Abstract

Dispositif à ergomètre (1) comportant deux paires d'unités d'engrenage (25, 26) indépendantes l'une de l'autre, affectées aux bras ou aux jambes, montées sur un bâti (2, 3) ou sur une traverse (14) mobile sur celui-ci, et pourvues d'un guidage de mouvement pour les jambes ou les bras avec une vitesse angulaire pouvant être prédéfinie, notamment constante. Le bâti porte un siège (19) et chaque unité d'engrenage (25, 26) possède une bielle dentée pouvant pivoter autour de l'axe d'une roue dentée sensée être fixe au moins durant le fonctionnement de l'ergomètre et engrenant avec ladite roue dentée fixe, laquelle bielle dentée est disposée dans un tube cylindrique d'un vérin servant de mécanisme de guidage et porte à chacune de ses extrémités un piston guidé de manière étanche dans le tube cylindrique. Ladite bielle dentée est en prise avec une roue dentée mobile, montée en rotation sur le tube cylindrique, ladite roue étant reliée de manière non rotative à une bielle oscillante (27, 27'), à l'extrémité libre de laquelle est prévu un élément d'attache ou de préhension (28, 29; 30) pour les pieds ou les mains. Dans chaque circuit pressurisé se trouve un régulateur de débit pour ajuster la quantité de fluide pressurisé arrivant au vérin ou provenant de celui-ci, et par là la vitesse angulaire de la bielle oscillante.
