Claims (23)

1. Dispositif pour acheminer ou appliquer, par large diffusion, des substances coulantes sur un matériau en forme de feuille continue ou des surfaces planes à travers un interstice d'application ou des séries de trous ou de fentes, du type où sont prévus une cavité fermée de surpression (6) s'étendant sur la largeur d'application, avec au moins une ouverture d'introduction (5) pour la substance d'application acheminée qui se trouve sous pression et dans cette cavité de surpression (6), un corps de refoulement en forme de tige qui repose contre les surfaces de la cavité de surpression (6 ou, respectivement, 7) caractérisé en ce que des guidages en forme de canal sont délimités par la surface du corps de refoulement (1) en forme de tige et les parois de la cavité de surpression (6).
2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'une seconde cavité de surpression (7) est prévue, parallèle à la cavité de surpression (6) et qui lui est reliée sur toute sa longueur, dans laquelle est placé le corps de refoulement (1) en forme de tige.
3. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le corps de refoulement (1) placé dans la cavité de surpression (6 ou, respectivement, 7) porte, à sa surface supérieure, un filetage (10) ou, respectivement, est de forme filetée.
4. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le corps de refoulement (1) agencé dans la cavité creuse de surpression est enroulé à sa surface supérieure d'un fil métallique, qui délimite les guidages en forme de canal.
5. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que le corps de refoulement (1) en forme de tige a la forme d'un tube qui est fixé au moyen de vis à l'intérieur de la cavité de surpression (6 ou, respectivement, 7).
6. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que la cavité de surpression (6 ou, respectivement, 7) est formée d'un tube, qui présente au moins une rangée de trous ou bien une fente continue.
7. Dispositif selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que la largeur de la fente est variable.
8. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que la cavité de surpression a une section transversale circulaire et en ce que dans cet espace est agencé un corps de refoulement de forme cylindrique.
9. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que la cavité de surpression a une section transversale angulaire et dans celle-ci est agencé un corps de refoulement (1) en forme de tige ayant une section transversale angulaire.
10. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisé en ce que la sortie de la cavité de surpression forme l'interstice d'application du dispositif.
11. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 10, caractérisé en ce que le corps de refoulement agencé dans la cavité de surpression (6, 7) a la forme d'un corps creux, dont l'espace interne (28) sert d'espace de répartition qui est relié, par un canal transversal (27), à la cavité de surpression (6, 7).
12. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 11, caractérisé en ce que l'interstice de sortie (2) débouche sur un cylindre d'application (30) qui est partiellement entouré par un évidement (32) du boîtier (9) et repose sur un contre-­cylindre (37) en étant décalé relativement à l'axe des aimants (15), ainsi les forces magnétiques (31) agissent de biais vis-à-vis du sens du déplacement de la feuille de matériau (4).
13. Dispositif selon la revendication 12, caractérisé en ce que le boîtier (9) est configuré en étant angulairement mobile (angle 35) et en étant levable.
14. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 13, caractérisé en ce que dans la zone de l'interstice de sortie (2) sont prévues des garnitures (8) en un matériau magnétisable.
15. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 14, caractérisé en ce que la zone de l'interstice de sortie (2) est formée en un matériau magnétisable.
16. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 15, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins une surface délimitant l'interstice de sortie (2) est convexe.
17. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 16, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins une surface délimitant l'interstice de sortie (2) est concave.
18. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 17, caractérisé en ce que l'interstice de sortie (2) est mobile vis-à-vis de la surface opposée (4, 13).
19. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 18, caractérisé en ce que les surfaces délimitant l'interstice de sortie (2) sont adaptées aux surfaces supérieures de deux cylindres en contact mutuel (13, 29) et dépassent dans l'espace en coin (26) formé entre les cylindres (13, 29), et entre les surfaces en vis-à-vis est formé un interstice (16) qui, le cas échéant, est en forme de cale.
20. Dispositif selon la revendication 19, caractérisé en ce que l'un des deux cylindres (13, 29) en contact mutuel est configuré en tant que contre-cylindre (13) soutenant la feuille de matériau (4) et l'autre en tant que cylindre de pression (29) et le cylindre de pression (29) peut, le cas échéant, être pressable magnétiquement contre le contre-cylindre (13).
21. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 20, caractérisé en ce que dans l'interstice de sortie (2) est prévu un évidement (36) dans lequel est agencée une barre d'obturation (34).
22. Dispositif selon la revendication 21, caractérisé en ce que la barre d'obturation (34) présente un corps principal épaissi sur lequel sont agencées des lamelles (33) qui s'étendent dans les segments de l'interstice de sortie vers l'embouchure contre l'espace d'étranglements (7).
23. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 22, caractérisé en ce que l'interstice de sortie (2) est fermé sur toute sa longueur entre l'espace de surpression (6, 7) et l'embouchure, par la barre d'obturation (34).
