Abstract

The method is for the industrial prefabrication of tiled stove segments, such as tiled stove walls and tiled stove ceilings, produced from individual tiles, the tiled stove segments being put together at the location of the tiled stove to form the finished tiled stove. It is the object of the present invention to provide a method of the said type in which it is ensured that, after industrial prefabrication, the individual tiled stove segments can be put together at the installation site to form a tiled stove which fits together precisely, without any special finishing measures being required for this purpose. The invention is characterised in that, during prefabrication, a first tiled stove segment is formed from individual tiles, then, according to the final form of the tiled stove, the further tiled stove segments of individual tiles are formed and shaped to fit alongside the first tiled stove segment, with a release agent being introduced between the first tiled stove segment and the further tiled stove segments in order to prevent permanent bonding between the tiled stove segments, and in that this procedure is continued until complete prefabrication of the tiled stove. The invention relates, furthermore, to a means for carrying out the method. <IMAGE>

Description

The invention relates to a method for the prefabrication of tiled stove segments, such as tiled stove walls and tiled stove ceilings, made from individual tiles, the tiled stove segments being joined together at the tiled stove location to form the finished tiled stove.

When manufacturing tiled stoves, the aim is to prefabricate as many parts of the tiled stove as possible, e.g. the ceiling and the side walls, so that they only have to be assembled at the installation site. The tiled stove segments are manufactured independently of one another according to the desired dimensions. Such a production, which takes place independently of one another, leads to the fact that adjacent tile stove segments only fit imprecisely. When setting up the tiled stove, the tiled stove segments must therefore be connected to one another by means of "wires, which leads to rigid blocks. It is also necessary to grout the spaces between the tiled stove segments, the grouting material being the result of the changing temperature load on the tiled stove and thus the displacement of the tiled stove segments from one another apart from that, the appearance of such a tiled stove formed from tiled stove segments is not optimal. Tiled stoves produced in the way described above are known for example from DE-GM 79 12 917 and DE-GM 79 25 596.

It is an object of the present invention to provide a method for the prefabrication of tiled stove segments made from individual tiles, such as tiled stove walls and tiled stove ceilings, the tiled stove segments being assembled at the location of the tiled stove to form the finished tiled stove, in which it is ensured that the individual tiled stove segments after the factory Prefabrication at the installation site can be put together to form a custom-fit tiled stove without the need for any special manufacturing measures.

The object is achieved in a method of the type mentioned in that in the prefabrication, a first tiled stove segment is formed from individual tiles, in accordance with the final shape of the tiled stove on the first tiled stove segment, the further tiled stove segments adjacent to this are formed and formed from individual tiles with separating agent introduced between the first tiled stove segment and the further tiled stove segments to prevent a permanent connection between the tiled stove segments, and that the tiled stove segments adjacent to these are formed and molded accordingly until the tiled stove is completely prefabricated.

The method according to the invention is based on the knowledge of molding the newly produced, adjacent tiled stove segment in the final shape of the tiled stove onto an already manufactured tiled stove segment. If, for example, the tiled stove is to have a rectangular cross section in its final shape, this means that a further tiled stove segment, hereinafter referred to as the second tiled stove segment, is molded onto the already finished first tiled stove segment. So that the two tiled stove segments do not permanently connect during manufacture, a release agent is introduced between the tiled stove segments. In the broadest sense, under the first tiled stove segment finished tiled stove segment can be understood, while the second tiled stove segment relates to the newly to be produced, to be attached to this first tiled stove segment tiled stove segment, of course, depending on the shape of the tiled stove, a large number of tiled stove segments are to be regarded as second tiled stove segments. If the second tiled stove segment is molded onto the first tiled stove segment, the second tiled stove segment is then to be regarded as the first tiled stove segment, onto which a further tiled stove segment is formed, which is arranged in accordance with the final shape of the tiled stove. The method according to the invention relates not only to forming side walls together, for example in the case of a tiled stove having a hexagonal cross section in which six side walls have to be formed together, but also to molding each of the six side walls to the ceiling of the tiled stove, the ceiling of the tiled stove being, for example, as first tiled stove segment and each of the side walls is to be regarded as a second tiled stove segment.

