Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung an Brillenglasrandschleifmaschinen zum Einspannen des Brillenglases nach dem Oberbegriff des Hauptanspruches.
  • Eine solche Vorrichtung ist durch das DE-U-85 00 898 bekannt. Sie bietet den Vorteil, daß eine genaue, winkelmäßige Mitnahme des Saugers und damit des Brillenglases durch die Halbwellen der Vorrichtung erfolgt, zwischen denen das Glas gehalten wird, ferner daß der Sauger die Möglichkeit hat, sich den unterschiedlichen Krümmungen und Oberflächenabschnitten des Brillenglases anzupassen, daß desweiteren ein "Schwimmen", d.h. das Seitwärtsgleiten des Saugers beim Befestigen desselben auf dem Glas, vermieden wird. - Durch das FR-A-2366103 ist ein Halteblock zum Aufmontieren einer Linse auf einer Rand- und Schrägschleifmaschine für die Bearbeitung von Augengläsern bekannt. Hierbei findet ein an seiner Unterseite mit einer Klebeschicht versehener Halteblock Anwendung, der drei um 90 Winkelgrade gegeneinander versetzte Paare von Nocken oder Vorsprüngen aufweist, die in entsprechend angeordneten Nuten der Aufsteckhülse fassen, um das Ausrichten des Blockes zu erleichtern.
  • Diesen bekannten Vorrichtungen gegenüber besteht die Aufgabe einerseits darin, daß sich, wie auch bei der Vorrichtung nach der DE-U-85 00 898, der Sauger der Glaskrümmung anpaßt, ohne seitlich zu verrutschen (schwimmen), andererseits darin, daß der Benutzer leicht die einzige und gewünschte Drehstellung des Saugers oder Blockes gegenüber der Aufsteckhülse findet.
  • Zur Lösung dieser Aufgabe sieht die Erfindung bei einer Vorrichtung der im Oberbegriff des Hauptanspruches genannten Art vor, daß nur eine der radialen Rippen des sich über einen Kreis von 360° erstreckenden Rippenkranzes des Saugers oder des Klebeblockes einen größeren oder kleineren Querschnitt als die benachbarten Rippen aufweist und nur eine der Ausnehmungen der Aufsteckhülse einen entsprechenden, gegenüber den übrigen Ausnehmungen der Hülse größeren oder kleineren Querschnitt aufweist.
  • Die Vorrichtung nach der Erfindung bietet den Vorteil, daß bei beliebiger Neigung der beiden Halbwellen gegeneinander, es nur des Drehens des Saugers unter leichtem Andruck desselben an die Hülse bedarf, bis die gewünschte Drehstellung der Teile gegeneinander dadurch spürbar wird, daß die einzigen vergrößerten bzw. verkleinerten Teile des Rippenkranzes und des Saugers oder Blockes und des Ausnehmungskranzes der Aufsteckhülse ineinandergreifen, wodurch die winkelgerechte Lage des Saugers auf dem Glas gewährleistet ist.
  • Vorzugsweise haben alle Rippen des Saugers und alle Ausnehmungen der Aufsteckhülse der Vorrichtung nach der Erfindung die gleiche Breite, wobei die eine Rippe des Saugers und die eine Ausnehmung der Hülse gegenüber den benachbarten Rippen und Ausnehmungen unterschiedlich hoch bzw. tief sind.
  • Auf der Zeichnung ist ein Ausführungsbeispiel eines Saugers bzw. eines Klebeblockes und seiner Aufsteckhülse nach der Erfindung dargestellt und zwar zeigen

  • Um eine einzige Drehstellung des Saugers bzw. des Klebeblocks gegenüber der Aufsteckhülse bei ansonsten vorteilhafter Ausbildung dieser Teile zu gewährleisten, besitzt die Vorrichtung nach der Neuerung beispielsweise die nachstehend beschriebene Ausbildung.
