Definitions
- the invention relates to a laying system for a collapsible bridge, which comprises at least one vehicle having a laying device and a plurality of parallel beams, each of which has a U-shaped cross-section which is open at the bottom and which is designed as an interior or ramp section for laying are interconnectable and displaceable in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle, the bridge being formed by two ramp sections and possibly at least one inner section, each of which is associated with a stem support section which can be connected at the same time, and the laying device is a drive arrangement for displacing the bridge parts and the parts remaining therein and Has stem support sections which are mounted so as to be longitudinally displaceable via roller guides.
- a laying system of this type is previously known from DE-A-28 46 182.
- the stem support is extended so far over the laying device designed as a U-shaped laying beam and the advanced bridge that its end is over with the outer end of the laying beam a safety gear arranged there can be connected.
- the long and correspondingly heavy installation beam must be moved with its articulation point over the entire vehicle and exerts a considerable additional tilting moment on the vehicle when the stem support is placed on the other side of the bank.
- the object of the invention is to create a laying system with which even relatively long bridge lengths can be laid safely and quickly with a relatively small laying device of a vehicle.
- the bridge parts have guide rails at the lower, mutually facing corners of their supports, into which rollers arranged on the laying device engage, and that the drive arrangement is designed as a drive that can be alternately connected to the bridge parts and the stem support sections.
- the two vehicles A and B each have a ramp section 1 and 1 ′ and an inner section 2 and 2 ′ as bridge parts, the ramp section and inner section each forming one half of the dismountable bridge.
- the ramp section 1 is fastened directly to a frame 3 which is arranged to be longitudinally displaceable on the vehicle A or B, while the inner section 2 of approximately the same length rests on the ramp section 1.
- the vehicle and associated bridge parts each form a unit, the advantage of which is in particular that they can be combined as desired to form a bridge.
- Each vehicle can only have one bridge section (ramp section) and possibly wear three bridge parts.
- Fig. 3 it can be seen how the one half of the bridge produced by the locking is then moved towards the other half of the bridge in relation to the vehicle in question and is locked together after the collision. A simultaneous coupling of the inner stem sections is also carried out.
- the locking is preferably carried out automatically by means of corresponding snap-in clutches.
- the stem support 7, which is longitudinally displaceable in the bridge, is fully extended to its end position or at least to such an extent that the obstacle is completely covered 4 when the position shown in FIG. 4, which is then approached and in which the middle of the bridge is arranged approximately above the supports 6, is reached. Vehicle B has thus been released from the bridge and can be removed.
- the bridge is moved a little further over the obstacle until the middle of the bridge lies approximately at the end of a laying arm 8 which serves as a laying device and which is pivotable on the frame 3 in the area of the supports 6 about a horizontal axis 8 ' is articulated.
- a hydraulic cylinder 9 engaging it in a joint 9 'and articulated with the other end to the frame 3 downwards, the free end of the stem support 7 is set down on the other side, not shown, bank.
- the bridge, supported on the porch beam is moved to the other side of the bank.
- the support on the other side of the bank is designed in a known manner so that there is enough space for the tip 1a of the ramp section 1 of the bridge so that the bridge can be moved to its end position.
- the interior and ramp sections each have a length of 13 m, so that the overall length of the bridge is 52 m.
- the length of the stem is about three quarters of this length.
- Fig. 6 shows the finished bridge after lowering the ramp part 1 'in a known manner by means of the completely pivoted down Laying arms 8. Subsequently, the stem support 7 is moved back to its starting position before laying.
- the inner sections 2 and 2 'of the bridge as shown in FIG. 7, have two supports 11 and 12 which run parallel to one another and which are connected to one another at their upper side by means of a carriageway plate 13, so that a cross-section is open at the bottom U results.
- a U-shaped rail 14 is arranged in the longitudinal direction so that the open sides of the two rails face each other.
- the stem support 7 which runs in the middle between the two supports 11 and 12 in the longitudinal direction, are supported and protruding rollers 15, which lie opposite one another in pairs on the same axis and thereby enable the longitudinal displacement of the stem support 7 in the bridge, that this guidance is continued in the ramp sections.
- Each stem support section has at least two pairs of rollers 15.
- U-shaped rails 16 are arranged opposite one another in the same way as the rails 14, into which overhung rollers 17 of roller sets 18 and 19 arranged on both sides of the laying arm 8, as in 9 can be seen. Slightly above the rails 16 are arranged parallel to these racks 20, while the lower outer corners of the stem support 7 are provided with racks 21 which also run in parallel. In the racks 20 and 21 two overhung pinions 22 can be engaged, which are arranged coaxially on a drive 23 opposite. The provided with a drive motor and a gear drive 23 is pivoted about a horizontal axis 24 on the laying device 8 so that the pinion 22 are approximately in the middle between the two roller sets 18 and 19.
- Vehicle A like vehicle B, has support rollers 40 on the top of its driver's cab 43, which also encloses the vehicle drive motor, the axes of which extend transversely to the direction of displacement and on which the bridge parts are supported in the event of sagging .
- the drive 23 When moving a bridge half or the entire bridge after coupling, as shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the drive 23 is pivoted downward, so that the pinions 22 engage the racks 20. To move the entire bridge, it is sufficient to engage the drive of the vehicle A. Then the drive 23 is pivoted upward, so that the pinions 22 engage in the toothed racks 21 and thereby the stem carrier 7 can be extended in the direction of the obstacle (Fig. 4). After the obstacle has been spanned by the stem support, the pinion 22 engages in the toothed racks 20 downwards again and the bridge, which is now supported on the tip of the stem support 7 on the one hand and on the rollers 16 on the other hand, is completely moved over the obstacle.
