Claims (11)

1. Vorrichtung zum Herstellen und Verpacken von Produkten wie Umschlägen, Posttüten, Versandtaschen, Taschen und Faltbeuteln, Plattenhüllen und Tüten zum Verpacken von Lebensmitteln, welche einerseits eine Maschine zum Herstellen dieser Produkte mit einer manuellen Entnahme­station aufweist, bei der zwei schmale Bänder auf einem Arbeitstisch (10) umlaufen, auf dem ein Stützanschlag ge­führt ist, und andererseits eine Verpackungsstation, die das Umsortieren der Produkte einer Partie ermöglicht, gekennzeichnet durch eine Vorrichtung zum Verbinden der Herstellungsmaschine und der Verpackungsstation mit
- einer schwenkbaren Platte (20) zur Aufnahme der Mittel (2) zum Ausrichten und Trennen, die mit einer drehbaren Achse (21) verbunden ist und keinen Kontakt mit dem Arbeitstisch (10) der Maschine zur Herstellung der Umschläge hat, wobei sich die schwenkbare Platte (20) durch Rotation um die drehbare Achse (21) von einer ersten Position, in der die Umschläge direkt am Ausgang der Herstellungsmaschine vertikal auf der schwenkbaren Platte (20) angehäuft werden, in eine zweite Position gebracht werden kann, in der die Umschläge vertikal auf den schmalen Bändern (1) gegen den Anschlag (11) zur manuellen Entnahmekette am Ende der Herstellungsmaschine angehäuft werden,
- eine bewegliche Stange (32) zum Verschieben der Um­schläge in eine Richtung genau rechtwinklig zur Richtung am Ausgang der hergestellten Produkte,
- einen Antriebsmotor (31) für die bewegliche Stange und zwei Ritzel (29) sowie eine damit verbundene Kette 30,
- einen Ausgleichsdämpfer (34) zum Halten der Umschläge einer Partie während dessen Aufbau,
- eine schwenkbare klaue (50) zum Einstellen der be­grenzten Anzahl von Umschlägen der Partien (53) und Zurückhalten der ersten Umschläge der nächsten Partie bis zur Entnahme der vorhergehenden Partie in den ersten Bandförderer (5),
- einen Zähler (38) für die Umschläge, der mit dem Antriebsmotor durch eine Leitung (37) ebenso ver­bunden ist wie mit der Einstellklaue durch eine Leitung (54),
- einen ersten Förderer (5) mit Bändern (55, 56) und
- einen schwenkbaren Verteiler (60), der durch Ver­schwenken den Durchlauf der Partien (53) der Umschläge von einem ersten Förderer (5) zu einem zweiten Förderer (68) sicherstellt, der mit dem schwenkbaren Verteiler (60) verbunden ist und horizontale Bänder mit Anschlägen (67) zum Bewegen der Partien (53) der Umschläge aufweist.
2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Ausgleichsdämpfer (34) eine elastische Platte ist, deren Hub der Dicke einer Partie Umschläge entspricht.
3. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Verschiebung zwischen der klaue (50) zum Ein­stellen und der Seitenfront der Partie der Umschläge vorgesehen ist.
4. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Bewegung der klaue (50) nach dem Verschwenken deren Ende auf die rechte Seite des einen Bandes des ersten Bandförderers (5) führt, so daß eine Einführung und Mitnahme der Partie der Umschläge durch Absenken stattfindet.
5. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Zähler (38) eine Photozelle ist.
6. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der erste Bandförderer (5) zwei Bänder (55, 56) auf­weist, die unabhängig und senkrecht befestigt sind und synchron in Gegenrichtung umlaufen.
7. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Abstand zwischen den beiden Bändern (55, 56) etwas kleiner ist als die Breite einer Partie nicht zusammenge­drückter Umschläge am Ausgang der Herstellung.
8. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die schwenkbare Platte (20) sich dem Arbeitstisch (10) der manuellen Entnahmekette für die Umschläge ohne Kontakt überlagert.

Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der schwenkbare Verteiler (60) zwei waagerechte, U-förmige Platten (62, 63) mit gegeneinander gerichteten Öffnungen aufweist, deren Innenflächen der Schenkel mit den Seiten der Partie des Bandförderers (68) beim Kontakt mit den Umschlägen fluchtet.

Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die beiden U-förmigen Platten (62, 63) einen solchen bestand zueinander haben, daß nach der Drehung um 90° das Durchlaufen der für die Bewegung der Umschläge auf dem Bandförderer (68) angebrachten Anschläge in Richtung auf die Verpackungsstation möglich ist.
11. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die verschiedenen Dreh- und Schwenkbewegungen mit Hilfe eines Hydraulikkolbens bewirkt werden.
