Bei Papier- oder Folienschlauchmaschinen ist es üblich, die Vorzugseinheit entsprechend der geradlinien Führung des Papier- oder Folienschlauchs geradlinig auszubilden, d. h. die an der Warenbahn angreifenden Transportelemente im wesentlichen in einer geradlinigen Ebene anzuordnen. Eine solche Anordnung hat zur Folge, daß vergleichsweise hohe Anpreßkräfte über die Vorzugsorgane aufgebracht werden müssen. Das Aufbringen hoher Anpreßkräfte über die Vorzugsorgane ist nicht nur erforderlich, um den Vorzug selbst sicherzustellen, sondern auch deshalb, um im Falle einer Vorperforation und einer nachgeschalteten Abreißeinrichtung ein Durchrutschen des transportierten Materialschlauchs durch die Vorzugseinheit mit allen daraus resultierenden negativen Folgen zu verhindern.In the case of paper or film tube machines, it is customary to design the preferred unit in a straight line in accordance with the straight line guidance of the paper or film tube, ie to arrange the transport elements engaging on the material web essentially in a straight plane. Bereits durch die bogenförmige Umleitung des ankommenden Schlauchs und das Straffhalten der zulaufenden Warenbahn durch Bahnspannungskontrollen wird eine sehr gute Friktion zwischen dem bogenförmig umgeleiteten Schlauch und den Gegendruckorganen sichergestellt. Dies hat zur Folge, daß mit der erfindungsgemäßen Vorzugseinheit auch besonders empfindliche Materialsorten, wie beispielsweise stark dehnbare Papiere, einwandfrei verarbeitet werden können.