- Further support rollers 40 are located on the driver's cab 43 of vehicles A and B.
- the bridge is supported on these support rollers only when moving in the horizontal direction (FIGS. 2 to 4).
- the rollers 17 of the roller sets 18 arranged on the outside of the laying arm 8 are in engagement with the rails 16.
- the bridge is then deposited behind the vehicle on the bank, the correspondingly pivoted roller sets 18 constantly maintaining the direction of the rail 16.
- vehicle A is pulled up and thus decoupled from the bridge.
- Lowering devices, not shown, at both ends of the bridge finally place them on the two banks.
- the stem support 7 is moved back into the starting position, ie symmetrically to the middle of the bridge. Due to the connection in the roller guides 14, 15, the stem support 7 is connected to the bridge and supports the load in accordance with its vertical rigidity.
- the vehicle A again provided with a laying arm 8 and a frame 3, carries only one ramp section 1, while another vehicle C, which is only used for the transport of bridge parts, and, stacked on top of one another, has two inner sections 2, 2 'carries backwards to the front of the vehicle A (Fig. 10).
- the sections are slightly raised by a scissor-type lifting device 42 provided at their upper ends with support rollers 41, which is arranged on the vehicle C as shown in FIG. 11, until the inner section 2 lying at the top and slightly projecting at the end of the vehicle with the Ramp section 1 on vehicle A is at the same height.
- the lifting device 42 is lowered again and the coupled bridge parts 1 and 2 are moved with the laying arm 8 towards the obstacle 4. Thereafter, the inner section 2 ′ still located on the vehicle C is raised with the lifting device 42 to such an extent that that it can be coupled to the inner section 2 by slightly reversing the vehicle C or moving the coupled sections 1 and 2 forward.
- the lifting device 42 has been lowered, the vehicle C is removed and a ramp section 1 'located on a further vehicle D, which also has a lifting device 42, is coupled to the inner section 2' by moving out.
- the frame 3 of the vehicle A is extended and the laying process is carried out as in the exemplary embodiment according to FIGS. 3 to 6.
- the number of inner sections that can be laid can be any, depending on the length of the bridge to be laid and the sections and the laying capacity of the vehicle provided with a laying device.

Description
The invention relates to a laying system for a collapsible bridge, which comprises at least one vehicle having a laying device and a plurality of parallel beams, each of which has a U-shaped cross-section which is open at the bottom and which is designed as an interior or ramp section for laying are interconnectable and displaceable in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle, the bridge being formed by two ramp sections and possibly at least one inner section, each of which is associated with a stem support section which can be connected at the same time, and the laying device is a drive arrangement for displacing the bridge parts and the parts remaining therein and Has stem support sections which are mounted so as to be longitudinally displaceable via roller guides.
A laying system of this type is previously known from DE-A-28 46 182. In this system, the stem support is extended so far over the laying device designed as a U-shaped laying beam and the advanced bridge that its end is over with the outer end of the laying beam a safety gear arranged there can be connected. The long and correspondingly heavy installation beam must be moved with its articulation point over the entire vehicle and exerts a considerable additional tilting moment on the vehicle when the stem support is placed on the other side of the bank.
In contrast, the object of the invention is to create a laying system with which even relatively long bridge lengths can be laid safely and quickly with a relatively small laying device of a vehicle.
This task is solved by that the bridge parts have guide rails at the lower, mutually facing corners of their supports, into which rollers arranged on the laying device engage, and that the drive arrangement is designed as a drive that can be alternately connected to the bridge parts and the stem support sections.
An advantage achieved with the new laying system is that the stem beam, which is not significantly shorter than the total length of the bridge, does not have to be connected to the laying device, and nevertheless it is possible to lay the assembled bridge parts with only one vehicle.
Advantageous embodiments of the invention are given in the dependent claims.

As can be seen from FIG. 1, the two vehicles A and B each have a
In preparation for laying the vehicle A backwards up to close to the obstacle to be bridged, for. B. brought up a
In Fig. 3 it can be seen how the one half of the bridge produced by the locking is then moved towards the other half of the bridge in relation to the vehicle in question and is locked together after the collision. A simultaneous coupling of the inner stem sections is also carried out. The locking is preferably carried out automatically by means of corresponding snap-in clutches. Thereafter, the
Then the entire bridge is moved towards the obstacle for laying. In this position, the
Subsequently, as shown in FIG. 5, the bridge is moved a little further over the obstacle until the middle of the bridge lies approximately at the end of a laying
Fig. 6 shows the finished bridge after lowering the ramp part 1 'in a known manner by means of the completely pivoted down Laying
The
At the lower, mutually facing corners of the
When moving a bridge half or the entire bridge after coupling, as shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the
After the bridge has been put down, the
In the exemplary embodiment according to FIGS. 10 to 12, the vehicle A, again provided with a laying
In this embodiment, only one vehicle provided with a laying device is required and the remaining bridge parts can be distributed as desired over the simpler and thus cheaper “auxiliary” vehicles. Furthermore, the loading height of the vehicles can be kept low in this way.
The number of inner sections that can be laid can be any, depending on the length of the bridge to be laid and the sections and the laying capacity of the vehicle provided with a laying device.
