Claims (7)

  1. Unité de construction à rail embouti et poignée de manoeuvre (10), destinée à être logée dans une rainure d'une partie de fenêtre, d'un ferrage à poignée de manoeuvre comportant une poignée de manoeuvre (14) guidée sur le rail embouti (12) et comportant un dispositif de blocage de montage qui bloque le déplacement de la poignée de manoeuvre (14) par rapport au rail embouti (12), approximativement, jusqu'à à la fin du montage, ce dispositif de blocage de montage comportant un élément de blocage (26) qui s'engage d'une part dans un évidement (14b) d'un côté longitudinal d'un trou de poignée de manoeuvre (14a), est relié, d'autre part, à un bloc de maintien (20), fixé sur la face intérieure du rail embouti (12) et enfin est soumis à l'action d'une vis de fixation (30) le traversant, en vue de la fixation de l'unité de construction (10) qui, lors de sa mise en place, détruit le point destiné à rupture (24) et fait sortir l'élément de blocage de l'évidement de blocage (14b), caractérisée en ce que l'élément de blocage (26) possède un prolongement (28) qui, dans la position de prémontage, dépasse de la face extérieure du rail embouti (12), après avoir traversé un trou (12a) pratiqué dans le rail embouti (12), en ce que ce prolongement (28) présente une surface de butée (22b) pour une tête de la vis de fixation (30), en ce que sur la face intérieure de la poignée de manoeuvre (14), le bloc de maintien (20) laisse libre un logement (20f) pour l'élément de blocage (26), qui loge l'élément de blocage (26) lorsque, du fait du vissage de la vis de fixation (30), le point destiné à rupture (24) est brisé et le prolongement (28) est amené à s'appliquer presque jointivement contre la face extérieure du rail embouti (12) et en ce que sur le bloc de maintien (20) est appliquée une surface de butée (20e), à peu près parallèle au rail embouti (12), contre laquelle s'applique l'élément de blocage (26), après serrage de la vis de fixation (30).
  2. Unité de construction selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que le bloc de maintien (20) est conçu pour s'appliquer contre le fond (19) de la rainure (16, 18) logeant l'unité de construction (10).
  3. Unité de construction selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce que l'élément de blocage (26) est bloqué par le bloc de maintien (20), même après rupture du point destiné à rupture (24), de manière à ne pas pouvoir tourner avec la vis de fixation (30).
  4. Unité de construction selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisée en ce que le bloc de maintien (20) est en portique avec deux bras de portique (20b) traversant le trou allongé (14a) de la poignée de manoeuvre (4), fixés sur le rail embouti (12), de part et d'autre du trou (12a) et avec une traverse de portique (20a) formant la surface de butée (20e) et en ce que l'élément de blocage (26) est raccordé aux deux bras de portique (20b), chacun par un point destiné à rupture (24).
  5. Unité de construction selon la revendication 4, caractérisée en ce que l'élément de blocage (26) est guidé sur les bras de portique (20b), de manière à ne pas pouvoir tourner, après la rupture du point destiné à rupture (24).
  6. Unité de construction selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisée en ce que le prolongement (28) de l'élément de blocage (26) est en U avec deux branches (28a) disposées de part et d'autre du trou de passage de vis (22a) de l'élément de blocage (26) et avec une traverse (28b) reliant les branches (28a), la surface d'application (22b), destinée à la tête de vis, étant appliquée sur la traverse (28b).
  7. Unité de construction selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisée en ce que le bloc de maintien (20b) est réalisé avec l'élément de blocage (26), le prolongement (28) de l'élément de blocage (26) et la surface de butée (22b), sous la forme d'une pièce coulée sous pression ou d'une pièce en matière plastique moulée par injection d'un seul tenant sur laquelle sont formés, le cas échéant aussi, des éléments de fixation (20c), en vue de la fixation sur le rail embouti (12).
