Abstract

Procédé de production d'une mince plaque d'acier au silicium unidirectionnel à faible perte dans le noyau, présentant une épaisseur comprise entre 0,1 et 0,25 mm destinée à être utilisée dans la construction de transformateurs et permettant d'empêcher avantageusement toute détérioration des propriétés de surface par le choix des ingrédients chimiques de l'acier, l'optimisation des conditions de laminage, notamment des conditions de laminage à froid, et la formation de microzones allomères à la surface d'une plaque d'acier. Celle-ci ne subit pas de détérioration lors du recuit pour la relaxation des contraintes.

Claims (4)

1. Une méthode de fabrication de minces feuilles d'acier au silicium à grain orienté à faible perte en fer, consistant à soumettre à un laminage à chaud pour la formation d'une feuille d'acier un brame d'acier comprenant: de 3,1 à 4,5% en poids de Si; de 0,003 à 0,1 % en poids de Mo; de 0,005 à 0,06% en poids de AI soluble dans l'acide; au moins un élément S ou Se dans une quantité totale non supérieure à 0,005 à 0,1 % en poids; et facultativement de 0,005 à 0,2% en poids de Sb, le reste étant du Fe, des impuretés incidentes et, facultativement, des éléments incidents, la méthode consistant également à soumettre la dite feuille d'acier aux opérations suivantes:
(i) un laminage à froid primaire à un taux de réduction de 10 à 60%;
(ii) un recuit intermédiaire incluant une phase de chauffage de 500°C à 900°C et une phase de refroidissement de 900°C à 500°C, au cours duquel les taux respectifs de chauffage et de refroidissement ne sont pas inférieurs à 5°C s-';
(iii) un laminage à froid secondaire à un taux de réducation de 75 à 90%, pour la formation d'une feuille d'acier ayant une épaisseur finale de 0,1 à 0,25 mm;
(iv) une recuit de décarburation et de recristallisation primaire dans une atmosphère hydrogène humide; et
(v) un recuit de finissage à température élevée.
2. Une méthode selon la revendication 1, dans laquelle les éléments incidents facultatifs incluent un ou plusieurs des éléments suivants: de 0,02 à 2% en poids de Mn; de 0,030 à 0,080% en poids de C; et un ou plusieurs des éléments Sn, Cu et B dans une quantité totale non supérieure à 0,5% en poids.
3. Une méthode selon la revendication 1 ou 2, dans laquelle la feuille d'acier, soit avant, soit après le recuit de décarburation et de recristallisation primaire, est soumise à un tratiement entrainant la formation, lors du recuit de finissage à température élevée, de micro-zones hétérogènes sur la surface de la feuille d'acier.
4. Une méthode selon la revendication 1 ou 2, dans laquelle les micro-zones hétérogènes sont formées sur la surface de la feuille d'acier après le traitement de recuit de finissage à haute température.
