Abstract

Anschließend werden die Doppelförderbän­der 11 wieder in Betrieb gesetzt und gleichzeitig die Schwenkhebel 12 abwarts geschwenkt, wodurch die gefalteten Schlauchränder aus den Aufnahmeenden der Doppelförderbän­der herausgedrückt bzw. -gezogen werden. Gleichzeitig mit bzw. kurz nach dem Absenken des Gutstapels 3 wird der Rah­men 16 wieder aufwärtsbewegt, so daß der Schrumpfbrenner 22 die Seitenflächen des Schlauches 5 an den Stapel an­schrumpft. Am Ende der Aufwärtsbewegung des Rahmens 16 wird der Antriebszylinder 20 zum Aufwärtsbewegen der Greif­elemente 18 betätigt, so daß der Rahmen wieder in Ausgangs­position für einen neuen Arbeitszyklus ist, wie dies Fig. 1 zeigt. Je nach Art des Gutstapels 3 kann es auch empfeh­lenswert sei, nach dem Unterschrumpfen und Festlegen des unteren Randes 26 des Schlauches den Rahmen 16 zunächst ohne arbeitenden Schrumpfbrenner wieder nach oben zu fah­ren und dann erneut unter Inbetriebsetzen des Schrumpfbren­ners 22 abzusenken, derart, daß das Schrumpfen von oben nach unten fortschreitet, um derart innerhalb des Stapels befindliche Luft möglichst weitgehend entweichen zu lassen.Thereupon, the shrinking torch 22 is switched on, which in the position according to FIG. 2 is directed so that the lower edge 26 of the hose is blown against the underside of the stack and at the same time shrunk onto it, as shown in a dotted manner in FIG. 2. dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß mittig unterhalb des Stapels (3) eine Hubeinrichtung (25) angeordnet ist, mittels welcher der Stapel von einem diesen in die und aus der Vorrichtung transportierenden Förderer (2) zum Unterschrumpfen des unteren Randes (26) der Schrumpffolienhaube (5) bis in den Bereich des Förde­rers anhebbar und nach dem Unterschrumpfen wieder absenk­bar ist und daß zwischen den Greifelementen (18) und den Schrumpfeinrichtungen (22) an dem höhenbeweglichen Rahmen (16) eine vertikale Relativbeweglichkeit ausgebildet ist.
