Claims (2)

1. Sicherheitskappe als Stopfen für eine Flasche o. dgl., deren Hals (5) an seinem oberen Abschnitt (5a) ein Gewinde (5b) zum Zusammenwirken mit dem Innengewinde (3) der zylindrischen Kappe (1) aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
a) die Kappe (1) an ihrem oberen Abschnitt eine radiale hervortretende Feder (2) aufweist, die sich beim Aufschrauben der Kappe (1) auf den Hals (5) der Flasche (6) an den unteren Abschnitt vom Hals (5) anlegt,
b) wenigstens zwei Innenflansche aufweisende konzentrische Ringe (9, 12) vorgesehen sind, die einerseits von einem Innenring (8) in einer zylindrischen Nut (7) der Flasche (6) und andererseits in einer am oberen Abschnitt des unteren Rings (9) ausgebildeten Nut (10) vom beweglichen Ring (12) gehalten sind, wobei diese beiden Ringe in bezug aufeinander und in bezug auf den Hals (5) frei drehbar sind,
c) die beiden Ringe (9, 12) je in ihren Flanschen einen durch Wände abgeteilten Durchlaß (13, 14) aufweisen, der beim Losschrauben der Kappe (1) vom Hals (5) der Flasche (6) das Lösen der hervortretenden Feder (2) ermöglicht,
d) die Schraubkappe (1) und die konzentrischen Ringe (9,12) je eine Markierung (15,16,17) aufweisen, welche das senkrechtp- Ausrichten der hervortretenden Feder (2) und der durch Wände abgeteilten Durchlässe (13, 14) ermöglicht, um das Abnehmen der Kappe (1) vom Hals (5) der Flasche (6) zu gewährleisten.
2. Sicherheitskappe nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß, wenn es sich um eine Aerosol-Dose (20) handelt, diese einen Kranz (22) trägt, der durch einen kreisrunden Umschlag (21) der Dose (20) blockiert ist, damit die Ringe (9, 12) in der richtigen Lage gehalten werden und die Schraubkappe (25) in gleicher Weise wie die Schraubkappe (1) geschraubt werden kann.
