Claims (15)

1. Sommier à lattes destiné à être utilisé comme support pour un matelas, en particulier un matelas en matériau sous forme de mousse, comprenant un cadre de base (1) dans lequel un cadre partiel de pied (3) et un cadre partiel de tête (2) sont montés en particulier de manière à pouvoir être inclinés, les cadres partiels de pied et de tête comportant des lattes transversales (5) attachées par des supports mobiles (4), et dans lequel des lattes transversales (5) disposées dans la région des épaules sont montées de manière à pouvoir être abaissées par rapport au cadre de base (1), le cadre partiel de tête (2) s'étendant jusque dans la région des épaules étant divisé en une partie de cadre (2b) d'extrémité et une partie médiane de cadre (2a) adjacente au cadre partiel de pied (3) articulée sur le cadre de base (1) à l'endroit de la jonction et pouvant être inclinée, et dans lequel il est en outre prévu entre ces deux parties de cadre (2a, 2b) un articulation de pivotement (6) permettant d'établir entre ces parties de cadre (2a, 2b) une position relative sous un angle obtus, caractérisé en ce que la partie de cadre (2b) d'extrémité n'est supportée que par ses extrémités et est supportée à coulissement à son extrémité éloignée de l'articulation de pivotement (6) en plus de son montage pivotant, et en ce que les parties de cadre (2a, 2b) basculées par les forces résultant du poids hors de la position normale où elles s'étendent en alignement mutuel sont raccordées l'une à l'autre par un système de rappel à ressorts (7) qui sollicite ces parties de cadre (2a, 2b) vers leur position normale dans chaque position du cadre partiel de tête (2).
2. Sommier à lattes selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'articulation de pivotement (6) comprend une charnière.
3. Sommier à lattes selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le système à ressorts (7) est monté latéralement sur les parties de cadre (2a, 2b) et traverse la zone de séparation.
4. Sommier à lattes selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le système à ressorts (7) est monté à la face intérieure des parties de cadre (2a, 2b) et traverse la zone de séparation.
5. Sommier à lattes selon la revendication 3 ou 4, caractérisé en ce que le système à ressorts (7) est constitué de ressorts de traction et/ou de ressorts à lames.
6. Sommier à lattes selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que le système à ressorts (7) est constitué de bandes de caoutchouc.
7. Sommier à lattes selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que les bandes de caoutchouc constituent simultanément la charnière pour l'articulation de pivotement (6).
8. Sommier à lattes selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la force de rappel du système à ressorts est réglable.
9. Sommier à lattes selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'articulation de pivotement (6) peut être bloquée en différentes positions.
10. Sommier à lattes selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le cadre partiel de tête (2) formé par les deux parties de cadre (2a, 2b) peut être fixé de façon articulée au moyen d'organes de réglage articulés sur le cadre de base (1) sous des inclinaisons réglables en maintenant la mobilité longitudinale de l'extrémité de cadre en position haute.
11. Sommier à lattes selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le cadre partiel de tête (2) formé par les deux parties de cadre (2a, 2b) est réalisé en lui-même ou au moyen d'éléments additionnels de manière à résister au gauchissement.
12. Sommier à lattes selon la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce que des organes de réglage disposés de part et d'autre du cadre partiel de tête (2) sont couplés de manière à se déplacer en synchronisme.
13. Sommier à lattes selon la revendication 10 ou 11, caractérisé en ce que pour le réglage de l'inclinaison il est prévu un organe de réglage à action centrale.
14. Sommier à lattes selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que des butées, en particulier réglables, sont prévues sur le cadre de base (1) pour délimiter la position relative en angle obtus des deux parties (2a, 2b).
15. Sommier à lattes selon la revendication 14, caractérisé en ce que les butées sont conjointement réglables.
