Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft ein Kühlmöbel mit einem wannenförmigen Möbelkorpus sowie mit einem oberhalb des Möbelkorpus befindlichen und mit diesem verbundenen Aufsatz, der eine an Stützen befestigte Warenpräsentationsfläche aufweist.
  • Derartige Kühlmöbel, insbesondere Kühltruhen, Tiefkühltruhen oder Tiefkühlinseln dienen zur Aufbewahrung und Präsentation von Lebensmitteln in Verbrauchergroßmärkten und Einzelhandelsgeschäften. Beispielsweise ist in der EP-A-0 152 859 eine Verkaufskühltruhe beschrieben, die einen Möbelkorpus aufweist, der einen nach oben offenen gekühlten Warenraum enthält. Als Stellmöglichkeit für ein zusätzliches Warenangebot besitzt dieses Kühlmöbel einen ungekühlten Aufsatz, der mit dem Möbelkorpus verbundene Stützen besitzt, die über den oberen Rand des Möbelkorpus hinaus nach oben ragen. An diesen Stützen ist eine Warenpräsentationsfläche befestigt, auf der das zusätzliche Warenangebot ausgestellt werden kann.
  • Es ist bekannt, daß ein offenes Kühlmöbel relativ viel Kühlenergie braucht. Außerdem läßt es sich nicht vermeiden, daß sich Luftfeuchtigkeit aus der Umgebung als Reif oder Kondenswasser in dem gekühlten Warenraum, insbesondere am Verdampfer sowie auf der gekühlten Ware niederschlägt. Aus diesem Grund wird der Warenraum während der Nichtverkaufszeiten, d.h. insbesondere nachts sowie an Sonn- und Feiertagen, abgedeckt. Die Abdeckung erfolgt dabei entweder mit Platten, die auf den Warenraum gelegt werden oder mit einem Rollo, das mit einer Aufwickelvorrichtung am Kühlmöbel befestigt ist.
    Beide Anordnungen sind jedoch mit Nachteilen behaftet: Die Abdeckung muß während der Verkaufszeiten von dem Kühlmöbel entfernt werden, was bei den üblichen Abmessungen der Kühlmöbel mit Platzproblemen verbunden ist, da platten von mehreren Quadratmetern Größe unterzubringen sind. Das am Kühlmöbel befestigte Rollo kann zwar ohne Platzprobleme im Kühlmöbel verstaut werden, jedoch bleiben am Kühlmöbel die seitlichen Führungen für das Rollo, die unerläßlich sind, um ein Durchhängen des Rollos zu vermeiden, auch im aufgerollten Zustand sichtbar. Störende Einbauten vermindern aber den Umsatz und verschlechtern die Reinigbarkeit des Kühlmöbels.
  • Der Erfindung liegt daher die Aufgabe zugrunde, ein Kühlmöbel der eingangs genannten Art zu entwickeln, bei dem sich der Warenraum während der Nichtverkaufszeiten problemlos abdecken läßt, das keine störenden Einbauten aufweist und dessen Platzbedarf gering ist.
  • Diese Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß dadurch gelöst, daß die Warenpräsentationsfläche bis an den Rand des Möbelkorpus absenkbar ist, wobei die Warenpräsentationsfläche in vertikalen Führungen in den Stützen geführt ist.
  • Das erfindungsgemäße Kühlmöbel weist eine Warenpräsentationsfläche auf, die in der Höhe bis auf das Niveau des oberen Randes des Möbelkorpus verstellbar ist. Die Warenpräsentationsfläche dient damit in der abgesenkten Position während der Nichtverkaufszeiten als Abdeckung für den Warenraum. Die Warenpräsentationsfläche deckt den Warenraum ganz oder zum Teil ab. Ein Abräumen der Warenpräsentationsfläche ist für das Absenken nicht erforderlich.
  • Der Erfindungsgegenstand ermöglicht es, das Kühlmöbel abzudecken, ohne daß hierfür störende Einbauten erforderlich sind. Die erfindungsgemäße Abdeckung benötigt keinen zusätzlichen Platzbedarf.
  • Die Warenpräsentationsfläche kann entlang der Führungen abgesenkt werden. Die Führung ist vorzugsweise als Längsschlitz in den Stützen ausgebildet.
