Abstract

The paving slab system comprises molded slabs in groups (11 - 14) of different formats. At least two types of slab (11.1, 11.2) in a format group of at least three (11.1 - 11.3) have a different surface appearance, giving the paved surface the appearance of natural stone paving.

Description

The present invention relates to a shaped stone laying set with a plurality of shaped bricks according to the preamble of claim 1.

Formsteinverlegesätze the aforementioned type are made of a plurality of individual molded blocks consisting in a uniform shaping operation, in which all the molded blocks of the stone laying kit are arranged in a mold. In most cases, such shaped stone laying sets are already configured with regard to the compilation of possibly differently formatted shaped bricks in such a way that, with the aid of suitable tools, a laying of the entire molded brick structure in its entirety can take place. The known Formsteinverlegesätze have molded blocks, which are provided with a uniform Sichtflächentopographie, so that offers a corresponding monotonous sight, especially when laying the Formsteinverlegesatzes in Herstellungskonfigiration by the uniform surface formation of the stones form the viewer. As a result, the artificial nature of the stones compared to natural stones on the material impression out even more emphasized.

From the DE-U-298 07 292 is a Formsteinverlegesatz with a plurality of molded blocks known which have arcuately outwardly curved treads.

From the DE-A-199 36 722 For example, it is known to produce concrete blocks which can be used as blocks in a sight wall, which has the appearance of a foundry or a rustic, and which are produced in a concrete block in a mold. The molding tool has flexible partitions to form structured opposite side surfaces of the molded blocks.

The present invention has for its object to propose a stone laying kit, which gives the viewer a rather organic impression compared to the known Formsteinverlegesätzen.

This object is achieved by a molding stone laying set with the features of claim 1.

In the case of the shaped stone laying set according to the invention, individual shaped stones or shaped stone groups have the surface of a topography of a natural stone surface.

This creates the impression, at least for the casual observer, that a laying pattern produced using the molded block laying set according to the invention would have been produced using natural stone. Although it is already known to undergo artificial stone surfaces, for example by rumbling or impact processing of the visible surfaces of an artificial aging process to allow a less artificial appearance. Although a certain approximation to a natural surface topography can be achieved in this way, it is not possible in the aforementioned manner to produce complex surface structures or topographies, as they actually occur in natural stone, in particular also due to the effects of weathering. This applies in particular to relatively soft and therefore weather-sensitive built natural stone, such as sandstone.

In addition, the known processes for the artificial aging of molded stone surfaces are associated with separate process or processing steps, which are in addition to the actual production of molded blocks in the casting process.

The projection according to the invention of a natural stone surface onto the shaped stone visible surface by means of imaging makes it possible to produce a "Natural stone surface" by the use of suitable forming dies already during the production of blocks, without that a separate process step or processing operation would be connected.

The "natural stone surface" can be created by an embossing process.

According to the invention, the visible surface topography of the entirety of the molded blocks of the stone laying set or of a molded stone group forms a continuous image of the natural stone surface. It can thus be achieved that not all the molded blocks of the block or the stone group form an identical Sichtflächentopographie but rather in their Sichtflächentopographie part surfaces of a coherently formed natural stone surface, so that the impression arises that the stones of the Formsteinverlegesatzes or the stone group are cut from a natural stone block.

The natural appearance of the molded blocks of the stone laying kit can be further increased by the fact that the majority of the blocks individually or in multiple numbers are assigned to different format groups, each with a uniform format. In this way, on the one hand, a particularly differentiated appearance of the individual bricks can be achieved, on the other hand, the individual bricks of a stone group can still be arranged in the Gesamtverband of Formsteinverlegesatzes that a regular matrix arrangement of the stones in the laying set is possible.

Furthermore, it has an advantageous effect on the appearance of the stone laying set, if at least two molded blocks of a molded block format group comprising at least three shaped blocks have a different peripheral surface topography.

A particularly effective production of the stone laying kit in a mold is possible if the stone laying kit forms a rectangular shaped block association with respect to its outer edges with parting lines extending parallel to the outer edges.

Hereinafter, a preferred embodiment of the stone laying kit will be explained with reference to the drawing.

