  • the end face 123d of the smaller-diametered land part 123b of the spool 123' corresponds to the pilot port 117 for closing the downstream line.
  • An area difference between the larger-and smaller-diametered land parts 123a and 123b of the spool 123' causes the inflow oil to shift the spool 123' in its closing direction. The part causing this area difference corresponds to the pilot port 116 for closing the upstream line.
  • the pilot valve 113a when the pilot valve 113a is switched to supply oil to the opening pilot port 118, the oil supplied to the pilot port 118 is supplied through the stationary throttle hole 126' to the back pressure chamber 126 so that a pilot pressure acts on the right end face of the spool 123', whereby the spool 123' is actuated to its opening direction (leftwardly in Fig. 12).
  • the slit 133 communicates with the annular groove 131 of the larger-diametered land part 123a and thus oil under pressure in the back pressure chamber 126 flows therefrom through the slit 133 and annular groove 131 to the communication hole 132.
  • the spool 123' is stopped at a position at which the pressure of the opening pilot port 118 reaches a level determined by the configuration (area ratio between pressure receiving faces) of the spool. That is, the opening of the spool 123' is controlled by the opening of the pilot valve 113a so that oil under pressure discharged from the pump 104 is supplied to the check valve 120 through the inlet port 124 and notched groove 134 to open the check valve 120 and then sent to the downstream line.

Claims (6)

1. Un système de commande de pression hydraulique, comprenant : une soupape de réglage de débit (20, 50, 70) présentant un corps de soupape (30, 57, 75), un orifice d'entrée (22, 52, 72), un orifice de sortie (23, 53, 73), un orifice de sortie de pilotage (24, 54, 74), une chambre de contre-pression (25, 55, 81), le mouvement dudit corps de soupape (30, 57, 75) étant sensible à la différence de pression entre la pression (PB) dans la chambre de contre-pression (25, 55, 81) et la pression (Pi) à l'orifice d'entrée (22, 52, 72), un premier étranglement variable (37, 60, 80) prévu dans un premier passage hydraulique de pilotage (36, 58, 78), s'étendant de l'orifice d'entrée (22, 52, 72) à l'orifice de sortie de pilotage (24, 54, 74), pour modifier une zone d'ouverture (S1) en réponse à l'importance du mouvement dans ledit corps de soupape (30, 57, 75), ledit premier passage hydraulique de pilotage (36, 58, 78) communiquant avec ladite chambre de contre-pression (25, 55, 81), et une soupape de pilotage (10) présentant un second étranglement variable, ledit orifice de sortie de pilotage (24, 54, 74) de ladite soupape de réglage de débit (20, 50, 70) étant couplé, à travers ladite soupape de pilotage (10) audit orifice de sortie (23, 53, 73) de ladite soupape de réglage de débit (20, 50, 70),
caractérisé en ce que ladite soupape de réglage de débit (20, 50, 70) est pourvue d'un étranglement fixe (26, 56, 77) disposé dans un second passage hydraulique de pilotage faisant communiquer le premier passage hydraulique de pilotage (36, 58, 78) avec la chambre de contre-pression (25, 55, 81 appliquant ainsi une action d'amortissement sur le corps de soupape (30, 57, 75).
Un système de commande de pression hydraulique suivant la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que ledit premier étranglement variable (37, 60) de ladite soupape de réglage de débit (20, 50) est disposé de manière à augmenter ladite zone d'ouverture en réponse à l'importance du mouvement dans ledit corps de soupape (30, 57), ledit second passage hydraulique de pilotage reliant par le fluide ledit orifice de sortie de pilotage (24, 54) et ladite chambre de contre-pression (25, 55) et ledit étranglement fixe (26, 56) étant en communication avec ledit orifice de sortie de pilotage (24, 54).
Un système de commande de pression hydraulique suivant la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que ledit premier étranglement variable (80) de ladite soupape de réglage de débit (70) est disposé de manière à réduire ladite zone d'ouverture en réponse à l'importance du mouvement dans ledit corps de soupape (75), qu'un autre étranglement fixe (76) est prévu en amont dudit premier étranglement variable (80) dans ledit premier passage hydraulique de pilotage (78) et que ledit second passage hydraulique de pilotage relie une partie entre ledit autre étranglement fixe (76) et ledit premier étranglement variable (80) dans ledit premier passage hydraulique de pilotage et ladite chambre de contre-pression (81 ).
4. Un système de commande de pression hydraulique, comprenant : une soupape de réglage de débit (106a, 106b) ayant un corps de soupape (123, 123'), un orifice d'entrée (124), un orifice de sortie (125), un orifice d'entrée de pilotage (118), une chambre de contre-pression (128), le mouvement dudit corps de soupape (123, 123') étant sensible à une différence de pression entre la pression dans la chambre de contre-pression (128) et la pression à l'orifice d'entrée (124), un premier étranglement variable (119) prévu dans un premier passage hydraulique de pilotage, s'étendant de l'orifice d'entrée de pilotage (118) à l'orifice de sortie (24, 54, 74), pour modifier une zone d'ouverture en réponse à l'importance du mouvement dans ledit corps de soupape (123, 123'), ledit premier passage hydraulique de pilotage communiquant avec ladite chambre de contre-pression (128), et une soupape de pilotage (113a, 113b) présentant un second étranglement variable, ledit orifice d'entrée de pilotage (118) de ladite soupape de réglage de débit (106a, 106b) étant couplé, à travers ladite soupape de pilotage (113a, 113b) audit orifice d'entrée (124) de ladite soupape de réglage de débit (106a, 106b), dans lequel ladite soupape de réglage de débit (106a, 106b) est pourvue d'un étranglement fixe (126', 128') disposé dans un second passage hydraulique de pilotage faisant communiquer le premier passage hydraulique de pilotage avec la chambre de contre-pression (128), appliquant ainsi une action d'amortissement au corps de soupape (123, 123').
5. Un système de commande de pression hydraulique suivant la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce qu'il est prévu une soupape d'arrêt (120) dans ledit premier passage hydraulique de pilotage entre ledit second étranglement variable (119) et ledit orifice de sortie (125).
6. Un système de commande de pression hydraulique suivant la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce qu'il est prévu une soupape d'arrêt (120) audit orifice de sortie (125).
