Abstract
Description
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Kurzfarbwerk für eine Offsetrotationsdruckmaschine gemäß dem Patentanspruch 1.The invention relates to a short inking unit for an offset rotary printing press according to claim 1.

Die mit der Erfindung erzielbaren Vorteile bestehen insbesondere darin, daß verhindert werden kann, daß zu viel Feuchtflüssigkeit in die Farbversorgung des Farbwerkes gelangt und so die Viskosität der Farbe durch Emulsionsbildung verändert wird.

Ein Plattenzylinder 1 eines Druckwerkes einer Offset-Rollenrotationsdruckmaschine wird mittels eines Kurzfarbwerkes eingefärbt. Ein Feuchtwerk 2 bekannter Bauweise feuchtet eine Offsetdruckplatte 3. Ein in sich bekanntes Kammerrakel 4 dient zur Farbzufuhr auf einen gerasterten, harten Farbtransportzylinder 6 (Anilox-Typ). Mittels zweier gummibezogenener Farbauftragswalzen 7, 8 gelangt die normale Offsetdruckfarbe von dem gerasterten, verchromten Farbtransportzylinder 6 auf die Offsetdruckplatte 3. Der gerasterte Farbtransportzylinder 6 ist dauernd auf ca. 40 - 60° geregelt aufgeheizt. Der Offsetplattenzylinder 1 wird auf eine Temperatur wahlweise zwischen 20 und 25° gebracht und geregelt gehalten. Einrichtungen zum Erwärmen bzw. Außerdem kann eine Luftdüsenreihe 5 parallel zum gerasterten Farbtransportzylinder 6 angeordnet sein, die getrocknete Luft gegen den rotierenden Farbtransportzylinder 6 bläst. Durch die erwärmten Farbauftragswalzen 7, 8 und vor allem durch den erwärmten Farbtransportzylinder 6 wird erreicht, daß das überschüssige Feuchtwasser auf seinem Weg bis zur Druckfarbenzufuhr, dem Kammerrakel 4 oder dem Farbkasten 9, verdunstet wird. Das Beblasen der Oberfläche des Farbtransportzylinders 6 mit trockener Luft unterstützt die Verdunstung der Feuchtflüssigkeit auf und in der Druckfarbe auf dem Weg zurück zur Druckfarbenquelle 4, 9.In addition, an
