Description

  • Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein Behältnis zur Verpackung von zwei bis zu ihrer Anwendung voneinander getrennt zu haltenden Zusammensetzungen, die unmittelbar vor der Anwendung miteinander vermischt werden.
  • Derartige Zweikomponenten-Behältnisse sind seit langem bekannt.
  • Sie bestehen in der Regel aus zwei in einer Verpackungseinheit übereinander angeordneten, getrennten Kammern, wobei die obere Kammer mit einer verschließbaren Abgabeöffnung zur Ausgabe des Gemisches versehen ist, beide Behälter durch eine Trennfolie getrennt sind, und ein scharfkantiges Stanzwerkzeug vorhanden ist, das beim Zusammenschrauben oder Zusammendrücken der Behältnisse die Trennfolie durchstößt und so das Vermischen der Behälterinhalte unmittelbar vor der Anwendung ermöglicht.
  • Eine derartige Zweikomponenten-Verpackung ist beispielsweise in der DE-PS 2 760 079 beschrieben.
  • Weitere Ausgestaltungen solcher bekannter Zweikomponenten-Behältnisse sind in der DE-OS 2 451 167, der DE-AS 1 536 305, der DE-OS 2 211 753, der US-PS 3 521 745, der US-PS 3 548 562, der DE-GbmS 7317067 sowie der DE-OS 2 539 231 offenbart.
  • Die Füllung dieser Zweikomponenten-Verpackungen mit den bis zu ihrer Anwendung getrennt gehaltenen Zusammensetzungen erfolgt in der Regel so, daß zuerst der unten angeordnete Behälter mit dem in diesem unterzubringenden Produkt gefüllt, anschließend dessen Öffnung mittels einer Trennfolie mit dem oberen Behältnis verschweißt, und anschließend dieses gefüllt und verschlossen wird.
  • Ein solches aus mehreren Schritten bestehendes Verfahren ist relativ umständlich und aufwendig.
  • Ein weiterer Nachteil der bekannten Zweikomponenten-Behältnisse besteht darin, daß der Offnungsmechanismus, d.h., der ein Durchstoßen der Trennfolie bei der Anwendung bewirkende Dorn oder eine entsprechende Schneidkante, in einer der beiden Kammern angeordnet sein muß und deshalb mit deren Füllgut in dauernder Berührung steht, was bei längerer Aufbewahrung unerwünschte Veränderungen des Produktes hervorrufen kann.
  • Aus der FR-A 2 294 937, ist bereits ein Zweikomponenten-Behältnis bekannt, das diese Nachteile dadurch vermeidet, daß zwischen beiden Kammern ein beiderseits mit Schneidkanten oder Dornen versehenes Zwischenglied angeordnet ist, das beim Zusammendrücken oder Zusammenschrauben der beiden Kammern gleichzeitig das Unterteil der oben angeordneten und das Oberteil der unten angeordneten Kammer durchtrennt und damit das Vermischen der separat gehaltenen Zusammensetzungen und die Abgabe der so hergestellten Mischung gestattet.
  • Sei diesem bekannten Behältnis wird jedoch das Zusammenbringen beider Behälterteile unter Zerstörung der jeweiligen Membranen auf umständliche Weise durch Entfernen von speziell angebrachten Sicherungsringen bewerkstelligt. Darüberhinaus ist beim Zusammenbringen der Behälterteile eine ausreichende Abdichtung des nunmehr vereinigten, miteinander in Reaktion getretenen Behälterinhalts nicht mehr gewährleistet.
  • Bei der erfindungsgemäßen Vorrichtung kann auf diese genannten Sicherungsringe verzichtet werden.
  • Sie ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Zwischenteil mit jeweils einem dem oberen und dem unteren Behälterteil zugeordneten Dichtring versehen ist.
