Abstract

Dispositif de mise en tension pour fermetures coulissantes du bec de coulée de récipients métallurgiques. Claims (6)

1. Dispositif de mise en tension pour un obturateur à tiroir (20) qui est prévu à l'ouverture de coulée d'un récipient (10) contenant un métal en fusion et comprend un boîtier (22), une plaque de fond (24) disposée dans ce dernier de manière fixe et une plaque-tiroir (26) qui est appliquée contre cette dernière avec effet d'étanchéité, est montée dans un couvercle de boîtier (30) de manière à pouvoir être déplacée et peut être pressée élastiquement contre la plaque de fond (24) à l'aide de moyens de mise en tension (40) articulés sur le boîtier (22) et agissant par le bas sur le couvercle de boîtier (30), caractérisé en ce que les moyens de mise en tension sont composés d'éléments de serrage (42,44) et de ressorts de flexion (46) et en ce que les éléments de serrage (42, 44) sont articulés sur les ressorts de flexion (46) de telle sorte que les axes d'articulation des éléments de serrage (42, 44) coïncident avec les axes longitudinaux des ressorts de flexion (46).
2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'un ressort de flexion (46) monté à ses deux extrémités dans le boîtier (22) porte au moins un élément de serrage (42, 44) réalisé sous forme de boulon à oeil (42) avec un écrou de serrage (44) et immobilisé en translation latérale.

Dispositif selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que le ressort de flexion (46) est constitué par un ressort feuilleté à lames de profil rectangulaire qui est immobilisé à une extrémité (46') par une goupille transversale (48) dans un coussinet (49) et est maintenu à l'autre extrémité (46") de manière à pouvoir être déplacé librement en direction longitudinale.
4. Dispositif selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que le coussinet (49) peut être bloqué sur le boîtier (22) à l'aide d'une vis de blocage (47) dans deux sens de flexion opposés du ressort de flexion (46).

Dispositif selon les revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que des butées (52') formées par des évidements (50, 52) ou des passages du boîtier (22) empêchent les ressorts de flexion (46) d'effectuer une flexion excessive et les boulons à oeil (42) portés par ces derniers de se déplacer latéralement.
6. Dispositif selon les revendications 1 à 5, en particulier pour obturateurs à tiroir linéaire, caractérisé en ce que deux côtés longitudinaux opposés du boîtier (22) présentent deux ressorts de flexion (46) coaxiaux comportant chacun un élément de serrage (42,44).
