Description
La présente invention a pour objet un montant latéral pour porte de manutention à rideau souple.The present invention relates to a lateral upright for a flexible curtain handling door.
On sait réaliser, pour les locaux industriels et pour les entrepôts notamment, des portes de manutention à ouverture verticale, destinées à être ouvertes et fermées un grand nombre de fois par jour. Comme dans la plupart des cas on se préoccupe de limiter les échanges thermiques entre l'intérieur et l'extérieur, on prévoit des systèmes d'actionnement rapide. Pratiquement, de tels systèmes ne sont envisageables qu'avec des portes à rideau léger, c'est-à-dire ne nécessitant pas, pour leur actionnement, de forces trop importantes. C'est pourquoi les portes de manutention courantes, qu'elles soient du type à accordéon, qu'elles soient du type à enroulement autour d'un arbre, -l'arbre pouvant être placé en haut du rideau ou à sa base-, comportent un rideau souple éventuellement rigidifié à intervalles réguliers par des barres d'armature. Dans ce qui va suivre l'invention sera décrite en relation avec une porte accordéon, mais il est bien entendu qu'elle peut s'appliquer à tous les types de portes de manutention à déploiement vertical.It is known to produce, for industrial premises and for warehouses in particular, handling doors with vertical opening, intended to be opened and closed a large number of times per day. Selon un mode de réalisation connu, une porte accordéon comporte:
- - deux montants métalliques profilés en U, reliés à leur extrémité supérieure par une poutre supportant un dispositif d'actionnement comprenant essentiellement un moteur et un arbre d'enroulement pour sangles de levage,
- - un rideau souple rigidifié à intervalles réguliers par des barres d'armature horizontales, et
- - des sangles de levage fixées à une extrémité à la barre d'armature inférieure du rideau souple et, à l'autre extrémité, à l'arbre d'enroulement qui est en- trainé en rotation par le moteur.
Les sangles de levage passent de préférence dans des guides disposés sur certaines des barres d'armature. Certaines des barres d'armature, dont la barre inférieure, comportent un galet à chacune de leurs extrémités servant au guidage des bords latéraux du rideau dans les montants profilés en U et protégeant lesdits bords de l'usure qui résulterait de leur contact direct avec lesdits montants.According to a known embodiment, an accordion door comprises:

The lifting straps preferably pass through guides arranged on some of the rebar. Some of the reinforcing bars, including the lower bar, have a roller at each of their ends serving to guide the lateral edges of the curtain in the U-shaped uprights and protecting said edges from wear which would result from their direct contact with said amounts.

L'une de ces solutions, décrite dans la demande de brevet français au nom de NERGECO, numéro 85/02826 (EP-A 0 194 194), consiste à doter la porte accordéon d'un organe d'étanchéité mobile assujetti aux bords du rideau souple. Selon cette demande de brevet, le rideau souple comporte sur chacun de ses bords latéraux une bande faite d'un matériau souple s'appliquant contre le fond des montants latéraux profilés en U, lesdites bandes ayant une largeur supérieure à la longueur des galets. Elles peuvent être constituées soit par un ruban de caoutchouc comportant éventuellement des entailles dans le sens de la largeur, soit par l'empilage et l'assemblage d'au moins deux de ces rubans entaillés, les entailles pouvant être décalées les unes par rapport aux autres, soit par une brosse à poils longs et souples, soit encore par les bords latéraux du rideau eux-mêmes qui auront été prolongés à cette fin, soit enfin par tout autre matériau souple, sous quelque forme que ce soit, susceptible d'assurer les mêmes fonctions.One of these solutions, described in the French patent application in the name of NERGECO, number 85/02826 (EP-A 0 194 194), consists in providing the accordion door with a mobile sealing member subject to the edges of the flexible curtain.