The decisive factor in the method according to the invention is the formation of one tiled stove segment at the interface with the other tiled stove segment. As a result of the separating agent located between the tiled stove segments, the first tiled stove segment can be removed after the second tiled stove segment has hardened; from this point on, the only thing that is decisive is the molding of the further tiled stove segment, which then functions as the second tiled stove segment, to the previous tiled stove segment.

The method according to the invention enables the tiled stove to be manufactured precisely by prefabricating tiled stove segments that are precisely geometrically matched to one another. When setting up the tiled stove segments fit each other in a defined manner, be it adjacent side walls of the tiled stove or the side walls of the tiled stove to the ceiling of the tiled stove, it is not necessary to connect the parts to one another by means of wires, as a result of which non-rigid blocks are formed, depending on the thermal expansion of the furnace can expand or contract.

According to a special embodiment of the invention it is provided that one or more connecting elements are molded onto the first tile stove segment on its side adjacent to the respective further tile stove segment and, when the respective further tile stove segment is formed, a corresponding number of negatively shaped ones on its side adjacent to the first tile stove segment Connecting elements are molded in a corresponding arrangement, a separating agent being introduced between the connecting elements. On the one hand, the connecting elements make it much easier to set up the tiled stove, since the connecting elements arranged on the first tiled stove segment only have to be brought together with the negatively shaped connecting elements of the further, second tiled stove segment. The connecting elements arranged on the first tiled stove segment are expediently designed as pegs, in particular as truncated cones which engage in correspondingly negatively shaped recesses, in particular negatively shaped, frustoconical recesses in the second tiled stove segment. However, it is also within the scope of the invention to form the connecting element negatively into the first tiled stove segment, while the second tiled stove segment represents the positive form. It is also conceivable to design both tile stove segments in the negative form and to establish the connection between the two tile stove segments by means of a separate pin. It is crucial that a separating agent must always be provided between the two tiled stove segments. H. also between the respective connecting elements.

According to a particular embodiment of the invention, it is further provided that the tiles are joined together on a first base to form the first tile stove segment, the visible surfaces of the tiles facing this base, corresponding to the final shape of the tiled stove with respect to this support of the first tiled stove segment, further documents are arranged for the further tiled stove segments correspondingly formed from the tile and a separating agent is introduced between the first and the further tiled stove segments when the further tiled stove segments are formed. The documents for receiving the tiled stove segments are thus arranged in relation to one another in accordance with the final shape of the tiled stove, so that even when the tiled stove segments are formed, they assume the exact shape of one another.

The device for carrying out the above-mentioned method is characterized by two plates which can be rotated in the same direction, are arranged in frames at a distance from one another, parallel to one another and at the same height, and whose mutually facing surfaces have carriers for receiving the documents arranged between the plates, the first base of the first tiled stove segment and further documents arranged according to the final shape of the tiled stove with respect to the first underlay accommodate the further tiled stove segments. The device according to the invention makes it possible to arrange the first underlay horizontally on the supports, to form the first tile stove segment thereon by means of a large number of tiles. After the tiled stove segment has hardened, it is pivoted slightly from the horizontal position by a pivoting movement of the plates in the same direction; it is then arranged according to the final shape of the tile stove on further supports of the plate and the adjacent, second tile stove segment is formed on this and molded onto the previous, first tile stove segment. The further tiled stove segments are formed and shaped accordingly; one of the plates serves to receive the tiled stove segment that forms the ceiling of the finished tiled stove.

The device is expediently provided with a drive mechanism which drives both plates identically.

