Definitions
- the present invention relates to a prefabricated component according to the preamble of claim 1 and a staircase according to the preamble of claim 11.
- brackets themselves can be firmly anchored at one end in the masonry or inserted into a sleeve firmly anchored in the masonry.
- the previously known components are essentially only due to their own weight on the vibration-damping pads of the consoles. So they are only supported against the action of gravity.
- the placed, plate-shaped part is to a certain extent comparable to a membrane and thus a structure that can vibrate.
- the plate-shaped part is excited, for example by walking, to vibrations which are essentially vertical, i.e. run at right angles to the plate-shaped part itself.
- Such vibrations can be dampened by the supports on the brackets, provided that the air gap is not bridged by solid parts.
- the air gap is sealed to the outside at the stage of prefabrication, so that no solid objects can penetrate and be clamped on the building.
- the vibration-damping elements are sunk both in the frame-like and in the plate-shaped part, any directional and not only perpendicular to the plate-shaped part vibrations can be effectively damped, and their transmission to the masonry is virtually impossible.
- the frame-like part of the component can be anchored as a whole in the masonry. It is no longer necessary to adhere exactly to the installation height of brackets for the plate-shaped part. From the very beginning, the plate-shaped part is suspended in the frame-like part so that it can vibrate on all sides.
- a staircase 10 is shown, from which two platforms 11, 12 are visible, a flight of stairs 13 leading to the platform 11 and a flight of stairs 14 away from this to the platform 12.
- the staircase 10 is enclosed by masonry 15 , wherein between the masonry 15 and the pedestals 11, 12 and the stairways 13, 14 there is an air gap 16 of the order of 10-25 mm width all around.
- the floors of the building in which the staircase 10 is installed are connected to this floor.
- Such a floor is indicated by B in FIG. 2.
- the aim is to protect the rooms adjacent to the stairwell against the impact sound generated when the stairwell is walked on.
- both the pedestal 11 and the pedestal 12 are a prefabricated component which is designed according to the invention.
- the stairways 13, 14 are also prefabricated.
- the platforms 11, 12 are each constructed from a rectangular, plate-shaped part 17, 18 which is divided into three Sides at a distance corresponding to the width of the air gap 16 are surrounded by a frame-like part 19, 20 in this case.
- the only load-bearing connection between the frame-like part 19, 20 and the plate-shaped part 17, 18 is formed by vibration-damping elements 21, which will be described in detail below and which both end in the frame-like part 19, 20 and in the plate-shaped part 17, 18 are arranged sunk, for example cast in.
- the plate-shaped part 17, 18 forms the inspection surface, while the frame-like part 19, 20 is a component of the masonry 15 in the installed state.
- the plate-shaped part 17, 18 has the same thickness as the frame-like part 19, 20, and that the air gap 16 is completely sealed to the outside by a permanently elastic seal 22, for example a prestressed rubber hose.
- a permanently elastic seal 22 for example a prestressed rubber hose.
- the frame-like part 19, 20 which forms a unit with the plate-shaped part 17, 18 after prefabrication can now be placed on the masonry with the interposition of a mortar layer 23 'in such a way that the plate-shaped part 17, 18 lies in a horizontal plane, whereby it does not matter is whether the elements 21 were all installed at the same height in the prefabrication.
- each element 21 has a bolt 23, for example made of stainless steel, which is provided on its circumference with form-locking elements 24 effective in the axial direction, here in the form of a flat thread. At its end appearing on the right in FIG. 4, the bolt 23 is firmly cast in the frame-like part 19, 20.
- the bolt 23 With its left end, the bolt 23 is screwed into an inner sleeve 26 provided with an internal thread 25, which is closed at one end by a cover 27, for example welded on.
- the inner sleeve 26 is completely enclosed by an essentially tubular or cup-shaped spring element 28 made of an elastomer, preferably of a high-quality natural rubber. So that the elastomer spring element 28 can also deflect effectively, a number is provided in its comparatively thick wall, here its six axially running bores 29.
- the spring element 28 is firmly connected with its outside to the inside of an outer sleeve 30, for example vulcanized onto it, which outer sleeve 30 is provided with a welded-on end flange 31 which serves for anchoring in the plate-shaped part 17, 18.
- the assembly and installation of the element 21 can be carried out, for example, as described below.
- the outer sleeve 30 and the inner sleeve 26 centered therein are, after appropriate pretreatment, placed in a vulcanizing mold provided with cores for the bores 29, whereupon the spring element 28 is shaped and vulcanized in this shape.
- the bolt 23 is then screwed into the inner sleeve 26 as far as possible against the cover 27.
- the element thus preassembled is positioned by means of gauges in the formwork used for casting the plate-shaped part 17, 18 and possibly also the frame-like part 19, 20, in which the reinforcing bars or grids (both not shown) are also placed.
- the concrete can then be brought into the formwork and compacted. After the concrete has set, the component is stripped off and the air gap 16 is sealed to the outside with the permanently elastic seal 22.
- FIGS. 6 and 7 differs from that of FIGS. 4 and 5 in that the spring element 28 is vulcanized directly onto the outside of the bolt 23, which can thereby have a larger diameter.
- the stair flights 13, 14 are also prefabricated. In this case, it is sufficient to place the stairways 13, 14, optionally with the interposition of conventional spacer elements 32, on the stepped, free edges of the pedestals 11, 12, because the transmission of the impact sound to the masonry 15 is effectively damped by the pedestals 11, 12 themselves . While the proposed component has been described using a staircase, it can also be used for other floors which are exposed to the effects of vibrations, for example from machines mounted thereon, when it comes to keeping these vibrations away from the masonry and from the adjacent rooms.

Description
- Fig. 1 einen Grundriss eines Treppenhauses,
- Fig. 2 erscheinende Detail in einem schematischen Schnitt,
- Fig. 5 einen Schnitt längs der Linie V-V der Fig. 4,
- Fig. 7 einen Schnitt längs der Linie VII-VII der Fig. 6.
Fig.1 ) mit dem rahmenartigen Teil 19, 20 verbunden.
