Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft eine Umverpackung aus einem einteiligen Kartonzuschnitt für becherförmige Gegenstände, die einen Randflansch aufweisen, wobei die Umverpackung eine mit Löchern versehene Unterseite, in denen die becherförmigen Gegenstände stecken, sowie eine Deckseite hat, welche auf den Randflanschen der becherförmigen Gegenstände aufliegt, wobei die Unterseite und die Deckseite durch zwei Seitenwände und entsprechende Faltlinien verbunden sind, wobei innerhalb dieser Faltlinien Schnittlinien vorgesehen sind, in welche die Randflansche der becherförmigen Gegenstände eingreifen.
  • Aus der GB-A-2 158 037 ist eine hülsenförmige Umverpackung bekannt, bei der die becherförmigen Gegenstände ebenfalls in Löchern einer Unterseite stecken und die Randflanschen in Schnittlinien eingreifen. Hierbei wird nur bei einreihiger Anordnung von Gegenständen deren ausreichender Halt erzielt. Bei mehrreihiger Anordnung könnte ein ausreichender Halt nur dann erreicht werden, wenn die Gegenstände zusätzlich an ihren Randflanschen miteinander verbunden wären.
  • Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, eine Umverpackung der eingangs genannten Art zu schaffen, mit der vier einzeln eingestellte und untereinander nicht verbundene Behälter einen sicheren Halt erhalten.
  • Diese Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß dadurch gelöst, daß an den beiden anderen Seiten Stirnwände angeordnet sind, an deren Übergang zur Deckseite weitere Schnittlinien vorgesehen sind, in welche die Randflansche der becherförmigen Gegenstände eingreifen, und daß die Verpackung für rechteckförmige gegenstände ausgebildet ist.
  • Durch diese um 90° versetzte Festlegung jedes Gegenstandes wird ein sehr guter Halt der becherförmigen Gegenstände erzielt, insbesondere da er noch zusätzlich am Rand eines Loches in der Unterseite abgestützt wird. Ein gegenseitiges Abstützen der Gegenstände, beispielsweise durch ein Verbinden der Randflansche ist damit unnötig.
  • Damit ist gewährleistet, dass jeder einzelne Randflansch an zwei um 90 Grad zueinander versetzten Stellen in Schnittlinien eingreift und damit einen sicheren Halt erfährt. Zusätzlich wird der becherförmige Gegenstand noch am Rand eines Loches in der Unterseite abgestützt, so dass ein gegenseitiges Abstützen der Gegenstände, beispielsweise durch ein Verbinden der Randflansche, unnötig ist.
  • Sehr vorteilhaft ist es auch, wenn erfindgungsgemäss die Unterseite und die Deckseite über die eine Seitenwand gelenkig miteinander verbunden sind, während die andere Seitenwand an der Unterseite angelenkt ist und eine Klebelasche zur Verbindung mit der Deckseite aufweist. Die eine Schnittlinie ist dabei zwischen der Seitenwand und der Klebelasche angeordnet, wodurch der Randflansch sehr leicht einführbar ist.
  • Eine weitere sehr günstige Ausgestaltung der Erfindung liegt darin, dass die beiden Stirnwände an der Deckwand angelenkt sind und dass an der Unterseite zwei Klebelaschen angelenkt sind, die mit den Stirnwänden über je eine Klebenaht verbunden, sind. Beim Herunterklappen der Stirnwände werden die Ränder der Randflansche selbsttätig in die Schnittlinien zwischen der Deckseite und den Stirnwänden eingeführt, so dass auch diese Festlegung der Randflansche sehr einfach erfolgt.
  • In der Zeichnung ist ein Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung dargestellt. Dabei zeigen:
    • Fig. 1
    einen flachliegenden Kartonzuschnitt, aus dem eine Umverpackung bildbar ist und
    Fig. 2
    eine Umverpackung für vier becherförmige Gegenstände, gebildet aus einem Kartonzuschnitt gemäss Fig. 1.