  • Bei einer bevorzugten Weiterbildung des Erfindungsgegenstandes ist die Warenpräsentationsfläche mit einer Wärmeisolierung ausgestattet und/oder aus einem schlecht wärmeleitenden Material gefertigt. Als wärmeisolierendes Material wird insbesondere Kunststoff verwendet. Mit Hilfe dieser Maßnahme werden, wenn die Warenpräsentationsfläche als Abdeckung verwendet wird, die Kälteverluste verringert und zugleich die Bildung von Kondenswasser auf der Warenpräsentationsfläche und Reifbildung am Verdampfer verhindert.
  • Es erweist sich als vorteilhaft, wenn in Weiterbildung des Erfindungsgegenstandes an der Warenpräsentationsfläche mindestens ein Rollo oder eine ausziehbare oder schwenkbare Abdeckung befestigt ist.
  • Sofern die Warenpräsentationsfläche kleiner als die abzudeckende Öffnung des Warenraums ist, bleibt eine nicht abgedeckte Öffnung des Warenraums bestehen, auch wenn die Warenpräsentationsfläche abgesenkt Ist. Um den Warenraum vollständig abzudecken, sind, vorzugsweise an der Unterseite der Warenpräsentationsfläche, herausklappbare oder herausziehbare Abdeckungen oder Rollos vorgesehen, mit deren Hilfe der Zwischenraum zwischen dem Rand der Warenpräsentationsfläche und dem Rand des den Warenraum begrenzenden Möbelkorpus abgedeckt werden. Da der abzudeckende Zwischenraum wesentlich kleiner als die Oberfläche des gesamten abzudeckenden Warenraums ist, sind die Abdeckungen bzw. Rollos, die hierfür erforderlich sind, relativ klein und können bei Nichtbenutzung problemlos untergebracht werden. Vorzugsweise werden die Abdeckungen bei Nichtbenutzung unter die Warenpräsentationsfläche eingeschoben oder eingeklappt bzw. das oder die Rollos auf eine an der Unterseite der Warenpräsentationsfläche befindliche Aufwickelvorrichtung aufgerollt. Führungen für die Rollos können entfallen, da wegen des 20 relativ kleinen zu überbrückenden Abstandes die Gefahr des Durchhängens der Rollos nicht gegeben ist.
  • Es erweist sich jedoch als vorteilhaft, wenn gemäß eimer Weiterbildung des Erfindungsgegenstandes das Rollo auf einer Faltschere aufliegt. Die Faltschere wird zusammen mit dem Rollo herausgezogen und schafft eine stabile Auflagefläche für das Rollo. Sie wird zusammen mit dem Rollo eingeschoben und bleibt daher während der Verkaufszeit unsichtbar.
  • Bei einer bevorzugten Weiterbildung des Erfindungsgegenstandes weist das Rollo bzw. die Abdeckung eine Wärmeisolierung auf oder ist aus einem schlecht wärmeleitenden Material gefertigt.
  • Die Erfindung sowie weitere Einzelheiten der Erfindung werden anhand von schematisch dargestellten Ausführungsbeispielen näher erläutert.
  • Hierbei zeigen:
    • Figur 1 ein erfindungsgemäßes Kühlmöbel im Querschnitt
    • Figur 2 das Kühlmöbel gemäß Figur 1 in Draufsicht (Ausschnitt)
    • Figur 3 ein Kühlmöbel mit herausziehbarem Rollo (Ausschnitt)
    • Figur 4 ein Kühlmöbel mit herausziehbarer Abdeckung (Ausschnitt).
  • Figur 1 zeigt eine Tiefkühlinsel gemäß der Erfindung mit einem wannenförmigen wärmeisolierten Möbelkorpus, der einen gekühlten Warenraum 2. An den Stirnseiten des Möbelkorpus ist jeweils eine nach oben ragende Stütze 3 befestigt, von denen in der Figur nur eine zu erkennen ist. An den Stützen 3 ist eine Warenpräsentationsfläche 4 befestigt, die in zweierlei Positionen dargestellt ist. In der oberen, gestrichelt dargestellten Position dient der aus den Stützen 3 und der Warenpräsentationsfläche 4 zusammengesetzte Aufsatz als zusätzliche ungekühlte Stellfläche für Waren neben dem Warenraum 2. In der unteren, durchgehend gezeichneten Position dient die Warenpräsentationsfläche 4 zusätzlich als Abdeckung für den Warenraum 2.