  • Die erfindungsgemäße Vorrichtung weist die Aufsteckhülse 1 sowie den entsprechenden Sauger bzw. Klebeblock 2 auf, die gemeinsam einen Sauger- bzw. Klebeblockkopf bilden, der mit Hilfe der Aufsteckhülse drehfest mit einer der beiden Halbwellen der Brillenglasrandschleifmaschine verbunden wird, zwischen denen das zu bearbeitende Brillenglas eingespannt wird. Der dem Sauger bzw. Block 2 (bei A in Fig. 2 und 3) abgekehrte Abschnitt 3 der Aufsteckhülse 1 weist eine zylindrische Bohrung 4 mit Nuten 5 auf, in die ein Ansatz der Brillenglashaltehalbwelle einsetzbar ist. Der sich von dem Abschnitt 3 nach außen hin erweiternde Abschnitt 6 der Aufsteckhülse 1 besitzt eine zylindrische Ausnehmung 7, in die der unten noch näher zu beschreibende Kopf des Saugers bzw. des Klebeblocks einsetzbar ist. Von der Wand 8, die die Ausnehmung 7 begrenzt, erstreckt sich diametral durch die Ausnehmung 7 eine Rippe 9, die in eine entsprechende Nut 14 des Saugers bzw. Klebeblocks eingreift und hierdurch zusätzlich die Drehmitnahme des Saugers bzw. Blocks gegenüber der Einsteckhülse 1 sichert.
  • Der Abschnitt 6 der Aufsteckhülse 1 weist am offenen Ende der Ausnehmung 7 einen Kranz 10 aus radial angeordneten Rippen 11 und dazwischenliegenden radialen nutenartigen Ausnehmungen 12 auf.
  • Eine der Ausnehmungen 12, d. h. die Ausnehmung 12a, ist in ihrem Querschnitt größer gehalten als die übrigen Ausnehmungen des Kranzes 10. Sie besitzt eine größere Tiefe als die benachbarten Ausnehmungen.
  • Bei der Ausbildung des Teils 2 als Sauger besteht dieser im Gegensatz zu der metallischen oder aus Kunststoff gebildeten Aufsteckhülse aus einem flexiblen Werkstoff und weist einen oberen Abschnitt 13 auf, in dem die Nut 14 angeordnet ist, in die die Rippe 9 der Aufsteckhülse einzugreifen vermag. An den Abschnitt 13 schließt sich ein Abschnitt 15 des Saugers an, der einen dünnen, konischen und flexiblen Saugrand bildet, der sich der Oberfläche des Brillenglases anzupassen vermag und der beim Ausüben eines Druckes in Richtung des Pfeiles P auf den Sauger mehr oder minder stark in der Weise verformt wird, daß bei Beendigung der Ausübung des Druckes in Richtung des Pfeiles P der Rand 15 wieder in seine ursprüngliche Lage zu gelangen versucht und hierdurch in dem Raum 16 des Abschnittes 14, der von der Glasoberfläche, dem Rand 15 und der Wand 13a des Abschnitts 13 begrenzt wird, ein Vakuum gebildet wird, durch welches der Sauger auf der Brillenglasoberfläche gehalten wird.
  • Die Oberseite 17 des Randes 15 des Saugers 2 weist einen Kranz 18 aus sich abwechselnden, radialen Rippen 19 und Ausnehmungen 20 auf. Die Ausnehmungen und Rippen sind in ihrer radialen Anordnung sowie in ihrem Abstand und ihrer Größe den Rippen 11 und den nutenartigen Ausnehmungen 12 der Aufsteckhülse 1 angepaßt, so daß diese Teile kammartig ineinandergreifen, wenn der Sauger 2 mit der Aufsteckhülse 1 zu dem Saugerkopf zusammengefügt wird.
  • Der tieferen Ausnehmung 12a der Aufsteckhülse entspricht eine höhere Rippe 19a an der Oberseite 17 des Saugrandes 15 des Saugers 2.
  • Fig. 6a veranschaulicht die tiefere Ausnehmung 12a an dem Ausnehmungskranz 10 der Hülse 1 und deren Tiefe z zur Tiefe y der benachbarten Ausnehmungen 12. Die Öffnungsbreite x der Ausnehmung 12a entspricht vorzugsweise der Öffnungsbreite der übrigen Ausnehmungen der Hülse 1, so daß eine gleichmäßige Teilung des Kranzes 10 und des Kranzes 18 des Saugers gegeben ist.
  • Ist der Teil als Klebeblock ausgebildet, so besitzt dieser die gleiche Ausbildung des Kranzes 18 an der Oberseite 17 eines dem Saugrand 15 entsprechenden Abschnitts, wobei auf einen Raum 16 ganz oder teilweise verzichtet werden kann. Die dem Abschnitt 13 abgekehrte Wand des Klebeblocks trägt in bekannter Weise eine Selbstklebeschicht oder eine Klebefolie 21 mit einer über den Rand des Klebeblockes seitlich vorstehenden Lasche 22.
