'autre branche respective (47) s'étend verticalement dans des directions s'écartant de la terre (6), et dont les bases (22) sont tournées à l'opposé du logement (4) qu'elles entourent.
  4. Dispositif selon les revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que chaque élément de cadre (1) comporte des entretoises (23,24) qui sont disposées respectivement sur les faces inférieures (25), tournées vers la terre (6), des branches horizontales (21) des profilés anguleux (19,20).
  5. Dispositif suivant les revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé par le fait que les entretoises (23,24) sont disposées au niveau des liaisons d'angle (26,27), que forment entre elles respectivement une barrette de support (10,12) et une barrette de liaison (13,14).
  6. Dispositif suivant les revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé par le fait que respectivement deux entretoises (23,24), tournées l'une vers l'autre, de deux éléments de cadre réciproquement voisins (1) sont parallèles entre elles.
  7. Dispositif selon les revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que les entretoises (23), qui sont tournées respectivement vers l'arbre (2), s'étendent au-dessous des logements (4) dans des directions s'écartant de l'arbre (2).
  8. Dispositif selon les revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que les entretoises (24), qui sont tournées respectivement à l'opposé de l'arbre (2), s'étendent au-dessous des logements (4) dans des directions tournées vers l'arbre.
  9. Dispositif selon les revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce que respectivement deux entretoises (24), qui sont tournées à l'opposé de l'arbre (2), un bord (33), tourné vers ces entretoises, de la plaque de base (30) et une barrette de support (12), qui s'étend entre les entretoises (24) et est tournée à l'opposé de l'arbre (2), forment une butée, dans laquelle est insérée une grille de support (32).
  10. Dispositif selon les revendications 1 à 9, caractérisé en ce que les entretoises (24) sont constituées par des profilés anguleux, dont respectivement une branche (33) s'étend dans un plan, ainsi que la barrette de support (14), qui est tournée vers cette branche.
  11. Dispositif selon les revendications 1 à 10, caractérisé en ce que respectivement deux entretoises (23,24), tournées l'une vers l'autre, de deux éléments de cadre (1) réciproquement voisins, sont reliées entre elles.
  12. Dispositif selon les revendications 1 à 11, caractérisé en ce que chaque logement (4) est équipé d'un élément de support (34), qui s'étend essentiellement dans des directions horizontales.
  13. Dispositif selon les revendications 1 à 12, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de support (34) forme la partie (5) pouvant être chargée par une pression et s'étend essentiellement dans des directions horizontales.
  14. Dispositif selon les revendications 1 à 13, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de support (34) possède une certaine étendue en surface et que ses dimensions sont adaptées à celles du logement (4).
  15. Dispositif selon les revendications 1 à 14, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de support (34) est constitué par une grille d'entourage d'arbre (46).
  16. Dispositif selon la revendication 15, caractérisé en ce que la grille d'entourage d'arbre (46) est réalisée en fonte.
  17. Dispositif selon les revendications 1 à 16, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de support (34) est réalisé sous la forme d'une grille (35).
  18. Dispositif selon les revendications 1 à 14, et 16, 17, caractérisé en ce que la face supérieure de la grille (35) est recouverte par un géotextile (37) permémable à l'eau et imperméable au sable.
  19. Dispositif selon les revendications 1 à 15, et 17, 18, caractérisé en ce que chaque élément de cadre (1) comporte, sur sa barrette de support (10) tournée vers l'espace libre (7), une barrette de butée (41), qui s'étend dans des directions s'écartant du sol (6), et qu'il est prévu, sur le côté de cette barrette tournée à l'opposé de l'espace libre (7), un pavage (38), dont les pavés (40), qui sont tournés vers l'espace libre (7), chargent la barrette de butée (41) en direction de l'espace libre (7).
  20. Dispositif selon les revendications 1 à 19, caractérisé en ce que chaque élément de cadre (1) possède, au niveau de sa barrette de support (10) tournée vers l'arbre (2), une barrette (42) tournée à l'opposé de l'arbre (2) et sur laquelle est fixée une grille (44) de protection de l'arbre.
  21. Dispositif selon les revendications 1 à 20, caractérisé en ce que tous les composants du dispositif sont réalisés en un matériau résistant à la corrosion.
  22. Dispositif selon les revendications 1 à 21, caractérisé en ce qu'il est fabriqué de façon modulaire à partir d'une multiplicité de composants préfabriqués sensiblement identiques.
  23. Dispositif selon les revendications 1 à 22, caractérisé en ce que les éléments de cadre (1) sont disposés suivant au moins deux anneaux concentriques à l'arbre (2).
  24. Dispositif selon les revendications 1 à 23, caractérisé en ce que les éléments de cadre (1) tournés vers l'arbre (2) sont recouverts par des grilles d'entourage d'arbre (46) et que les éléments de cadre (1) tournés à l'opposé de l'arbre (2) sont recouverts par des grilles (35) et un pavage (38).
  25. Dispositif selon les revendications 1 à 24, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de cadre (1) comporte deux anneaux, disposés concentriquement autour de l'arbre (2), de plaques de base (30), qui s'étendent sensiblement dans un plan.