  • Mit 1 ist in Fig. 1 ein Kartonzuschnitt bezeichnet, der eine Unterseite 2 mit vier Löchern 3 aufweist, an der über je eine Faltlinie 4 bzw. 5 eine Seitenwand 6 bsw. 7 angelenkt ist. Über eine weitere Faltlinie 8 ist an der Seitenwand 6 eine Deckseite 9 angelenkt, wobei in der Faltlinie 8 zwei Schnittlinien 10 und 11 vorgesehen sind. Die Deckseite 9 ist an den beiden an die Faltlinie 8 angrenzenden Seiten durch zwei weitere Faltinien 12 und 13 begrenzt, über welche zwei Stirnwände 14 und 15 angeformt sind, wobei auch in diesen Faltlinien 12 and 13 je zwei Schnittlinien 10 and 11 vorgesehen sind. An der Unterseite 2 sind über Faltlinien 16 und 17 zwei Klebelaschen 18 and 19 angelenkt, und von der Seitenwand 7 ist über eine mit Schnittlinien 10 and 11 versehene Faltlinie 20 eine weitere Klebelasche 21 angeformt.
  • Beim Aufrichten der Umverpackung in die in Fig. 2 dargestellte Form werden vier einzelne becherförmige Gegenstände 22 in die Löcher 3 der Unterseite 2 gesteckt. Daraufhin werden die Seitenwände 6 und 7 sowie die Klebelaschen 18 und 19 nach oben gefaltet. Dabei greifen die Randflansche 23 der becherförmigen Gegenstände in die Schnittlinien 10 and 11 in den Faltlinien 8 und 20 ein. Sodann wird die Klebelasche 21 auf die Gegenstände 22 aufgelegt und mit der ebenfalls aufgefalteten Deckseite verklebt.
  • Beim anschliessenden Herunterfalten der beiden Stirnwände 14 und 15 greifen die Randflansche 23 auch in die Schnittlinien 10,11 der beiden altlinien 12 und 13 ein. Die Stirnwände werden dann mit den beiden Klebelaschen 18 und 19 durch je eine Klebenaht verbunden.

Claims (3)

  1. Umverpackung aus einem einteiligen Kartonzuschnitt für becherförmige Gegenstände (22), die einen Randflansch (23) aufweisen, wobei die Umverpackung eine mit Löchern (3) versehene Unterseite (2), in denen die becherförmigen Gegenstände (22) stecken, sowie eine Deckseite (9) hat, welche auf den Randflanschen (23) der becherförmigen Gegenstände aufliegt, wobei die Unterseite (2) und die Deckseite (9) durch zwei Seitenwände (6,7) und entsprechende Faltlinien verbunden sind, wobei innerhalb dieser Faltlinien Schnittlinien vorgesehen sind, in welche die Randflansche der becherförmigen Gegenstände eingreifen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an den beiden anderen Seiten Stirnwände (14,15) angeordnet sind, an deren Übergang zur Deckseite (9) weitere Schnittlinien(10,11) vorgesehen sind, in welche die Randflansche (23) der becherförmigen Gegenstände (23) eingreifen, und daß die Verpackung für vier rechteckförmig zugeordnete gegenstände ausgebildet ist.
  2. Umverpackung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Unterseite (2) und die Deckseite (9) über die eine Seitenwand (6) gelenkig miteinander verbunden sind, während die andere Seitenwand (7) an der Unterseite (2) angelenkt ist und eine Klebelasche (21) zur Verbindung mit der Deckseite (9) aufweist.
  3. Umverpackung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die beiden Stirnwände (14,15) an der Deckwand (9) angelenkt sind, und daß an der Unterseite (2) Klebelaschen (18,19) angelenkt sind, die mit den Stirnwänden (14,15) über je eine Klebenaht verbunden sind.
