Claims (13)

1. Procédé pour réguler la vitesse de refroidissement d'une barre (10) sortant d'une coquille de coulée continue, qui est refroidie par application d'un agent réfrigérant fluide immédiatement sur la surface de la barre, par régulation de la puissance de refroidissement de l'agent réfrigérant, comprenant une mesure continue de la puissance de refroidissement, une comparaison de cette valeur de mesure avec la grandeur de commande de la puissance de refroidissement exigée et la commande de la composition et/ou de la quantité d'agent réfrigérant libérée au cours du temps afin d'obtenir une égalisation avec la grandeur de commande, la mesure de la puissance de refroidissement étant réalisée par utilisation de l'argent réfrigérant qui n'a pas été en contact avec la barre en au moins un point extérieur à la barre, caractérisé en ce qu'une partie réfrigérant est déviée sur au moins un point de mesure situé à l'extérieur de la barre (10) et de température définie supérieure à la température de l'agent réfrigérant et en ce que la puissance de refroidissement y est surveillée au moyen de mesures de température.
2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la température absolue du point de mesure ne s'écarte pas de plus de 20% de celle de la surface de la barre à son point d'impact par l'agent réfrigérant.
3. Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que l'agent réfrigérant est dirigé sur un corps (1) chauffé localement de façon contrôlée.
4. Procédé selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que, pour la mesure de la puissance de refroidissement, on mesure la puissance de chauffage nécessaire pour maintenir constante la température du point de mesure.
5. Procédé selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que, pour mesurer la puissance de refroidissement, on mesure la chute de la température du point de mesure qui apparaît au cours d'un intervalle de temps préétabli avec une puissance de chauffage réduite ou annulée.
6. Procédé selon au moins l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que les points de mesure se trouvent aussi bien dans le domaine d'impact de l'agent réfrigérant qu'également dans une zone de ruissellement située en aval, dans laquelle le courant d'agent réfrigérant s'écoule sensiblement parallèlement à la surface du corps.
7. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que, pour la régulation de la vitesse de refroidissement de la barre (10) sortant de la coquille de coulée continue, on commande la composition de l'agent réfrigérant de telle façon qu'un gaz soit libéré lors de l'impact de l'agent réfrigérant sur la surface de la barre.
8. Procédé selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que la barre (10) est fabriquée dans un champ électromagnétique alternatif.
9. Procédé selon la revendication 7 ou 8, caractérisé en ce que l'on coule de l'aluminium ou un alliage d'aluminium.
10. Installation de coulée continue pour la mise en oeuvre du procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 9, avec des éléments de réglage (6) agissant sur la composition et/ou sur la quantité d'agent réfrigérant fluide libérée au cours du temps, avec au moins une buse d'agent réfrigérant (2) qui est reliée à un réservoir d'agent réfrigérant (3), caractérisée en ce qu'au moins l'une des buses d'agent réfrigérant (2) est dirigée sur un point de mesure d'un corps (1) ayant une bonne conductibilité thermique, un dispositif de chauffage agissant sur le point de mesure du corps (1) ainsi qu'au moins un capteur de température (5, 5') incorporé sous la surface du point de mesure du corps (1) étant prévus, et le capteur de température (5, 5'), le dispositif de chauffage (4) et les éléments de réglage (6) étant reliés à un dispositif de traitement des données (7).
11. Installation de coulée continue selon la revendication 10, caractérisée en ce que le corps (1) est disposé du côté du réservoir d'agent réfrigérant (3) qui est opposé à la barre.
12. Installation de coulée continue selon la revendication 10 ou 11, caractérisée en ce que le corps (1) présente deux capteurs de température (5, 5') situés à une distance l'un de l'autre de 20 à 200 mm, la buse d'agent réfrigérant (2) étant dirigée sur le domaine d'un premier capteur de température (5) et l'autre capteur de température (5') étant disposé en aval de celle-ci.
13. Installation de coulée continue selon l'une au moins des revendications 10 à 12, pour couler des lingots de section transversale rectangulaire, caractérisée en ce que des corps (1) portant des points de mesure sont disposés aussi bien dans le domaine des angles de la section transversale qu'également dans le domaine du centre des côtés longitudinaux de la section transversale.