  • In der FR-A 1 542 467 wird festgestellt, daß das zwischen beiden Kammern befindliche Teil enge Maßtoleranzen aufweisen muß. Aus diesem Hinweis läßt sich jedoch im Hinblick auf die erfindungsgemäße Ausgestaltung nichts entnehmen.
  • In den folgenden Figuren wird eine beispielhafte Ausführungsform der Erfindung wiedergegeben.
  • Dabei zeigt
    • Figur 1 eine Ansicht des komplettierten Zweikomponenten-Behältnisses von außen.
    • Figur 2 stellt einen Schnitt durch ein Behältnis nach Figur 1 dar.
    • Figur 3 gibt eine mögliche Ausführungsform der Behälterkupplung wieder.
  • Figur 1 zeigt eine Außenansicht des integrierten Zweikomponenten-Behältnisses, wobei (1) die über dem oberen Behältnis (2) angebrachte Verschlußkappe und (3) das untere Behältnis darstellen, und (5) das mit einem Schraubelement ausgestattete Zwischenteil ist, in dessen Inneren sich der Öffnungsmechanismus in Form von beidseitigen Schneidkanten oder spitzen Dornen befindet.
  • Figur 2 gibt einen Querschnitt durch das Behältnis nach Figur 1 wieder, wobei (1) wiederum einen Schraubverschluß, mit dem das Oberteil (2) verschlossen wird, darstellt.
  • Dieses Oberteil (2) ist mit dem unteren Behältnis (3) durch ein Mittelteil (5) verbunden, das mit je zwei Dichtringen (4) und Schneidringen (8) ausgestattet ist. Das Oberteil (2) ist an seiner Unterseite und das Unterteil (3) an seiner oberen Öffnung mit einer Folie (6) versiegelt, die vorzugsweise aus beidseitig mit Kunststoff beschichtetem Aluminium besteht und mit dem jeweiligen Behältermaterial verschweißt ist.
  • Figur 3 zeigt den Schraubmechanismus (7), mittels dessen das Mittelteil (5) durch Drehung so bewegt werden kann, daß durch die Schneidelemente (8) die Folien (6) zerstört werden und dadurch eine Vermischung der Inhalte der Behältnisse (2) und (3) möglich ist.
  • Das Zerstören der Folien durch die Schneidelemente (8) oder analog angeordnete Dorne kann natürlich auch durch eine elastische Ausgestaltung des Mittelteils (5), das ein Zusammendrücken der Behältnisse gestattet, vorgesehen sein.
  • Ebenso muß das Oberteil (2) nicht unbedingt durch eine Schraubkappe verschlossen sein, sondern kann jegliche beliebige bekannte Verschlußvorrichtung aufweisen.
  • Das erfindungsgemäße Zweikomponenten-Behältnis eignet sich besonders zur Abgabe von Haarfärbemitteln auf Basis von Oxidationsfarbstoffen und Peroxiden, die bis zu ihrer Anwendung bekanntlich getrennt gehalten werden müssen.

Claims (1)

  1. Behältnis zur Verpackung von zwei bis zu ihrer Anwendung voneinander getrennt zu haltenden Zusammensetzungen, die unmittelbar vor der Anwendung miteinander vermischt werden, bestehend aus zwei in einer Verpackungseinheit übereinander angeordneten, getrennten Behälterteilen (2, 3), deren oberer (2) mit einer verschließbaren Abgabeöffnung versehen ist, und einem zwischen beiden Behälterteilen befindlichen, beiderseits mit Schneidkanten (8) oder spitzen Dornen (8) versehenen Zwischenteil (5), das beim Zusammendrücken oder -schrauben der beiden jeweils durch eine Folie (6) verschlossenen Behälterteile (2, 3) die Folien (6) durchtrennt und damit das Vermischen der separat gehaltenen Zusammensetzungen gestattet, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Zwischenteil (5) ferner mit jeweils einem dem oberen (2) und dem unteren Behälterteil (3) zugeordneten Dichtring (4) versehen ist.
