Espagnolette in accordance with claim 1, in_ which the end (8) of the second locking rod (6) includes on its inside face (34) a recess (35) the length of which (36) is at least equal to the sum of the length (37) of the heel (15) on the body (10) of the door-knob hole (9) and of the length of travel (38) of the second locking rod (6).

Espagnolette in accordance with claim 1, in which the end (8) of the second locking rod (6) includes a stamped section (39) having a shoulder (40) projecting in relation to the outside face (41) of the end (8) of the second locking rod (6) and pointed towards the bottom (30) of the case (2), the length of this shoulder (40) being equal to the sum of the length (37) of the heel (15) of the body (10) of the door-knob hole (9) and of the length of travel (38) of the second locking rod (6).
5. Espagnolette in accordance with claim 4, in which the bottom (30) of the case (2) includes an aperture (42) into which slides the shoulder (40) of the stamped section (39) from the end (8) of the second locking rod (6).
6. Espagnolette in accordance with claim 5, in which the aperture (42) has a length (43) at least equal to the sum of the length of the shoulder (40) on the stamped section (39) and of the length of travel (38) of the second locking rod (6).
7. Espagnolette in accordance with claims 1 and 4, in which the shoulder (40) has a height (44) equal to or slightly less than the thickness (45) of the bottom (30) of the case (2).
8. Espagnolette in accordance with claim 7, in which the depth of stamping (48) is equal to the height (44) of the shoulder (40).
9. Espagnolette in accordance with claims 1 and 8, in which the thickness of the concentric reinforcement (31) has a value approximately equal to the depth of stamping (48).
10. Espagnolette in accordance with claims 2 and 8, in which the using ring has a thickness approximately equal to the depth of stamping (48).
