Claims (3)

  1. Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Verbundisolators mit einem zentralen Kern (32) aus durch Kunstharz zusammengehaltenen Fasern und mit zwei Endarmaturen (31), die je ein Ende (33) in Form eines Vollzylinders besitzen, wobei gemäß diesem Verfahren das vollzylindrische Ende jeder Armatur (31) in einer Metallhülse (34) vor eines der beiden Enden des Kerns (32) gebracht wird und die Hülse dann vermufft wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß vor dem Vermuffen die Enden des Kerns (32) und der entsprechenden Armatur (31) stirnseitig voreinander in der Hülse (34) angeordnet werden,
    - nach dem Vermuffen ein zwischen Elastomermaterial und Metall wirksames Haftmittel auf die seitliche Oberfläche jeder Hülse (34) und die seitliche Oberfläche (37) der entsprechenden Armatur (31) aufgebracht wird, ausgenommen in einer Zone (35) dieser Armatur (31), die für das Aufhängen des Isolators erforderlich ist,
    - und daß man in einer Gießform auf den Kern (32) und die Hülsen (34) sowie auf die Bereiche der mit dem Haftmittel bestrichenen Armaturen (31) mittels Druckguß unter einem Druck von 50 bis 60 Bar ein Elastomer aufbringt, so daß sich eine Isolierumhüllung mit Schirmen (36) ergibt.
  2. Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Verbundisolators nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß man Armaturen (31) verwendet, deren Aufhängezone (35) in Form eines Sockels, Zapfens, Knopfs, einer Kappe, eines Kugelgehäuses oder einer Öse ausgebildet ist.
  3. Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Verbundisolators nach einem der Ansprüche 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß man Armaturen (31) aus einem Material verwendet, das unter Stahl, Gußeisen, Bronze und Aluminium ausgewählt wird.