  • Die Ausnehmung 12a der Hülse, wie die Rippe 19a des Saugers bzw. des Klebeblocks, können auch eine andere Form besitzen, die zur winkelmäßigen Orientierung des Saugers gegenüber der Hülse für nur eine gegenseitige Stellung geeignet ist.
  • Ein paßungenaues Zusammenfügen von Sauger bzw. Klebeblock und Hülse ist auch dann ausgeschlossen, wenn in Umkehrung der Ausbildung der dargestellten Rippen und Ausnehmungen nunmehr die eine Ausnehmung 12a der Hülse kleiner als die Nachbarausnehmungen ist und die Rippe 19a des Saugers oder Blockes 2 ebenfalls kleiner als die Nachbarrippen 19 ist.
  • Bei der Ausführungsform der Aufsteckhülse 1 nach Fig. 6b sind die Ausnehmungen 12 und die Ausnehmung 12a von gleicher Tiefe c, jedoch ist die Ausnehmung 12 breiter. Die Breite a beträgt das Doppelte der Breite b der übrigen Ausnehmungen 12 der Hülse; sie kann auch ein anderes ganzes Vielfaches der Breite b der Ausnehmungen ausmachen, so daß eine gleichmäßige Teilung des Randes der Hülse 1 erreichbar ist.
  • Aus den Fig. 6a und 6b geht auch hervor, daß man die Tiefe z und die Breite a miteinander verbinden kann, so daß eine breite und tiefe Ausnehmung entsteht.
  • Die Rippen und Ausnehmungen an dem Sauger und der Hülse können auch trapezförmig oder mit gewölbten bzw. gekrümmten Begrenzungswänden ausgebildet werden.

Claims (5)

  1. Vorrichtung an Brillenglasrandschleifmaschinen zum Einspannen des Brillenglases, bestehend aus zwei drehbaren Halbwellen, zwischen denen das Glas mindestens einseitig von einem topfartigen Sauger (2) oder einem Klebeblock gehalten wird, der in eine konische, an ihrer inneren Konusfläche mit einer radialen Verzahnung (10) versehene Aufsteckhülse (1) ragt und von dieser bei Drehung mitgenommen wird, wobei die äußere Konufläche des Saugers (2) oder des Klebeblockes mit einem Kranz (18) aus in die innere Verzahnung der Aufsteckhülse ragende, radiale Rippen (19) versehen ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß nur eine (19a) der radialen Rippen (19) des sich über einen Kreis von 360° erstreckenden Rippenkranzes (18) des Saugers (2) oder Blocks einen größeren oder kleineren Querschnitt als die benachbarten Rippen (19) aufweist und nur eine (12a) der Ausnehmungen (12) der Aufsteckhülse (1) einen entsprechenden, gegenüber den übrigen Ausnehmungen (12) der Hülse (1) größeren oder kleineren Querschnitt besitzt.
  2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß alle Rippen (19, 19a) des Saugers bzw. Klebeblocks (2) und alle Ausnehmungen (12, 12a) der Aufsteckhülse (1) die gleiche Breite haben, wobei die eine Rippe (19a) des Saugers bzw. Klebeblocks (2) und die eine Ausnehmung (12a) der Hülse (1) gegenüber den benachbarten Rippen (19) und Ausnehmungen (12) unterschiedlich hoch bzw. tief sind.
  3. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß alle Rippen (19, 19a) des Saugers bzw. Klebeblockes (2) und alle Ausnehmungen (12, 12a) der Aufsteckhülse (1) die gleiche Höhe bzw. Tiefe (a) haben, wobei die Rippen (19a) des Saugers bzw. Klebeblockes (2) und die eine Ausnehmung (12a) der Hülse (1) gegenüber den benachbarten Rippen (19) und Ausnehmungen (12) unterschiedlich breit sind.
  4. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Breite der Rippe (19a) und der Ausnehmung (12a) ein ganzes Vielfaches der Breite der benachbarten Rippen (19) und Ausnehmungen (12) beträgt.
  5. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Breite und Höhe bzw. Tiefe der Rippe (19a) und der Ausnehmung (12a) größer ist als die Breite und Höhe bzw. Tiefe der benachbarten Rippen (19) und Ausnehmungen des Saugers und der Aufsteckhülse.