  • Um die Warenpräsentationsfläche 4 leicht von der einen in die andere position bringen zu können, weisen die Stützen 3 vertikale Führungen auf, entlang derer die Warenpräsentationsfläche verschoben werden kann. Die Führungen umfassen einen vertikalen Schlitz 5 in jeder Stütze 3 sowie umgebördelte Seitenränder 6 der Stütze 3, die einen Vorsprung 7 der Warenpräsentationsfläche 4 umschließen. Die Warenpräsentationsfläche 4 ist mittels einer Feststellschraube 8, die durch den Schlitz 5 hindurch mit dem Vorsprung 7 verschraubt ist, an der Stütze 3 festgeklemmt. Durch Lösen der Feststellschraube 8 läßt sich die Warenpräsentationsfläche 4 entlang der Führung verschieben. Die Verstellung der Warenpräsentationsfläche 4 kann ebenso mittels eines Motors und einer Zahnstange erfolgen.
  • Die Warenpräsentationsfläche 4 wird, insbesondere während der Nichtverkaufszeiten, in die untere Position gebracht, um die Kälteverluste im Warenraum zwar so gering wie möglich zu halten. Es ist nicht erforderlich, die Warenpräsentationsfläche 4 für das Verändern der Position abzuräumen. Je nach Größe der Warenpräsentationsfläche deckt diese den Warenraum vollständig oder - wie in Figur 1 - nur zum Teil ab. An der Warenpräsentationsfläche 4 sind Abdeckungen 9 befestigt, die, wie durch Pfeile 10 angedeutet, herausklappbar sind und in der unteren Position der Warenpräsentationsfläche 4 zusammen mit dieser den gesamten Warenraum abdecken.
  • Anstelle der in Figur 1 gezeigten herausklappbaren Abdeckung 9 ist bei der in Figur 3 gezeigten Ausführungsform an der Warenpräsentationsfläche 4 ein herausziehbares Rollo 11 befestigt. An der Unterseite des Rollos kann, wie in Figur 2 gezeigt ist, eine Faltschere 12 angeordnet sein, die einerseits an der Warenpräsentationsfläche 4 und andererseits an der Vorderkante des Rollos 11 geführt ist und die zusammen mit diesem herausziehbar und einschiebbar ist. Die Faltschere verhindert ein Durchängen des Rollos. Das Rollo 11 sowie die Faltschere können ebenso durch einen Motor betätigt werden.
  • Bei der in Figur 4 dargestellten Ausführungsform ist eine Abdeckung 9 vorgesehen, die entlang seitlichen Führungen 13 herausziehbar an der Warenpräsentationsfläche 4 angeordnet ist.
  • Die Abdeckungen 9 sowie das Rollo 11 sind aus einem wärmeisolierenden Material gefertigt oder mit einem derartigen Material beschichtet.
  • Ist die Warenpräsentationsfläche 4 kleiner als die Öffnung des Warenraums 2, so besteht die Möglichkeit, den Warenraum bei Bedarf auch während der Verkaufszeiten teilweise abzudecken, wobei die zwar nach wie vor Ware aus dem Kühlmöbel entnommen werden kann, jedoch der Energieverbrauch deutlich zurückgeht.

Claims (5)

1. Kühlmöbel mit einem wannenförmigen Möbelkorpus sowie mit einem oberhalb des Möbelkorpus befindlichen und mit diesem verbundenen Aufsatz, der eine an Stützen befestigte Warenpräsentationsfläche aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Warenpräsentationsfläche (4) bis an den Rand des Möbelkorpus (1) absenkbar ist, wobei die Warenpräsentationsfläche (4) in vertikalen Führungen in den Stützen (3) geführt ist.
2. Kühlmöbel nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Warenpräsentationsfläche (4) mit einer Wärmeisolierung ausgestattet und/oder aus einem schlecht wärmeleitenden Material hergestellt ist.
3. Kühlmöbel nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an der Warenpräsentationsfläche (4) ein Rollo (11) oder eine ausziehbare oder schwenkbare Abdeckung (9) befestigt ist.
4. Kühlmöbel nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Rollo (11) bzw. die Abdeckung (9) eine Wärmeisolierung aufweist oder aus einem schlecht wärmeleitenden Material gefertigt ist.
5. Kühlmöbel nach Anspruch 3 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Rollo (11) auf einer Faltschere (12) aufliegt.