Fig. 1 zeigt in einer Draufsicht einen Formsteinverlegesatz 10 mit einer Mehrzahl von zum Teil in unterschiedlichen Formsteinformatgruppen 11, 12, 13, 14, 15 einem bestimmten Format zugeordneten Formsteinen 11.1, 11.2, 11.3; 12.1, 12.2; 13.1, 13.2, 13.3; 14.1; 15.1 und 15.2. Fig. 1 shows in a plan view of a stone laying kit 10 with a plurality of partly in different shape stone format groups 11, 12, 13, 14, 15 associated with a particular format molded bricks 11.1, 11.2, 11.3; 12.1, 12.2; 13.1, 13.2, 13.3; 14.1; 15.1 and 15.2.

The shaped blocks of the shaped stone laying set 10 are arranged in a shaped block dressing 18 which has a rectangular shape in the present case with regard to the arrangement and the course of outer edges 16, 17.

During the production of the shaped stone laying set 10 in a mold, not shown here, the outer edges 16, 17 may be given by outer walls of a mold for the production of the stone laying kit 10. The molded blocks of the molded stone laying set 10 are arranged in the form of stone matrix 18 substantially matrix-shaped with rows of blocks 19 and mold columns 20. Between the rows of blocks 19 and mold blocks 20 joints 33, 34 are formed, which can be formed during the manufacturing process by corresponding, not shown here form separation plates.

The in Fig. 1 in the configuration shown after the molding process, after which the stone placement block 10 after removal of the mold on a mold carrier 32 remains.

In the Fig. 2 to 7 the shaped blocks 11.1, 11.2 and 11.3 of the shaped stone format group 11 are shown, which have a matching format with the width b, the length 1 and the height h. Notwithstanding the matching format by which the blocks 11.1, 11.2 and 11.3 of the common block format group 11 are assigned, the shaped blocks 11.1, 11.2 and 11.3 in the present embodiment, both divergent Sichtflächentopographien 21, 22, 23 on their respective face 24 and from each other deviating peripheral surface topographies 25, 26, 27 on their side surfaces 28, 29, 30 and 31 on. In this case, the peripheral surface topography 25, 26, 27 may be designed differently with respect to all or even only one side surface 28, 29, 30 or 31.

At the in Fig. 1 The molded blocks 18, the shaped blocks 11.1, 11.2, 11.3, 12.1, 12.2, 13.1, 13.2, 13.3, 14.1, 15.1 and 15.2 are arranged with their visible surfaces 24 upwards on the carrier 32, wherein the individual shaped blocks according to the already mentioned matrix arrangement by the Longitudinal joints 33 and the transverse joints 34 are spaced from each other. The matrix arrangement is the result of a molding process using a provided with dividers in its interior, not shown here, mold. This molding tool can be provided over its entire, during the molding process, the visible surfaces 24 of the molded bricks mold bottom surface with an embossed structure, which has been transferred in an imaging process from a natural stone surface, so for example a sandstone surface, on the mold bottom surface. During the molding process, it is thus possible to image the natural stone surface structure depicted on the mold bottom surface on the visible surfaces 24 of the molded blocks. Depending on whether the natural stone surface used for imaging extends over the entire mold bottom surface or only over surface areas of the mold bottom surface, a corresponding image of the natural stone surface can be made on the entirety of the visible surfaces 24 of the molded bricks or only on a subset of the visible surfaces 24 of the bricks. It is also possible that the entire mold bottom surface of the mold is provided with images of several natural stone surfaces, which are assigned to different surface areas of the mold bottom surface, so that with such a mold and Steinsteinverlegesätze be produced having a plurality of groups of molded bricks with visible surfaces associated with different natural stone surfaces are.

Die Formsteinformatgruppe 14 umfasst im vorliegenden Fall lediglich einen Formstein 14.1.The further shape format groups 12, 13 and 14 of the in Fig. 1 shown molding stone laying 10 have in the present embodiment corresponding to the stones 11.1, 11.2 and 11.3 of the block format group 11 a respect to each shape stone format group uniform format with respect to their edge dimensions. Corresponding to the shaped bricks 11.1, 11.2 and 11.3 of the shaped stone format group 11, the molded blocks 12.1 and 12.2 or 13.1, 13.2 and 13.3 or 15.1 and 15.2 differing in each case from a shaped stone format group 12, 13, 14 or 15 differ with respect to their visible surface topography and their Circumferential surface topography. The molded block format group 14 in the present case comprises only one shaped brick 14.1.