Hier trägt die Stange 7 eine Handkurbel 13.The device shown in FIGS. 2 and 3 serves to prefabricate a tiled stove with a hexagonal cross section, ie the six side walls of the tiled stove and the ceiling of the tiled stove. The device has two plates 3 and 4 arranged concentrically and at a distance from one another, each with six supports 5 arranged on each plate 3 and 4, which are arranged on opposite surfaces of the plates. It consists of the two frames 1 and 2, which can be designed as desired. In the simplest embodiment, it consists of sideways struts 23 and 24, which are supported by obliquely directed struts 25 and 26. The two laterally directed struts 23 and 24 are connected to one another by cross members 27. In the two cross members 27, the rod 7 is supported with its free ends. The two frames 1 and 2 carry stub axles 28 on which the two plates 3 and 4 are arranged parallel to one another and at the same height. Between the frames 1 and 2 and the plates 3 and 4 drive wheels 10 and 11 are arranged on the stub axles 28. The rod 7 carries under the plates 3 and 4 or under the drive wheels 10 and 11 drive wheels 8 and 9 of the same design. The drive wheels 8 and 9, 10 and 11 can be designed as chain wheels, line wheels, pulleys or the like. Drive chains or the like run over the drive wheels 8, 10 or 9, 11. At one end the rod 7 protrudes from the crossbeams 27. Here the rod 7 carries a crank handle 13.

To produce the individual furnace segments, as shown in FIG. 1, sixteen individual tiles 14 are placed on a flat floor for the ceiling and provided with a formwork 15. A fireclay mass, preferably a pourable one, is then filled and spread onto the tiles 14. In this way, the chamotte backfilling 18 is formed for the ceiling. Pins 19 are then inserted on the circumference into the fireclay mass. The pins are arranged according to the number of side walls to be connected and for each side wall in a corresponding number. The chamotte backfilling 18 is then allowed to harden.

The two plates 3 and 4 of the device are now placed so that two opposite supports on the two plates 3 and 4 are horizontally below in one plane. A base 6 is now placed on these two supports 5. Then the cured blanket 16 is placed on one of the plates 3, 4, in such a way that the free ends of the pins 19 face the other plate. In the illustrated embodiment, the plate 16 is placed on the surface of the plate 4 facing the plate 3. The tiles 14 for one side wall 20 are then placed on the base 6. In the area of one side wall 20, the ceiling 16 is coated with a release agent of a known type, for example graphite grease, and the two free ends of the pins 19 are provided with sleeves 21. A release agent is also introduced between the pins 19 and the sleeves 21. Subsequently, a pourable refractory mass is poured in to form the backfill and smoothed out. The as possible pourable fireclay mass penetrates into the joints 22 between two tiles, so that these are completely filled. The fireclay mass also encloses the sleeves 21 for the pins 19. Before the fireclay mass hardens, the sides are in the sides wall 20 on the side facing away from the sleeves 21 of this side wall 20 pins 19 in the desired number and at a desired distance from each other. In the position shown in Fig. 2, the device remains until the fireclay mass of the side wall 20 has hardened.

After curing, the plates 3 and 4 (see Fig. 3) are rotated by means of the hand crank 13 in such a way that the next supports 5 on the two plates lie horizontally below and in one plane. The next base 6 is now placed on this support 5 and the next side wall 30 is mounted on this base. Before assembly, however, the surface of the first side wall 20 facing the next side wall 30 is coated with a release agent and the pins of this side wall 20 are provided with sleeves 21 and a release agent is also inserted between them. On the next base 6, the next, second side wall 30 is now assembled in the same form as the assembly of the previous, first side wall 20. Once the second side wall has hardened, the two plates are rotated further and onto the second side wall, which thus becomes the first Side wall, the next second side wall is formed until the six sides of the tile stove are formed, thus the connection of the side walls to each other and also the connection of the side walls with respect to the ceiling of the tile stove. The individual tiled stove segments can be individually removed from the device and assembled to fit the tiled stove. It is also conceivable to remove the side walls immediately after the device has hardened.

The illustration in FIG. 4 shows connecting elements which are modified compared to the illustrated pins and sleeves 21 in the inserted state. Trapezoidal connecting elements 19 and 21 are anchored in the fireclay mass of the ceiling 16, the first side wall 20 or the second side wall 30, the shape of the connecting elements 19, 21 being identical and the positive extension 19a of the connecting element 19 being the negative recess 21a of the connecting element 21 enforced. The wedge-shaped Formation of the approach 19a significantly facilitates the insertion of the two connecting elements 19 and 21 into one another. The release agent is located between the fireclay masses and the connecting elements of adjacent tile stove segments.
