If the ring 3 is rotated to move its ramps to the right, the ramp 39 cooperates with the stud 42 to tilt the timer in the position of FIG. 5. A rotation of the bage 3 in the opposite direction would bring the timer in its position according to FIG. 2 by cooperation of the ramp 38 with the stud 41.
