Claims (7)

1. Betonschalungsvorrichtung mit einer Innenform (1) mit mehreren Seiten, von denen jede eine linke Komponententafel (11 c), eine rechte Komponententafel (11c) und eine keilartige Abstandhaltertafel (4) aufweist, die zwischen der rechten und der linken Komponententafel angeordnet ist, wobei die Abstandhaltertafel mit einer Formungsfläche (4a) und zwei gegenüberliegenden, konisch verlaufenden Seitenstegen versehen ist, die relativ zur Formungsfläche der Abstandhaltertafel geneigt sind, wobei jede der rechten und linken Komponententafein eine Formungsfläche (11d) und einen geneigten Seitensteg (11 e) aufweist, der an dem benachbarten Seitensteg der Abstandhaltertafel anliegt; Mittel (411, 412) zum Verbinden jeder der Abstandhaltertafein (4) mit der linken und rechten Komponententafel (11c); Mittel zum Bewegen jeder der Abstandhaltertafeln (4) vorwärts zwischen die linke und rechte Komponententafel (11c), um die Innenform dicht in die Formungsposition zu expandieren, und rückwärts, um die Innenform zu lösen und zusammenzuziehen, damit sie vom geformten Beton gelöst wird; Außenformen (2), die von der Innenform (1) Abstand haben und mit jeder der Seiten der Innenform verbunden sind; und Mittel zum lösbaren Verbinden der Innenform und der Außenformen; dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verbindungsmittel (411, 412) jede der Abstandhaltertafeln (4) mit den Komponententafeln (11c) bewegbar verbindet und daß jedes der Bewegungsmittel ein hydraulisches Antriebsmittel (42) aufweist, das an der Abstandhaltertafel befestigt ist, einen Hebel (43), der an der Abstandhaltertafel schwenkbar montiert und mit dem hydraulischen Antriebsmittel verbunden ist, obere und untere Kurbelelemente (44), die an der der oberen und unteren Seite der Abstandhaltertafel montiert sind, erste Verbindungselemente (433), welche den Hebel und die Kurbelelemente verbinden, zweite Verbindungselemente (443), welche die oberen Kurbelelemente und die linke und rechte Komponententafel verbinden, und dritte Verbindungselemente (443), welche die unteren Kurbelelemente und die linke und rechte Komponententafel verbinden.
2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, bei welcher die bewegbaren Verbindungsmittel Gleitnuten (111) aufweisen, die in den Stegen der linken und rechten Komponententafeln vorgesehen sind, und Schraubenelemente (412), die an den Stegen der Abstandhaltertafel befestigt sind und in die Gleitnuten ragen.

Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, bei welcher die lösbaren Verbindungsmittel obere Befestigungsmittel zum Befestigen der Oberseite der Außenform (2) an der Oberseite der Innenform (1) mit einer oberen Stange (61), welche an der Oberseite der Innenform befestigt ist und mit einem Teil nach außen ragt, und einer oberen Stange (62) aufweisen, die an der Oberseite der Außenform befestigt ist und mit einem Teil nach innen ragt, wobei eine der oberen Stangen (61, 62) in ihrem vorspringenden Teil einen Schlitz (621) aufweist und Klemmschrauben (63) sich in der Querrichtung in den Schlitz erstrecken, wogegen die andere der oberen Stangen (61) in ihrem vorragenden Teil einen Vorsprung (611) aufweist, der in den Schlitz eingeführt und mittels der Klemmschrauben festgeklemmt wird.
4. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, bei welcher die lösbaren Verbindungsmittel Einsatzabstandhalterelemente (5) aufweisen, die zwischen der Innenform und der Außenform angeordnet sind, und Schraubenverbindungselemente (51, 52) zum Befestigen der Einsatzabstandhalterelemente an der Innenform und an der Außenform.
5. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, die ferner eine Bodenform (71) aufweist, wobei Boden-Einsatzabstandhalterelemente (5C) mit kegelstumpfförmiger Gestalt an der Bodenform lösbar befestigt sind und zur Verbindung mit und zum Abstützen der Innenform nach oben ragen.
6. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, die ferner Strebenmittel (9) aufweist, um die Bodenform abzustützen, und Strebenfestlegeelemente (5E), die teilweise in einem vorher geformten Betonboden eingebettet sind, um ein unteres Ende der Strebenmittel festzulegen.
7. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, bei welcher die Strebenmittel (9) einen hohlen Kopf (91) aufweisen, der mit den Boden-Einsatzabstandhalterelementen (5C) verbunden ist.
