Claims (2)

  1. Support d'écartement des barreaux de grille d'écartement de tube pour le guidage des tubes par exemple dans les générateurs de vapeur, la grille en une seule pièce étant formée par des barreaux (3) se croisant, disposés sur plus d'un plan et étant entourée d'un cadre (2) en une seule pièce, qui comporte côté intérieur des rainures circulaires pour recevoir les extrémités des barreaux (3), la fixation de l'écartement réciproque des barreaux (3) de la grile dans le cadre (2) se fait par des broches d'écartement (1), qui comportent chacune une rainure transversale (5) et un alésage longitudinal (8), caractérisé en ce que la rainure transversale (5) de chaque broche d'écartement (1) est réalisée en continu et ouverte sur une surface de base de la broche d'écartement et comporte un ajustement avec jeu vis-à-vis du barreau de grille pour recevoir le barreau lui-même (3), en ce que la rainure transversale (5) est décalée sur sa hauteur et comporte par suite une saillie (6), qui vient en prise dans un évidement correspondant (7) du barreau de grille (3), en ce que l'alésage (8) est réalisé comme alésage de passage ou de trou borgne et permet la mise en place d'une matière synthétique pateuse (9) entre la rainure transversale (5) et le barreau (3) et en ce que les broches d'écartement (1) sont bloquées par un anneau de recouvrement (4) circulaire.
  2. Procédé pour la réalisation d'une grille d'écartement de tubes avec un support d'écartement selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'après la fixation de l'écartement des barreaux (3) dans le cadre de la grille (2) par la mise en place des broches d'écartement (1), on introduit par l'alésage longitudinal (8) dans la broche d'écartement (1) de la matière synthétique pateuse, qui après durcissement produit une liaison par interpénétration par la force de la broche (1) et du barreau de grille (3) et qui par l'utilisation dans un échangeur thermique se trouve éliminée en marche à une température déterminée.
